本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体的说是一种高分子湿铺防水卷材,所述防水卷材底层为高分子片材,高分子片材上方为高分子自粘胶膜,高分子自粘胶膜上方为隔离膜,隔离膜边缘与边膜连接,所述高分子片材为高密度聚乙烯材料,本实用新型主体材料用的高密度聚乙烯( HDPE )片材做为此卷材的主体层,在主体层上覆一层高分子热熔胶,高分子热熔胶为非沥青基且不含任何溶剂和增塑剂,粘结性能极强,初粘性、持粘性都很好,可以满足卷材在不同基层上的施工粘结效果。

一种高分子湿铺防水卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体的说是一种高分子湿铺防水卷材。
背景技术
建筑防水是为了保证建筑物或构筑物的某些部位不受雨水、地下水、生活用水及空气中湿气的浸蚀而采取的一项专门措施,在整个建筑工程中占有重要的地位。建筑防水材料质量的好坏,直接影响到建筑物和构筑物的正常使用和寿命。
20 世纪初期,国外建筑防水材料主要以油毡为主,且纸胎油毡逐渐被玻纤油毡所替代。随着化学工业特别是橡胶工业有了重大的发展,研制生产出了许多适用于建筑防水材料的树脂和橡胶,使得建筑防水材料的研究技术得到了迅速发展,改性沥青卷材和高分子卷材的使用日趋广泛。普通的 SBS 、 APP 、 EVA 、三元乙丙卷材、自粘卷材热老化较差,贮存期较长好,各项物理力学性能指标会下降,特别是受太阳紫外线照射后,下降趋势就更加明显,与水泥砂浆或者后浇混凝土效果就大打折扣,甚至出现无法粘结的情况。由此造成窜水现象的发生。因此,为克服上述技术的不足而设计出从材料自身结构出发,改变胶料配方,使其可以很好满足储存期的要求,经受热老化和紫外线照射后,保持良好的物理性能指标,提高了卷材储存周期,还可以保证此卷材很好的与水泥砂浆的粘结的一种高分子湿铺防水卷材,正是发明人所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高分子湿铺防水卷材,其结构简单,使用方便 , 从材料自身结构出发,改变胶料配方,使其可以很好满足储存期的要求,经受热老化和紫外线照射后,保持良好的物理性能指标,提高了卷材储存周期,还可以保证此卷材很好的与水泥砂浆的粘结,有非常好的实用价值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高分子湿铺防水卷材,包含边膜、高分子片材、高分子自粘胶膜、隔离膜,其特征在于:所述防水卷材底层为高分子片材,高分子片材上方为高分子自粘胶膜,高分子自粘胶膜上方为隔离膜,隔离膜边缘与边膜连接。
进一步,所述高分子片材为高密度聚乙烯材料;
本发明的有益效果是:
1 、本发明主体材料用的高密度聚乙烯( HDPE )片材做为此卷材的主体层,在主体层上覆一层高分子热熔胶,高分子热熔胶为非沥青基且不含任何溶剂和增塑剂,粘结性能极强,初粘性、持粘性都很好,可以满足卷材在不同基层上的施工粘结效果。
2 、普通的沥青基自粘卷材受热、紫外、气候、结构变形影响变化较大,因为其主体材料本身的耐候性和抗拉伸性能差,高分子湿铺防水卷材选择的主体材料为高密度聚乙烯片材,抗拉伸性能好,热、紫外线的对其影响相对较小,主体材料的检测性能远远高于 GB/T23457-2009 湿铺 P 类指标要求。
3 、本发明高分子湿铺防水卷材选择的自粘胶料为非沥青基的高分子热熔胶,对环境的温度、储存时间、热老化、紫外线照射敏感性比普通的沥青基自粘胶要小很多,极大提高了卷材在仓库和工地的储存时间。提高了卷材的初粘性和持粘性,粘结强度不会随时间的变长而减弱。
4 、基面要求低,该卷材施工堪称施工自由度最高的防水材料,可直接在潮湿基面施工(干燥基面需洒水润湿),因此,可以不受天气影响全天候施工,雨季施工时工期优势更加明显。
5 、质量可靠、施工便捷。卷材自重轻,易于挂铺于侧墙立面及隧道初衬,搭接可靠,施工质量易于保证。在实际施工现场环境因素影响下,卷材能与砼结构进行有效粘结,形成复合 + 融合的防水体系,充分恢复和发挥砼结构自防水的功能,降低渗漏概率。防水效果有保障,单层使用即可满足一级防水设防标准要求。
6 、缩短工期,对基面条件要求低,基面含水率对防水工无影响,不受天气影响。相对传统防水做法而言,构造简化,对工程工期的优化极为明显,如:找平层、隔离层、保护层的施工和养护时间省略,大大缩短了工程总工期。
7 、系统简单,造价低,材料施工基层基本平整即可,无需找平层,地下室底板施工时,还可以取消保护层等构造,降低了系统造价,同时也减少土方开挖量。对于建筑隐形成本的控制也非常明显,如:低渗漏率降低维修成本,加快施工进度,减少财务费用。
8 、粘结可靠,便于检修,卷材能与混凝土主体结构实现粘结,能有效地避免了 '窜水'的发生。即使卷材局部遭受破坏,也会将水限定在很小范围内,提高了防水层的可靠性,即使渗漏,因破坏点与可能产生的渗漏点处在同一位置,检修极其简便。
9 、安全环保,无需底涂和明火作业,避免出现危险源,消除了安全隐患的同时也节约资源。
10 、拉伸强度比普通的湿铺 P 类卷材高很多,抗穿孔性、钉杆撕裂等物性指标比普通卷材高出很多。
11 、本发明高分子湿铺防水卷材必备极强粘结性能,与水泥砂浆粘结强度极高。
12 、本发明高分子湿铺防水卷材热老化、紫外老化、耐候性好,可以很好的抵抗环境带来的破坏。

图 1 为发明一种高分子湿铺防水卷材结构示意图,包含边膜 1 、高分子片材 2 、高分子自粘胶膜 3 、隔离膜 4 ,所述防水卷材底层为高分子片材 2 ,高分子片材 2 上方为高分子自粘胶膜 3 ,高分子自粘胶膜 3 上方为隔离膜 4 ,隔离膜 4 边缘与边膜 1 连接,所述高分子片材 2 为高密度聚乙烯材料。隔离膜 4 表面隔离材料是 PE 膜,隔离膜与高分子自粘胶膜隔离性优越,施工时可以方便的将其揭开,高分子自粘胶膜 3 的胶料为高分子自粘胶料,主要由 SIS 、树脂、助剂、填料等材料配制而成,胶料具有与水泥浆粘结的性能,其与基层的粘结力远超过传统防水卷材,高分子片材 2 是 HDPE 膜,其作为卷材的主体材料,具有较强的抗穿刺性能,能有效降低后续施工破坏概率,如采用外露施工时,高分子片材 2 采用 PVC 等材料作为覆面材料,可有效抵御紫外线照射,避免卷材老化。

1、 一种高分子湿铺防水卷材 ,包含边膜、高分子片材、高分子自粘胶膜、隔离膜,其特征在于:所述防水卷材底层为高分子片材,高分子片材上方为高分子自粘胶膜,高分子自粘胶膜上方为隔离膜,隔离膜边缘与边膜连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种高分子湿铺防水卷材,其特征在于:所述高分子片材为高密度聚乙烯材料。
