Abstract

一种管道环缝焊接活动转胎,包括设于基座(1)上支撑并带动管道(2)旋转的转动机构,转动机构为可调节排间距的两排转轮(3),一排转轮固定设置,另一排转轮活动设置,设定一个固定设置的转轮为主动轮,主动轮通过减速器(4)连接驱动电机(5);所述基座(1)上还设有高于管道的框式支架,对应于管道的环缝在框式支架顶部设置焊接平台(8)。该管道环缝焊接活动转胎很好地解决管道焊接过程中的位置调节和转动问题,也便于焊工焊接,其焊接质量也能得到保证。

管道环缝焊接活动转胎

1.管道环缝焊接活动转胎, 包括设于基座( 1 ) 上支撑并带动管道( 2 ) 旋转的转动机构,其特征在于:所述转动机构为可调节排间距的两排转轮( 3 ) , 所述一排转轮(3 ) 固定设置, 另一排转轮(3 )活动设置, 设定一个固定位 置的转轮( 3 )为主动轮, 所述主动轮通过减速器( 4 )连接驱动电机( 5 ) 。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的管道环缝焊接活动转胎, 其特征在于: 所述各 转轮( 3 )通过轮架( 6 )与基座( 1 )用螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的管道环缝焊接活动转胎, 其特征在于: 对应于 活动设置的转轮( 3 ) , 基座( 1 )上开设有多组螺孔, 供不同位置轮架( 6 ) 上的螺栓配合安装。
4.根据权利要求 1 ~ 3中任意一项所述的管道环缝焊接活动转胎, 其特 征在于: 所述基座( 1 )上设有高于管道( 2 ) 的框式支架, 对应于管道的环 缝(7 ) 于框式支架顶部设置焊接平台 (8 ) 。
