Claims (2)
- 口腔内側から顎骨側に向けて先細りになるテーパを設けた截頭円錐形の凹部(1a)が穿設されているチタン又はチタン合金製のインプラントフィクスチャー(1)を100~300℃に加熱した状態で、顎骨側と反対側に補綴物固定部(2b)が設けられ顎骨側にインプラントフィクスチャー(1)の截頭円錐形の凹部(1a)と同じテーパを有する截頭円錐形の凸部(2a)が設けられた常温のセラミック製のアバットメント(2)の該凸部(2a)をインプラントフィクスチャー(1)の凹部(1a)に圧入した後、常温まで冷却することにより、アバットメント(2)とインプラントフィクスチャー(1)とが一体を成した一体型インプラントを製造する方法。
- インプラントフィクスチャー(1)の截頭円錐形の凹部(1a)とアバットメント(2)の截頭円錐形の凸部(2a)との両テーパ角度が0.5~6°である請求項1に記載の一体型インプラントを製造する方法。
