技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,特别是涉及一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法。
背景技术
APF-D丁基橡胶自粘高分子防水卷材以合成高分子片材或高分子膜基为基材,丁基胶为自粘层并覆以防粘膜而形成的高性能防水材料。现优异的耐紫外线、耐剥离性、粘结性及密封性。适用范围:1、TPO/HDPE丁基卷材适用于各种工业与民用建筑的屋面、地下、水利工程、轨道交通工程及地下综合管廊、粮库、游泳池、水池等防水、防潮工程;2、交叉膜/PET膜丁基卷材适用于地下工程、地铁、隧道、特别适用于立面或节点部位的防水处理;3、增强铝箔膜丁基卷材适用于金属屋面、化学管道、通风管道,可用于外露工程;4、预铺型丁基卷材适用于地下底板及可以外防内贴的侧墙防水工程。
铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子制成的防水卷材在市场上需求量非常大,现有的防水卷材的防粘层采用白水泥人造砂,砂粒之间存在孔隙,卷材虽与后浇混凝土粘接完成,但始终无法形成实质上的满粘,这些孔隙日后将成为水气窜流的路径,大大影响卷材的抗窜水效果,降低建筑主体的使用寿命,且对自粘胶层没有防护作用,使自粘胶层易老化,粘度降低易剥离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是减缓自粘胶层老化以及粘度降低等问题,提供一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法,它包括基层板,所述基层板上方设有防水层,所述防水层上侧壁上连接设有自粘胶层,所述自粘胶层上连接设有防粘涂层,所述防粘涂层上侧壁上固定连接设有隔离膜。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:本防水卷材在生产过冲,加入了一层防水层,这样可以较好的对基层材料进行防水保护,减少窜水显现,并且减缓防水卷材的老化腐蚀,其次本装置在使用的时候,便于将自粘防水层粘接,且固定牢固,方便使用。
作为改进,所述防水层下侧壁的相对两侧均固接设有固定板,两个所述固定板的下端均与基层板固定插接。
作为改进,所述防粘涂层与自粘胶层之间插接设有两个连接板,两个所述连接板分布于防粘涂层的两侧,两个所述连接板的上下两端分别与防粘涂层与自粘胶层固定插接。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1,一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法,它包括基层板1,所述基层板1上方设有防水层2,所述防水层2上侧壁上连接设有自粘胶层3,所述自粘胶层3上连接设有防粘涂层4,所述防粘涂层4上侧壁上固定连接设有隔离膜5,所述防水层2下侧壁的相对两侧均固接设有固定板6,两个所述固定板6的下端均与基层板1固定插接。
所述防粘涂层4与自粘胶层3之间插接设有两个连接板7,两个所述连接板7分布于防粘涂层4的两侧,两个所述连接板7的上下两端分别与防粘涂层4与自粘胶层3固定插接。
本发明在具体实施时,本发明在使用的时候,首先将防水层2通过两个固定板6固定连接在基层板1上方,这样便可以有效的防止卷材在使用的时候窜水或者水渗入基层板1加快其腐蚀老化,不便于使用,此外在防水层2上的自粘胶层3上通过连接板7可以将防粘涂层4粘接在自粘胶层3上,这样可以增加整个装置的粘度,增加实用性。

1.一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法,它包括基层板(1),所述基层板(1)上方设有防水层(2),其特征在于:所述防水层(2)上侧壁上连接设有自粘胶层(3),所述自粘胶层(3)上连接设有防粘涂层(4),所述防粘涂层(4)上侧壁上固定连接设有隔离膜(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)下侧壁的相对两侧均固接设有固定板(6),两个所述固定板(6)的下端均与基层板(1)固定插接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑复合双胎基外露型耐根穿刺丁基橡胶高分子自粘防水卷材生产及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防粘涂层(4)与自粘胶层(3)之间插接设有两个连接板(7),两个所述连接板(7)分布于防粘涂层(4)的两侧,两个所述连接板(7)的上下两端分别与防粘涂层(4)与自粘胶层(3)固定插接。
