追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方で新規な遷移画面が適切に追加されたか否かを確認可能な帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムを提供する。画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部と、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部と、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部と、フォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部と、出力内容取得部で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部と、帳票変換部で変換された複数の帳票を出力する帳票出力部とを備える。

Description

帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム
　本発明は、帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムに関し、特に、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムに関する。
　従来、顧客管理に利用される営業システムには、階層型の画面によって構成され、上層の画面で入力された情報に基づいて、最終的な下層の入力画面に遷移する画面遷移型のシステムが利用されている。このような画面遷移型のシステムは、入力された情報に応じて、上層及び下層間で画面遷移できるように、それぞれ紐付された複数の画面を有している。
　このような画面遷移型のシステムにおいて、遷移画面が新規に追加される場合には、遷移画面の遷移先及び遷移元が、既に構築されているシステム内に登録される。遷移画面の追加により、画面遷移型のシステムが保有する画面数が膨大になると、遷移元及び遷移先の登録数も膨大になる。このような状況で、画面が正しく追加されたか否かを判断するには、非常に困難な作業が伴う。特に、複数の遷移画面が同時に追加される場合、複数の遷移画面がシステムに適切に追加されず、システムのエラーとなることがある。そこで、画面遷移を設計する画面遷移設計支援装置が知られている（例えば、特許文献１）。

　新規な遷移画面は、例えば、営業担当者（以下、追加依頼者とする）からシステム管理者に対して、遷移画面を追加する依頼をすることで、システム管理者によりシステムに追加される。新規な遷移画面が適切に追加されたか否かは、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方で確認されるべきである。特許文献１における画面設計支援装置では、画面遷移型システムの作成においてシステム管理者を支援することはできるが、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方が適切に追加された否かを確認することはできなかった。
　本発明は、斯かる事情に鑑み、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方で新規な遷移画面が適切に追加されたか否かを確認可能な帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムを提供することを課題とする。
　本発明に係る帳票出力装置は、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置であって、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部と、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部と、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部と、フォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部と、出力内容取得部で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部と、帳票変換部で変換された複数の帳票を出力する帳票出力部とを備えることを特徴とする。
　本発明に係る帳票出力方法は、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面の画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力方法であって、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付けるステップと、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得するステップと、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得するステップと、出力内容を取得するステップで取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換するステップと、帳票変換部で変換された帳票を出力するステップとを備えることを特徴とする。
　本発明に係る帳票出力プログラムは、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置として機能させるプログラムであって、コンピュータを、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部、フォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部、出力内容取得部で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部、帳票変換部で変換された帳票を出力する帳票出力部として機能させることを特徴とする。
　本発明に係る帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法及び帳票出力プログラムによれば、画面遷移情報取得部は、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報に基づいて、画面識別情報に係る画面遷移情報を取得する。帳票変換部は、出力内容取得部によって取得された、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットに画面遷移情報を変換することで、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する。帳票出力部は、変換された複数の帳票を出力する。これにより、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方に必要な情報が含まれた帳票をそれぞれ出力することができる。
　また、本発明に係る帳票出力装置において、画面遷移情報は、複数の遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移元の画面識別情報である遷移元識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移先の画面識別情報である遷移先識別情報とを有し、出力内容取得部は、画面識別情報、遷移元識別情報及び遷移先識別情報を複数の帳票に出力する出力内容として取得してもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、画面遷移情報に含まれる遷移元識別情報及び遷移先識別情報が、複数の帳票に含まれるので、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方が遷移先及び遷移元を正しいか否か確認することができる。
　また、本発明に係る帳票出力装置において、画面遷移情報は、複数の画面のそれぞれの名称である名称情報をさらに有し、出力内容取得部は、名称情報を出力内容としてさらに取得し、帳票変換部は、名称情報を含む画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換してもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、帳票変換部が名称情報を含む画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換するので、追加依頼者は、追加を依頼した画面の適正について、容易に確認することができる。
　また、本発明に係る帳票出力装置は、帳票出力部で出力すべき複数の帳票を選択するメニューを作成するメニュー作成部と、作成されたメニューを表示する表示部とをさらに備え、メニュー作成部は、画面遷移情報取得部を介して画面遷移情報を取得するとともに、取得された画面遷移情報を表示部に表示させ、入力部は、帳票を作成する遷移画面の画面識別情報の入力を受け付けてもよい。
　かかる構成によれば、メニューにより選択された複数の帳票を出力することができるので、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方に応じた適切な帳票を出力することができる。
　また、本発明に係る帳票出力システムは、画面遷移情報を保持するホストサーバと、上記に記載の帳票出力装置とを備えることを特徴とする。
　かかる構成によれば、ホストサーバから画面遷移情報を取得することができるので、帳票出力装置が画面遷移情報を保持しておらずとも、複数の帳票を作成及び出力をすることができる。
　以上の如く、本発明に係る帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムによれば、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方で新規な遷移画面が適切に追加されたか否かを確認できるというすぐれた効果を奏する。

　以下、本発明に係る帳票出力装置、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システムにおける一実施形態について、図１～図１４を参照して説明する。
　まず、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１の各構成を説明するのに先立って、遷移画面の作成及び作成された遷移画面のシステムへの登録について説明する。なお、本実施形態においては、帳票出力装置３が帳票を作成する例として説明するが、帳票出力装置３以外のコンピュータを利用して帳票が作成されてもよい。また、作成及び登録される遷移画面は、既に登録され、階層状に構成された複数の遷移画面に新たに追加されるものとする。そして、階層状に構成された複数の遷移画面のうち、遷移する二つの遷移画面が上位概念と下位概念の関係にある場合、上位概念の遷移画面を上層側遷移画面という。一方、下位概念の遷移画面を下層側遷移画面という。また、互いに同位の概念の遷移画面を同位遷移画面という。
　図１に示すように、帳票出力システム１は、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面の情報とを有する画面遷移情報を格納するホストサーバ２と、ホストサーバ２に接続され、帳票を作成する帳票出力装置３とを備える。ホストサーバ２は、インターネットやＷＡＮ等の電子通信手段で通信端末と接続される。
　ホストサーバ２は、遷移画面の遷移先及び遷移元の情報を格納する画面遷移格納部２１と、遷移画面の名称を格納するリソースマスタ格納部２２と、遷移画面を格納する画面格納部２３と、画面遷移格納部２１、リソースマスタ格納部２２及び画面格納部２３に接続されて、帳票出力装置３とデータ送受信をする送受信部２４とを有する。なお、本実施形態においては、画面遷移格納部２１及びリソースマスタ格納部２２が格納する情報を総じて画面遷移情報とする。
　画面遷移格納部２１は、図２に示すように、複数の遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報と、遷移画面の上層側遷移画面を識別する上層側識別情報と、複数の遷移画面のそれぞれの遷移元の画面識別情報である遷移元識別情報と、画面を構成するプログラムの番号を示す遷移番号と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移先の画面識別情報である遷移先識別情報と、遷移元から遷移先に遷移画面を遷移する条件である判定条件と、遷移画面を格納する位置である格納位置情報とを格納する。例えば、画面遷移格納部２１は、画面識別情報として「画面２」、上層側識別情報として「画面１」、遷移元識別情報として「画面１」，「画面３」，「画面５」，「画面６」、遷移先識別情報として「画面１」，「画面３」，「画面５」，「画面６」、判定条件として「画面選択入力」、格納位置情報として「画面格納部」を格納する。
　リソースマスタ格納部２２は、図３に示すように、複数の遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報と、画面識別情報に対応する名称である名称情報とを格納する。例えば、リソースマスタ格納部２２は、画面識別情報として「画面２」、名称情報として「お客様登録画面」を格納する。
　画面格納部２３は、図４に示すように、複数の遷移画面そのものを格納する。画面格納部２３は、複数の遷移画面を画面識別情報に紐づけて格納する。例えば、画面格納部は、画面識別情報として「画面２」、実際の遷移画面の画面データとして「データＢ」を格納する。
　帳票出力装置３は、システム担当者からの入力を受け付ける入力部３３と、入力部３３が受け付けた入力情報に基づいて遷移画面を作成する遷移画面作成部３１と、入力部３３が受け付けた登録入力に基づいて、遷移画面作成部３１により作成された遷移画面をホストサーバ２に登録する遷移画面登録部３２と、ホストサーバ２に接続されてデータの送受信をする送受信部３４とを備える。
　入力部３３は、例えば、キーボードやマウス等の入力デバイスである。入力部３３は、システム担当者から遷移画面の作成に係る入力を受け付ける。また、入力部３３は、作成された遷移画面を画面遷移格納部２１、リソースマスタ格納部２２及び画面格納部２３に登録するための入力を受け付ける。入力部３３は、受け付けた入力を、遷移画面作成部３１及び遷移画面登録部３２に送る。
　遷移画面作成部３１は、入力部３３に入力された情報を受け取って、遷移画面を作成する。具体的に、遷移画面作成部３１は、作成される遷移画面の画面識別情報と、作成される遷移画面の上層側識別情報と、作成される遷移画面の遷移元の画面識別情報である遷移元識別情報と、遷移先の画面識別情報である遷移先識別情報と、遷移先の遷移画面に遷移する条件である判定条件と、遷移画面の識別情報である画面識別情報と、遷移画面の名称である名称情報とを入力部３３から受け取って遷移画面を作成する。
　遷移画面登録部３２は、入力部３３から、作成した遷移画面の登録をすべき旨の入力を受け取ることで、ホストサーバ２に遷移画面を登録する。具体的に、遷移画面登録部３２は、入力部３３から登録すべき旨の入力を受け取ることで、遷移元識別情報、遷移先識別情報、判定条件及び画面識別情報を、送受信部２４，３４を介して画面遷移格納部２１に登録（格納）する。遷移画面登録部３２は、リソースマスタ格納部２２に、画面識別情報及び名称情報を登録（格納）する。また、遷移画面登録部３２は、画面格納部２３に、画面識別情報及び遷移画面そのものを登録（格納）する。
　次に、帳票出力装置３が、新たに追加（登録）される遷移画面を作成及び登録する流れについて説明する。
　入力部３３は、遷移画面を作成及び登録するための遷移元情報、遷移先識別情報、判定条件、画面識別情報及び名称情報と、作成する遷移画面に係る情報とを受け付ける。入力部３３は、受け付けた情報を遷移画面作成部３１に送る。遷移画面作成部３１は、入力部３３から受け取った情報に基づいて、遷移画面を作成する。
　遷移画面作成部３１による遷移画面の作成の後、入力部３３は、遷移画面を追加（登録）する旨の入力を受け付ける。入力部３３は、受け付けた遷移画面を追加（登録）する旨の入力を遷移画面登録部３２に送る。遷移画面登録部３２は、入力部３３から受け取った遷移画面を追加（登録）する旨の入力に基づいて、ホストサーバ２に作成した遷移画面を登録する。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１は、上記のように作成及び登録された遷移画面について、正しく登録されているか否かを確認するための複数の帳票を出力するためのものである。以下、複数の帳票を出力する構成について、図１を参照して説明する。なお、帳票出力システム１の構成は、ホストサーバ２及び帳票出力装置３を備える点で上記遷移画面の作成及び登録に係る構成と同様であるので説明を省略する。また、ホストサーバ２の構成についても、上記遷移画面の作成及び登録に係る構成と同様であるので説明を省略する。
　帳票出力装置３は、上記入力部３３と、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部３５と、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部３７と、フォーマット格納部３７から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部３６と、出力内容取得部３６で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部３８と、帳票変換部３８で変換された複数の帳票を出力する帳票出力部３９と、上記送受信部３４を備える。また、帳票出力装置３は、複数の帳票を選択するメニューに係るメニュー情報を格納するメニュー格納部４０と、帳票出力部３９で出力すべき複数の帳票を選択するメニュー画面を作成するメニュー作成部４１と、作成されたメニュー画面を表示する表示部４２とを備える。なお、入力部３３の機能は、遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける点で、上記遷移画面の作成及び登録における機能と異なる。送受信部３４の機能は、上記遷移画面の作成及び登録における機能と同様であるので、説明を省略する。
　画面遷移情報取得部３５は、ホストサーバ２から、入力部３３に入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する。画面遷移情報取得部３５は、取得した画面遷移情報を出力内容取得部３６に送る。
　フォーマット格納部３７は、ハードディスクや不揮発性メモリ等の記録媒体である。フォーマット格納部３７は、図５に示すように、複数の帳票のそれぞれで出力すべき出力内容をフォーマットとして格納する。フォーマット格納部３７は、例えば、画面遷移図、メニュー登録票、画面遷移登録票、遷移元検索票、遷移先マトリクス及び画面一覧のフォーマットを格納する。また、フォーマット格納部３７は、それぞれの帳票について、表示する帳票の様式を、様式１、様式２、様式３、様式４、様式５及び様式６として格納する。
　出力内容取得部３６は、入力部３３に入力された、出力すべき複数の帳票に関連する複数のフォーマットをフォーマット格納部３７から読み出す。また、出力内容取得部３６は、画面遷移情報取得部３５で取得された画面遷移情報を受け取る。出力内容取得部３６は、読み出したフォーマット毎に、画面遷移情報に含まれる各種情報の内、いずれの情報を出力すべきか判断する。より具体的に、出力内容取得部３６は、読み出したフォーマットに出力すべきとされている情報（図５において、○で示す）を、出力する情報と判断する。出力内容取得部３６は、各フォーマットにおいて出力すべきと判断した情報を出力内容として画面遷移情報から取得する。出力内容取得部３６は、読み出した複数のフォーマットと、取得した出力内容とを帳票変換部３８に送る。
　帳票変換部３８は、複数のフォーマットと、出力内容とを出力内容取得部３６から受け取る。帳票変換部３８は、各フォーマットに出力内容を適用して、帳票に変換する。具体的に、帳票変換部３８は、画面遷移図、画面遷移登録票、遷移元検索票、遷移先マトリクス及び画面一覧に出力内容を適用して、帳票に変換する。帳票変換部３８は、変換した複数の帳票を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　帳票出力部３９は、帳票変換部３８から変換された複数の帳票を受け取る。帳票出力部３９は、受け取った複数の帳票を出力する。例えば、帳票出力部３９は、受け取った複数の帳票をプリンタである印刷部４３に印刷させる。また、帳票出力部３９は、表示部４２に受け取った複数の帳票を表示部４２に表示させる。また、帳票出力部３９は、受け取った複数の帳票をファイルデータとしてハードディスク等の補助記憶装置に格納してもよい。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、画面遷移図として図６に示すような帳票を出力する。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、メニュー登録票として図７に示すような帳票を出力する。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、画面遷移登録票として図８に示すような帳票を出力する。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、遷移元検索票として図９に示すような帳票を出力する。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、遷移先マトリクスとして図１０に示すような帳票を出力する。帳票出力部３９は、例えば、画面一覧として図１１に示すような帳票を出力する。
　ここで、各帳票について説明する。図６に示す画面遷移図は、画面識別情報で識別される各画面と、上位概念、同位概念及び下位概念の関係となる遷移画像を枝分れ図で示すものである。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、上層側識別情報、判定条件、名称情報及び様式１を利用して画面遷移図を作成する。
　図７に示すメニュー登録票は、画面識別情報で識別される各画面と、下位概念の関係となる遷移画像を表で示すものである。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、判定条件、名称情報及び様式２を利用してメニュー登録票を作成する。
　図８に示す画面遷移登録票は、画面識別情報と遷移番号とで識別される各画面と、全ての遷移先となる各画面を表で示すものである。即ち、メニュー登録票に加え、遷移可能な、上位概念及び同位概念の関係となる遷移画像とを表で示すものである。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、遷移先識別情報、判定条件、名称情報及び様式３を利用して画面遷移登録票を作成する。
　図９に示す遷移元検索表は、画面識別情報で識別される各画面と、各画面への遷移元となる遷移画面を表で示すものである。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、遷移元識別情報、判定条件、名称情報及び様式４を利用して遷移元検索表を作成する。
　図１０に示す遷移先マトリクスは、画面識別情報で識別される各画面と、遷移可能な各画面とを表で示すものである。即ち、遷移先マトリクスは、各画面から遷移可能な画面を星印で示す。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、遷移先識別情報、名称情報及び様式５を利用して遷移先マトリクスを作成する。
　図１１に示す画面一覧は、画面識別情報で識別される各画面と、格納先とを表で示すものである。帳票出力部３９は、画面識別情報、名称情報、格納位置情報及び様式６を利用して画面一覧を作成する。
　メニュー格納部４０は、例えば、ハードディスクや不揮発性メモリ等の記録媒体である。メニュー格納部４０は、メニュー情報として、例えば、画面遷移図、メニュー登録票、画面遷移登録票、遷移元検索票、画面遷移マトリクス及び画面一覧表の少なくとも２つを選択入力可能なように、帳票の一覧を示す帳票情報を格納する。また、メニュー格納部４０は、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面の情報を選択可能なように、複数の遷移画面の画面識別情報を格納する。
　メニュー作成部４１は、メニュー格納部４０からメニュー情報を読み出す。メニュー作成部４１は、読み出したメニュー情報を利用してメニュー画面を作成する。メニュー作成部４１は、図１２に示すように、作成したメニュー画面を表示部４２に表示させる。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１の構成については以上の通りであり、次に、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１の作用について図１３及び図１４のフローチャートを参照して説明する。
　図１３に示すように、まず遷移画面作成部３１は、新たな遷移画面を作成する（ステップＳ１）。遷移画面登録部３２は、作成された遷移画面を画面格納部２３に格納する（ステップＳ２）。また、遷移画面登録部３２は、作成された遷移画面の画面遷移情報を画面遷移格納部２１及びリソースマスタ格納部２２に格納する（ステップＳ３）。
　メニュー作成部４１は、メニュー格納部４０からメニュー情報を読み出す（ステップＳ４）。メニュー作成部４１は、メニュー情報からメニュー画面を作成する。そして、メニュー作成部４１は、作成したメニュー画面を表示部４２に表示させる。
　入力部３３は、帳票を作成する入力を受け付ける（ステップＳ５）。入力部３３は、帳票を作成する入力を受け付けると、出力内容取得部３６に受け付けた入力を送信する。
　図１４を参照して、帳票出力装置３が帳票を作成する流れについてより詳しく説明する。入力部３３は、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する遷移画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける（ステップＳ１１）。画面遷移情報取得部３５は、入力された遷移画面識別情報に基づいて、画面遷移格納部２１及びリソースマスタ格納部２２から、遷移画面識別情報を起点とする画面遷移情報を取得する（ステップＳ１２）。
　出力内容取得部３６は、画面遷移情報取得部３５により取得された画面遷移情報を取得する。また、出力内容取得部３６は、フォーマット格納部３７から、複数のフォーマットを読み出す（ステップＳ１３）。出力内容取得部３６は、入力部３３に入力された、出力すべき複数の帳票に係るフォーマットに合わせて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する。出力内容取得部３６は、出力する複数のフォーマットと、取得した出力内容とを帳票変換部３８に送る。
　画面遷移図が作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、画面遷移図のフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ１４）。帳票変換部３８は、画面遷移図のフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票である画面遷移図に変換する（ステップＳ１５）。帳票変換部３８は、変換した画面遷移図を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　メニュー登録票が作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、メニュー登録票のフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ１６）。帳票変換部３８は、メニュー登録票のフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票であるメニュー登録票に変換する（ステップＳ１７）。帳票変換部３８は、変換したメニュー登録票を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　画面遷移登録票が作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、画面遷移登録票のフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ１８）。帳票変換部３８は、画面遷移登録票のフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票である画面遷移登録票に変換する（ステップＳ１９）。帳票変換部３８は、変換した画面遷移登録票を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　遷移元検索票が作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、遷移元検索票のフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ２０）。帳票変換部３８は、遷移元検索票のフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票である遷移元検索票に変換する（ステップＳ２１）。帳票変換部３８は、変換した遷移元検索票を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　画面遷移マトリクスが作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、画面遷移マトリクスのフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ２２）。帳票変換部３８は、画面遷移マトリクスのフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票である画面遷移マトリクスに変換する（ステップＳ２３）。帳票変換部３８は、変換した画面遷移マトリクスを帳票出力部３９に送る。
　画面一覧が作成される場合、帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６から、画面一覧のフォーマットと出力内容とを受け取る（ステップＳ２４）。帳票変換部３８は、画面一覧のフォーマットと出力内容とから、帳票である画面一覧に変換する（ステップＳ２５）。帳票変換部３８は、変換した画面一覧を帳票出力部３９に送る。
　帳票出力部３９は、帳票変換部３８から送られた複数の帳票を出力する（ステップＳ６）。帳票出力部３９は、複数の帳票を、少なくとも印刷部４３及び表示部４２を利用して出力する。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３は、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置３であって、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部３３と、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部３５と、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部３７と、フォーマット格納部３７から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部３６と、出力内容取得部３６で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部３８と、帳票変換部３８で変換された複数の帳票を出力する帳票出力部３９とを備える。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力方法は、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面の画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力方法であって、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付けるステップと、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得するステップと、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部３７から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得するステップと、出力内容を取得するステップで取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換するステップと、帳票変換部３８で変換された帳票を出力するステップとを備える。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力プログラムは、複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置３として機能させるプログラムであって、コンピュータを、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部３３、入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部３５、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部３７、フォーマット格納部３７から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部３６、出力内容取得部３６で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部３８、帳票変換部３８で変換された帳票を出力する帳票出力部３９として機能させる。
　本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法及び帳票出力プログラムによれば、画面遷移情報取得部３５は、画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報に基づいて、画面識別情報に係る画面遷移情報を取得する。帳票変換部３８は、出力内容取得部３６によって取得された、帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットに画面遷移情報を変換することで、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する。帳票出力部３９は、変換された複数の帳票を出力する。これにより、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方に必要な情報が含まれた帳票をそれぞれ出力することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３において、画面遷移情報は、複数の遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移元の画面識別情報である遷移元識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移先の画面識別情報である遷移先識別情報とを有し、出力内容取得部３６は、画面識別情報、遷移元識別情報及び遷移先識別情報を複数の帳票に出力する出力内容として取得する。
　かかる構成によれば、画面遷移情報に含まれる遷移元識別情報及び遷移先識別情報が、複数の帳票に含まれるので、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方が遷移先及び遷移元を正しいか否か確認することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３において、画面遷移情報は、複数の画面のそれぞれの名称である名称情報をさらに有し、出力内容取得部３６は、名称情報を出力内容としてさらに取得し、帳票変換部３８は、名称情報を含む画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する。
　かかる構成によれば、帳票変換部３８が名称情報を含む画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換するので、追加依頼者は、追加を依頼した画面の適正について、容易に確認することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３は、帳票出力部３９で出力すべき複数の帳票を選択するメニュー画面を作成するメニュー作成部４１と、作成されたメニュー画面を表示する表示部４２とをさらに備え、メニュー作成部４１は、画面遷移情報取得部３５を介して画面遷移情報を取得するとともに、取得された画面遷移情報を表示部４２に表示させ、入力部３３は、帳票を作成する遷移画面の画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける。
　かかる構成によれば、メニュー画面により選択された複数の帳票を出力することができるので、追加依頼者及びシステム管理者の双方に応じた適切な帳票を出力することができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力システム１は、画面遷移情報を保持するホストサーバ２と、上記に記載の帳票出力装置３とを備える。
　かかる構成によれば、ホストサーバ２から画面遷移情報を取得することができるので、帳票出力装置３が画面遷移情報を保持しておらずとも、複数の帳票を作成及び出力をすることができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力システム１は、画面遷移情報を保持するホストサーバ２と、上記に記載の帳票出力装置３とを備える。
　かかる構成によれば、ホストサーバ２から画面遷移情報を取得することができるので、帳票出力装置３が画面遷移情報を保持しておらずとも、複数の帳票を作成及び出力をすることができる。
　なお、本発明に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１は、上記した実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加え得ることは勿論である。また、下記する各種の変更例に係る構成や方法等を任意に選択して、上記した実施形態に係る構成や方法等に採用してもよいことは勿論である。
　例えば、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１おいては、画面遷移情報が一つの格納部（例えば、画面遷移格納部２１）に格納されてもよい。また、画面遷移格納部２１、リソースマスタ格納部２２及び画面格納部２３の少なくとも１つが、帳票出力装置３に設けられていてもよい。
　また、上記実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１においては、画面格納部２３がホストサーバ２に設けられる例で説明した。一方で、帳票出力装置３に電子通信回線を介して接続された他のサーバや端末に格納されていてもよい。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１は、メニュー画面において出力する帳票が選択されるのに代わり、全ての帳票が自動的に選択されてもよい。これにより、入力部３３への入力を少なくすることができ、効率化を図ることができる。
　また、本実施形態に係る帳票出力装置３、帳票出力方法、帳票出力プログラム及び帳票出力システム１においては、帳票出力装置３が、新規に遷移画面を作成及び登録可能な構成としたが、ホストサーバ２に電子通信回線を介して接続されている他の端末を利用して、新規に遷移画面を作成及び登録可能な構成としてもよい。
　また、本実施形態においては、画面遷移情報が１０画面分の情報を有する形態で説明したが、１０以上又は１０未満の遷移画像に係る情報を有していてもよい。

Claims (7)

  1. 　複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置であって、
    　画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部と、
    　入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部と、
    　帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部と、
    　フォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部と、
    　出力内容取得部で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部と、
    　帳票変換部で変換された複数の帳票を出力する帳票出力部と
    を備えることを特徴とする帳票出力装置。
  2. 　画面遷移情報は、複数の遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移元の画面識別情報である遷移元識別情報と、複数の遷移画面それぞれの遷移先の画面識別情報である遷移先識別情報とを有し、
    　出力内容取得部は、画面識別情報、遷移元識別情報及び遷移先識別情報を複数の帳票に出力する出力内容として取得することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の帳票出力装置。
  3. 　画面遷移情報は、複数の遷移画面のそれぞれの名称である名称情報をさらに有し、
    　出力内容取得部は、名称情報を出力内容としてさらに取得し、
    　帳票変換部は、名称情報を含む画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する
    ことを特徴とする帳票出力装置。
  4. 　帳票出力部で出力すべき複数の帳票を選択するメニューを作成するメニュー作成部と、
    　作成されたメニューを表示する表示部と
    をさらに備え、
    　メニュー作成部は、画面遷移情報取得部を介して画面遷移情報を取得するとともに、取得された画面遷移情報を表示部に表示させ、
    　入力部は、帳票を作成する遷移画面の画面識別情報の入力を受け付けることを特徴とする請求項１乃至３のいずれか一項に記載の帳票出力装置。
  5. 　画面遷移情報を保持するホストサーバと、請求項１乃至４のいずれか一項に記載の帳票出力装置とを備えることを特徴とする帳票出力システム。
  6. 　複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面の画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力方法であって、
    　画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付けるステップと、
    　入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得するステップと、
    　帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得するステップと、
    　出力内容を取得するステップで取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換するステップと、
    　帳票変換部で変換された帳票を出力するステップと
    を備えることを特徴とする帳票出力方法。
  7. 　複数の画面のそれぞれを遷移画面として、複数の遷移画面同士の関係性とそれぞれの遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報とを有する画面遷移情報を用途別に複数のフォーマットの帳票に変換して出力する帳票出力装置として機能させるプログラムであって、
    　コンピュータを、
    　画面遷移の起点となる遷移画面を識別する画面識別情報の入力を受け付ける入力部、
    　入力された画面識別情報に関連する画面遷移情報を取得する画面遷移情報取得部、
    　帳票毎に異なる出力内容を定めた複数のフォーマットを格納するフォーマット格納部、
    　フォーマット格納部から複数のフォーマットを取得するとともに、複数のフォーマット毎に定められた出力内容に応じて、画面遷移情報から出力内容を取得する出力内容取得部、
    　出力内容取得部で取得した出力内容を複数のフォーマットに適用して、画面遷移情報を複数の帳票に変換する帳票変換部、
    　帳票変換部で変換された帳票を出力する帳票出力部
    として機能させることを特徴とするプログラム。
