Abstract

La présente invention concerne un contenant multi-compartiment destiné à des transfusions et autres et conçu pour pouvoir : garantir l'ordre d'ouverture du contenant multi-compartiment, cet ordre d'ouverture étant l'ouverture initiale d'une section à joint faible entre les compartiments divisés, suivie par l'ouverture d'une section à joint faible d'un petit contenant ; et éviter de façon fiable une erreur d'opération, à savoir une transfusion en n'utilisant que certains des médicaments. Le contenant multi-compartiment comprend une poche extérieure (10) et une poche intérieure (32). La poche extérieure (10) comprend, en tant que section (28) à joint faible, une première paroi de séparation. L'intérieur de la poche extérieure est divisé par la section (28) à joint faible en compartiments séparés (29, 30) qui reçoivent chacun un médicament liquide. La poche intérieure (32) a son périmètre extérieur scellé par une section à joint faible (38) et y loge un médicament. Tout ou partie de la section (38) à joint faible sert également de seconde paroi de séparation, afin de séparer un compartiment (30) divisé côté inférieur d'une chambre (40) de commande d'évacuation. La pression externe qui ouvre la section (38) à joint faible de la poche intérieure (32) est réglée supérieure à la pression externe qui ouvre la section (28) à joint faible qui sépare les compartiments divisés (29, 30). La section (28) à joint faible est ouverte en premier, puis le joint de la poche intérieure (32) est ouvert en conséquence de la pression externe appliquée sur le médicament liquide logé dans la poche extérieure (10).
