(4)45℃时，依次加入三乙醇胺、芦荟(ALOE VERA)提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、苯氧乙醇，搅拌均匀；
(5)40℃时取样检验，合格后过滤出料(PH：5.5～6.5)；
值得注意的是：芦荟提取物执行现拆现用、拆包用后密封的原则，生产过程中要严格注意卫生要求，控制细菌污染，防止产品在限用期内腐败变味，导致产品变质，严格按照技术配方比例称取物料；严格控制恒温保温时间，确保杀灭物料中的细菌，保证产品品质；在使用芦荟提取物时，要严格按照生产工艺要求生产，防止芦荟提取物污染变质；产品最终酸碱度PH值要控制在5.5～6.5之间。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种玫瑰精华营养护肤芦荟胶，其特征在于，其组分及原料重量百分比为：
    皮肤调理剂 5～30％、
    保湿剂 5～30％、
    防腐剂 0.1～1％
    卡波姆 0.01～3％、
    三乙醇胺 0.1～3％、
    玫瑰萃取液 0.1～3％、
    余量去离子水为溶剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰精华营养护肤芦荟胶，其特征在于：所述皮肤调理剂为芦荟(ALOE VERA)提取物和尿囊素中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰精华营养护肤芦荟胶，其特征在于：所述保湿剂剂为甘油、甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、丙二醇和透明质酸钠中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰精华营养护肤芦荟胶，其特征在于：所述保防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、和苯氧乙醇中的至少一种。
