 掘削ツース(30)は、ツース本体(31)と、挿入孔(32)と、挿入孔(32)の最深部から突出する第1支持部(101)及び第2支持部(102)と、を有する。挿入孔(32)は、第1支持部(101)と第2支持部(102)の間に形成されるサインポケット(33)と、第1支持部(101)及び第2支持部(102)の両側に形成される第1延在孔(34)及び第2延在孔(35)と、を有する。

Description

掘削ツース及び掘削具
 本発明は、作業機械に用いられる掘削ツース及び掘削具に関する。
 油圧ショベルなどの作業機械は、一般的にバケットやリッパなどの掘削具を備えている。掘削具の先端には、アダプタが固定されている。アダプタには、切刃である掘削ツースが取り付けられる。掘削ツースには、アダプタを挿入するための挿入孔が形成されている。掘削ツースに挿入されたアダプタは、先端部以外の部位が挿入孔の内面に当接される(例えば、特許文献1参照)。掘削ツースは、掘削作業に繰り返し使用されているうちに、外面と内面が摩耗するため、適宜交換する必要がある。

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
 掘削作業中は、アダプタと掘削ツースの当接面に高い応力がかかる。また、掘削ツースにかかる応力の向きが変わると、アダプタに対して掘削ツースがわずかに搖動する。更に、アダプタと掘削ツースの隙間には外部から土砂等が侵入する。これらのため、掘削ツースとアダプタの当接面が摩耗する。アダプタ及び掘削ツースの当接面が摩耗すれば、掘削ツースがアダプタに対し更に揺動しやすくなり、摩耗は更に促進される。このような悪循環により、製品寿命が短くなる。
 本発明は、上述の状況に鑑みてなされたものであり、摩耗や揺動を抑制可能な掘削ツース及び掘削具を提供することを目的とする。
(課題を解決するための手段)
 本発明の第1側面に係る掘削ツースは、アダプタに取り付けられる掘削ツースであって、ツース本体と、アダプタを挿入するための挿入孔と、一対の支持部と、を備える。ツース本体は、基端面を有し、第1方向に延びる。挿入孔は、ツース本体の基端面に形成される。一対の支持部は、挿入孔の最深部から突出する。挿入孔は、一対の支持部の間に形成される凹部と、一対の支持部の両側に形成され、第1方向に延在する一対の延在孔と、を有する。
 本発明の第1側面に係る掘削ツースによれば、一対の支持部をアダプタに当接させることによって、掘削ツースのアダプタに対する搖動、いわゆるガタつきを抑制できる。また、アダプタと掘削ツースとの隙間から侵入した土砂を挿入孔に収容できるため、侵入した土砂によってアダプタや掘削ツースが摩耗することを抑制できる。また、一対の延在孔が形成されていることによって、アダプタの先端の角部が挿入孔の内壁に当たることを抑制できるため、挿入孔内でアダプタとツースが損傷することを抑制できる。
 本発明の第2側面に係る掘削ツースは、第1側面に係り、一対の軸孔を備える。一対の軸孔は、第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿ってツース本体を貫通し、挿入孔に繋がる。一対の軸孔の中心を通り第1方向及び第2方向に平行な断面において、一対の軸孔の中央に位置する基準点と凹部の最深部との間隔は、基準点と挿入孔の最深部との間隔よりも大きい。
 本発明の第2側面に係る掘削ツースによれば、挿入部が損傷する前に余裕を持って、第2孔を露出させることができる。そのため、掘削ツースの交換時期を早期に認識させることができる。
 本発明の第3側面に係る掘削ツースは、第1の側面に係り、一対の延在孔は、前記凹部より浅くかつ狭い。
 本発明の第3側面に係る掘削ツースによれば、通常の使用環境において、一対の延在孔より先に凹部を開口させることができる。そのため、挿入部が損傷する前に余裕を持って、掘削ツースの交換時期を認識させることができる。
 本発明の第4側面に係る掘削ツースは、第1乃至第3の側面に係り、一対の支持部は、挿入孔に挿入されたアダプタの先端部と所定間隔を隔てて対向する。
 本発明の第4側面に係る掘削ツースによれば、アダプタの揺動を所定範囲内に制限することができる。
 本発明の第5側面に係る掘削ツースは、第1乃至第4いずれかの側面に係り、ツース本体は、基端面から突出する凸部を有する。
 本発明の第5側面に係るツースによれば、凸部をアダプタの凹部に嵌合することによって、掘削ツースがアダプタに対して揺動することをより抑制できる。
 本発明の第6側面に係る掘削具は、掘削具本体と、掘削ツースと、アダプタと、を備える。掘削ツースは、第1方向に延びるツース本体と、ツース本体の基端面に形成される挿入孔と、挿入孔の最深部から突出する支持部と、を有する。アダプタは、掘削具本体に固定される固定部と、挿入孔に挿入される挿入部と、を有する。支持部は、挿入部の先端と所定間隔を隔てて対向する。
 本発明の第6側面に係る掘削具によれば、凹部において、アダプタと掘削ツースとの隙間から侵入した土砂を収容することによって、侵入した土砂によってアダプタや掘削ツースの当接面が摩耗することを抑制できる。また、挿入孔の内壁だけでなく一対の支持部でアダプタを支持できるため、掘削ツースがアダプタに対して揺動することを抑制できる。
 本発明の第7側面に係る掘削ツースは、第6側面に係り、掘削ツースは、第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿ってツース本体を貫通し、挿入孔に繋がる一対の軸孔を有する。一対の軸孔の中心を通り第1方向及び第2方向に平行な断面において、第2方向における挿入部と支持部との間隔は、第2方向における一対の軸孔の中心と支持部との間隔の5%以下である。
 本発明の第7側面に係る掘削具によれば、挿入部の先端と支持部とを必要十分に近接させることができる。そのため、掘削ツースが傾いた場合に、アダプタでツースを適切に支持することができる。
 本発明の第8側面に係る掘削ツースは、第6又は第7側面に係り、ツース本体は、基端面から突出する凸部を含む。固定部は、凸部が嵌合される凹部を含む。
 本発明の第8側面に係る掘削具によれば、凸部をアダプタの凹部に嵌合することによって、掘削ツースがアダプタに対して揺動することをより抑制できる。
(発明の効果)
 本発明によれば、摩耗や揺動を抑制可能な掘削ツース及び掘削具を提供することができる。

 以下において、図面を参照しながら実施形態について説明する。以下の実施形態では、掘削具の一例として、油圧ショベルなどの作業機械に用いられるバケット100について説明する。
 (バケット100の全体構成)
 図1及び図2は、バケット100の斜視図である。図1及び図2に示すように、バケット本体10と、複数のツース取付け体15と、を備える。
 バケット本体10は、第1側壁11と、第2側壁12と、ラッパー13と、を有する。第1側壁11と第2側壁12は、互いに対向する。第1側壁11及び第2側壁12のそれぞれは、側面視において、略円弧と弦とで囲まれる形状を持つ平板である。ラッパー13は、第1側壁11と第2側壁12の略円弧に沿って配置される曲板である。ラッパー13と、第1側壁11及び第2側壁12とは溶接により固着される。ラッパー13は、下縁部13a(すなわち、バケット先端部)を含む。第1側壁11、第2側壁12及びラッパー13は、土砂を収容するための収容空間10Vを形成する。
 複数のツース取付け体15それぞれは、アダプタ20と、掘削ツース30(以下、ツースと略す)と、取付け機構40と、によって構成される。
 各アダプタ20は、ラッパー13の下縁部13aに所定間隔で固定される。アダプタ20は、下縁部13aに溶接されていてもよい。長時間の使用によって摩耗したアダプタ20は、下縁部13aから取り外され、新品のアダプタ20に交換される。本実施形態では、アダプタ20のうちラッパー13に固定される側をアダプタ20の基端とし、基端の反対側をアダプタ20の先端とする。
 ツース30は、アダプタ20の先端に取り付けられる。ツース30は、爪状の外形を有しており、先端に向かって徐々に薄くなるように形成されている。ツース30の先端は、掘削時に、切刃として働く。長時間の使用によって摩耗したツース30は、アダプタ20から取り外され、新品のツース30に交換される。本実施形態では、ツース30のうち切刃のある側をツース30の先端とし、アダプタ20に取り付けられる側をツース30の基端とする。
 取付け機構40は、アダプタ20にツース30を取り付けるために用いられる。取付け機構40は、アダプタ20及びツース30の内部に配置される。取付け機構40を分解することによって、アダプタ20から摩耗したツース30を取り外すことができる。
 (ツース取付け体15の構成)
 図3は、ツース取付け体15の上面図である。図4は、ツース取付け体15の側面図である。図5は、ツース取付け体15の分解斜視図である。図6は、ツース30の斜視図である。なお、以下の説明では、図3及び図4に示すように、ツース本体31が延びる方向(すなわち、ツース30の基端と先端を結ぶ方向)を“第1方向”と称し、ツース本体31が平たく延びる方向を“第2方向”と称し、第1方向と第2方向に直交する方向を“第3方向”と称する。
 図5に示すように、アダプタ20は、固定部21と、挿入部22と、を有する。固定部21は、アダプタ20の基端側が二股に分かれることによって形成される。固定部21は、バケット本体10の下縁部13aを挟み込んでいる。固定部21は、溶接などにより下縁部13aに固定される。
 固定部21は、図3~図5に示すように、前面21S1と、上面21S2と、下面21S3と、第1凹部21T1と、第2凹部21T2と、を有する。前面21S1は、ツース30がアダプタ20に取り付けられた際にツース30と対向する。上面21S2は、前面21S1に連なる。下面21S3は、前面21S1に連なり、上面21S2の反対に設けられる。第1凹部21T1は、前面21S1及び上面21S2に形成される。第1凹部21T1は、前面21S1及び上面21S2に連なって開口する。第1凹部21T1には、後述するツース30の第1凸部31T1が嵌合される。第2凹部21T2は、前面21S1及び下面21S3に形成される。第2凹部21T2は、前面21S1及び下面21S3に連なって開口する。第2凹部21T2には、後述するツース30の第2凸部31T2が嵌合される。第1凹部21T1に第1凸部31T1が嵌合され、第2凹部21T2に第2凸部31T2が嵌合されることによって、第2方向におけるツース30の揺動が抑制される。ただし、このような固定部21には、第1凸部31T1及び第2凸部31T2を備えない従来周知のツースも取り付けることができる。
 挿入部22は、固定部21の前面21S1から突出する。挿入部22は、後述するツース本体30の挿入孔32(図6参照)に挿入される。挿入部22は、図3~図5に示すように、第1側面22S1と、第2側面22S2と、上面22S3と、下面22S4と、先端面22S5と、挿通孔22aと、を有する。第1側面22S1と第2側面22S2は、互いに反対側に設けられる。上面22S3と下面22S4は、互いに反対側に設けられる。先端面22S5は、第1側面22S1、第2側面22S2、上面22S3及び下面22S4に連なる。本実施形態において、先端面22S5は、上面22S3から下面22S4にかけて滑らかに湾曲しているが、これに限られるものではない。先端面22S5は、例えば平面であってもよい。挿通孔22aは、挿入部22を第1側面22S1から第2側面22S2まで貫通している。挿通孔22aには、後述する取付け機構40のピン41が挿通される。
 図6は、ツース30を基端側から視た図である。ツース30は、図6に示すように、ツース本体31と、挿入孔32と、第1軸孔36と、第2軸孔37と、を有する。
 ツース本体31は、図3及び図4に示すように、第1方向において先細り形状に形成されている。また、ツース本体31は、図6に示すように、コップ型に形成されている。
 ツース本体31は、図6に示すように、第1内側面31S1と、第2内側面31S2と、内上面31S3と、内下面31S4と、背面31S5(基端面の一例)と、第1凸部31T1と、第2凸部31T2と、第1支持部101と、第2支持部102と、を有する。第1内側面31S1は、挿入部22の第1側面22S1と対向する。第1内側面31S1と第1側面22S1との間には、微少な間隙が設けられていてもよい。第2内側面31S2は、挿入部22の第2側面22S2と対向する。第2内側面31S2と第2側面22S2との間には、微少な間隙が設けられていてもよい。内上面31S3は、挿入部22の上面22S3に当接される。内下面31S4は、挿入部22の下面22S4に当接される。背面31S5は、固定部21の前面21S1と対向する。背面31S5と前面21S1との間には、間隙が設けられていてもよい。背面31S5である基端面には、挿入孔32が形成されている。
 第1凸部31T1は、背面31S5から突出する。第1凸部31T1は、固定部21の第1凹部21T1に挿入される。第1凸部31T1と第1凹部21T1との間には隙間が設けられる。第2凸部31T2は、挿入孔32を挟んで第1凸部31T1の反対側において背面31S5から突出する。第2凸部31T2は、固定部21の第2凹部21T2に嵌合される。
 第1支持部101と第2支持部102(一対の支持部の一例)は、第2方向に離間して挿入孔32の最深部から突出している。第1支持部101と第2支持部102は、サインポケット33の両側に配置される。換言すれば、サインポケット33は、第1支持部101と第2支持部102との間にある凹部である。第1支持部101は、第1支持面101Sを有する。第1支持面101Sは、挿入孔32の底面の一部を形成している。第1支持面101Sは、挿入部22の先端面22S5と対向する。第1支持面101Sと先端面22S5との間には、所定の微少な間隙が設けられている。第2支持部102は、第2支持面102Sを有する。第2支持面102Sは、挿入孔32の底面の一部を形成している。第2支持面102Sは、挿入部22の先端面22S5と対向する。第2支持面102Sと先端面22S5との間には、所定の微少な間隙が設けられている。
 ここで、図7は、図4のA-A断面図である。ただし、図7に示されるツース30及びアダプタ20は、掘削作業に相当時間使用されており、ツース30がアダプタ20に対して第2方向に揺動している。すなわち、図7では、掘削作業に使用されることによってツース30とアダプタ20の嵌合部が摩耗し、ツース30のアダプタ20に対する搖動が大きくなった状態が図示されている。
 図7に示すように、第1内側面31S1の前端部は、第1側面22S1の前端部に当接する。また、第2内側面31S2の後端部は、第2側面22S2の後端部に当接する。ツース30及びアダプタ20が掘削作業使用の履歴のない時点では、以上の2か所でツース30とアダプタ20とは当接する。掘削作業への使用に伴いツース30とアダプタ20の嵌合部の摩耗が進行してツース30のガタつきがある程度大きくなると、第2支持面102Sと先端面22S5とがさらに当接するようになる。このように、挿入部22に対して傾いたツース30は、アダプタ20によって3点支持されている。特に、第2支持面102Sが先端面22S5に当接しているため、アダプタ20の両側と前方におけるツース30の支持が実現されている。
 なお、図示しないが、図7に示される向きと反対向きにツース30が傾いた場合には、第1内側面31S1の後端部と第1側面22S1の後端部とが当接し、第2内側面31S2の前端部と第2側面22S2の前端部とが当接し、第1支持面101Sと先端面22S5とが当接する。これによって、図7に示す場合と同様に、ツース30は、アダプタ20によって3点支持される。
 以上により、本実施形態のツース30によれば、従来のツースと比較して、掘削作業によってツースのガタつきが大きくなることを抑制できる。ツースのガタつきは嵌合部の摩耗を促進させてツース及びアダプタの寿命を縮めるので、本実施形態のツース30によれば、部品寿命を従来のツースより長くすることができる。
 挿入孔32は、図6に示すように、ツース本体31の背面31S5(基端面)に形成される。挿入孔32は、アダプタ20の挿入部22を挿入するための孔である。挿入孔32は、アダプタ20の外形に対応した先細り形状に形成されている。挿入孔32の底面の一部は、第1支持面101S及び第2支持面102Sである。また、挿入孔32の内周面は、第1内側面31S1、第2内側面31S2、内上面31S3及び内下面31S4である。
 挿入孔32は、サインポケット33と、第1延在孔34と、第2延在孔35と、を含む。サインポケット33は、図6に示すように、挿入孔32の底面側の第2方向における中間部に形成されている。サインポケット33は、ツース本体31の第1支持部101と第2支持部102の間に形成される。換言すれば、サインポケット33は、第1支持部101と第2支持部102との間にある凹部である。
 ここで、サインポケット33の機能について、図7を参照して説明する。
 まず、サインポケット33は、アダプタ20とツース30との隙間から侵入した土砂をためる機能を有する。これによって、侵入した土砂が、アダプタ20とツース30との間、具体的には、挿入部22と第1支持部101及び第2支持部102それぞれとの間に挟まることを抑制できる。挿入部22と第1支持部101及び第2支持部102それぞれとの間に土砂が挟まれると、両支持部およびその周辺の摩耗が促進されて、ツース30のガタつきが大きくなる。ガタつきが大きくなると、摩耗は更に促進され、ツース30及びアダプタ20の寿命を短くする。サインポケット33は、上述の通り、侵入した土砂をためる機能を有するので、ツース30及びアダプタ20の嵌合部の摩耗を抑制できる。
 また、図7の破線は、ツース30が摩耗していく様子を仮想的に示す摩耗ラインである。図7に示すように、初期段階でツース30の先端両側が摩耗により欠損された後、ツース30の先端が全体的に同程度の速さで摩耗する。さらに摩耗が進行すると、サインポケット33がツース30の先端に露出する。オペレータは、ツース30の先端にサインポケット33が露出したこと、すなわち、ツース30の先端に穴が開いたことを確認して、ツース30の使用寿命が近づいたことを認識する。なお、サインポケット33は、通常の使用環境において第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35よりも先に露出するように設計されていることが好ましい。サインポケット33と第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35との位置関係については後述する。
 第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35(一対の延在孔の一例)は、挿入孔32の一部である(図8参照)。第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35は、第1支持部101及び第2支持部102の第2方向両側に形成される。具体的に、第1延在孔34は、第1支持部101を挟んでサインポケット33の反対側に形成される。第2延在孔35は、第2支持部102を挟んでサインポケット33の反対側に形成される。第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35それぞれは、サインポケット33よりも浅くかつ狭い。このような第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35は、アダプタ20の角部分(すなわち、アダプタ20先端の第2方向における両端部分)が挿入孔32の内壁に当たらないように設けられている。特に、ツース30がアダプタ20に対して傾いた場合においても、アダプタ20の角部分がツース30の内壁に当たらないことが好ましい(図7参照)。
 第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37(一対の軸孔の一例)それぞれは、図6及び図7に示すように、ツース本体31を貫通する。第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37それぞれは、挿入孔32に繋がっている。第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37は、第2方向に沿って一直線上に形成されている。図7では、第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37の中心線AXが一点鎖線で図示されている。図7に示すように、第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37には、取付け機構40の両端部が収容される。
 取付け機構40は、図5に示すように、ピン41と、ボルト42と、ワッシャ43と、ブシュ44と、を有する。ピン41は、図7に示すように、挿入部22の挿通孔22aに挿通される。本実施形態では、ピン41の中心軸は、第1軸孔36及び第2軸孔37の中心線AXと略一致している。ボルト42は、ワッシャ43及びブシュ44を介して、ピン41の一端部に固定される。ワッシャ43及びブシュ44は、第1軸孔36の内側に収容される。
 (アダプタ20とツース30の位置関係)
 次に、アダプタ20とツース30の位置関係について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図8は、図4のA-A断面図である。ただし、図8では、図7と異なり、第2方向においてツース30がアダプタ20に対して揺動していない状態が図示されている。
 図8では、第1支持部101と第2支持部102の中心線AX上の中央位置が“基準点P”として図示されている。すなわち、基準点Pは、中心線AX上におけるツース本体31の第2方向中心である。
 図8に示すように、基準点Pとサインポケット33の最深部との間隔m1は、基準点Pと第2延在孔35の最深部との間隔m2よりも大きい。図示しないが、基準点Pと第1延在孔34の最深部との間隔は、基準点Pと第2延在孔35の最深部との間隔m2と同程度である。第1延在孔34又は第2延在孔35の最深部は、挿入孔32の最深部の一例である。間隔m1は、間隔m2の1.05倍以上であることが好ましく、1.10倍以上であることがより好ましい。
 また、図8に示すように、挿入部22の先端と第1支持部101及び第2支持部102との微少な間隔n1は、中心線AXと第1支持部101及び第2支持部102との間隔n2の5%以下であることが好ましく、2%以下であることがより好ましい。
 (作用及び効果)
 (1)本実施形態に係るツース30は、ツース本体31と、挿入孔32と、挿入孔32の最深部から突出する第1支持部101及び第2支持部102(一対の支持部の一例)と、を有する。挿入孔32は、第1支持部101と第2支持部102の間に形成されるサインポケット33(凹部の一例)と、第1支持部101及び第2支持部102の両側に形成される第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35(一対の延在孔の一例)と、を有する。
 従って、第1支持部101あるいは第2支持部102をアダプタ20に当接させることによって、ツース30のアダプタ20に対する搖動、いわゆるガタつきを抑制できる。また、アダプタ20とツース30との隙間から侵入した土砂をサインポケット33に収容できるため、侵入した土砂によってアダプタ20やツース30が摩耗することを抑制できる。また、第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35が形成されていることによって、アダプタ20の先端の角部が挿入孔32の内壁に当たることを抑制できるため、サインポケット33内でアダプタ20とツース30が損傷することを抑制できる。
 (2)基準点Pとサインポケット33の最深部との間隔m1は、基準点Pと挿入孔32の最深部との間隔m2よりも大きい。
 従って、ツース本体31の摩耗が進行した場合に、サインポケット33を挿入孔32よりも先に露出させることができる。そのため、挿入部22が損傷する前に余裕を持って、ツース30の交換時期を認識させることができる。
 (3)第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35は、サインポケット33より浅くかつ狭い。
 従って、通常の使用環境において、第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35より先にサインポケット33を開口させることができる。そのため、挿入部22が損傷する前に余裕を持って、ツース30の交換時期を認識させることができる。
 (4)第1支持部101及び第2支持部102は、挿入孔32に挿入されたアダプタ20の先端部と所定間隔を隔てて対向する。
 従って、アダプタ20の揺動を所定範囲内に制限することができる。
 (5)ツース本体31は、背面31S5(基端面の一例)から突出する第1凸部31T1を有する。
 従って、第1凸部31T1を固定部21の第1凹部21T1に嵌合することによって、ツース30がアダプタ20に対して揺動することをより抑制できる。この効果は、第2凸部31T2によっても得ることができる。
 (6)挿入部22の先端と第1支持部101及び第2支持部102との間隔n1は、中心線AXと第1支持部101及び第2支持部102との間隔n2の5%以下である。
 従って、挿入部22の先端と第1支持部101及び第2支持部102とを必要十分に近接させることができる。そのため、ツース30が傾いた場合に、アダプタ20でツース30を適切に支持することができる。
 (他の実施形態)
 本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変形又は修正が可能である。
 例えば、上記実施形態では、掘削具の一例としてバケット100について説明したが、これに限られるものではない。掘削具としては、ブルドーザなどに取り付けられるリッパなどが挙げられる。
 また、上記実施形態では、ツース30の挿入孔32は、第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35を有することとしたが、これに限られるものではない。図9に示すように、挿入孔32は、第1延在孔34及び第2延在孔35を有していなくてもよい。この場合、第1支持部101と第1内側面31S1との角、及び第2支持部102と第2内側面31S2との角が、挿入孔32の最深部となる。
 また、上記実施形態では、ツース本体31は、第1凸部31T1及び第2凸部31T2を有することとしたが、これに限られるものではない。ツース本体31は、第1凸部31T1及び第2凸部31T2を有していなくてもよく、第1凸部31T1及び第2凸部31T2の一方だけを有していてもよい。

Claims (8)

  1.  アダプタに取り付けられる掘削ツースであって、
     基端面を有し、第1方向に延びるツース本体と、
     前記ツース本体の前記基端面に形成され、前記アダプタを挿入するための挿入孔と、
     前記挿入孔の最深部から突出する一対の支持部と、
    を備え、
     前記挿入孔は、
     前記一対の支持部の間に形成される凹部と、
     前記一対の支持部の両側に形成され、前記第1方向に延在する一対の延在孔と、
    を有する
    掘削ツース。
  2.  前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿って前記ツース本体を貫通し、前記挿入孔に繋がる一対の軸孔を備え、
     前記一対の軸孔の中心を通り前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に平行な断面において、前記一対の軸孔の中央に位置する基準点と前記凹部の最深部との間隔は、前記基準点と前記挿入孔の最深部との間隔よりも大きい、
    請求項1に記載の掘削ツース。
  3.  前記一対の延在孔は、前記凹部より浅くかつ狭い、
    請求項1に記載の掘削ツース。
  4.  前記一対の支持部は、前記挿入孔に挿入された前記アダプタの先端部と所定間隔を隔てて対向する、
    請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の掘削ツース。
  5.  前記ツース本体は、前記基端面から突出する凸部を有する、
    請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の掘削ツース。
  6.  掘削具本体と、
     第1方向に延びるツース本体と、前記ツース本体の基端面に形成される挿入孔と、前記挿入孔の最深部から突出する支持部と、を有する掘削ツースと、
     前記掘削具本体に固定される固定部と、前記挿入孔に挿入される挿入部と、を有するアダプタと、
    を備え、
     前記支持部は、前記挿入部の先端と所定間隔を隔てて対向する、
    掘削具。
  7.  前記掘削ツースは、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に沿って前記ツース本体を貫通し、前記挿入孔に繋がる一対の軸孔を有し、
     前記一対の軸孔の中心を通り前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に平行な断面において、前記第2方向における前記挿入部と前記支持部との間隔は、前記第2方向における前記一対の軸孔の中心と前記支持部との間隔の5%以下である、
    請求項6に記載の掘削具。
  8.  前記ツース本体は、前記基端面から突出する凸部を含み、
     前記固定部は、前記凸部が嵌合される凹部を含む、
    請求項6又は7に記載の掘削具。
