具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案, 下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参看图 2、 图 3 , 图 2为本发明第一实施例所提供的管接件密封结构 的结构示意图; 图 3为图 2中管接件密封结构的爆炸结构示意图。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 本发明提供的管接件密封结构用于密封管件 3、联 接主体 1与螺帽 2之间的连接处, 该管接件密封结构包括套于管件 3外侧 的密封圏 4、 支撑圏 5、 弹圏 6, 具体的实施方式中, 所述联接主体 1为具 有内孔的管状结构, 其至少一端设有外螺纹, 该端的端部形成螺纹端口, 所述外螺纹用于与螺帽 2的内螺纹啮合配合, 所述螺帽 2的一端具有内螺 纹, 用于与所述联接主体 1的外螺纹啮合, 所述弹圏 6的外侧端、 所述密 封圏 4的外侧端分别抵靠所述所述联接主体 1的螺纹端口、 所述螺帽 2的 卡紧端; 所述支撑圏 5的一端压紧所述弹圏 6的内侧端, 所述支撑圏 5的 另一端与所述密封圏 4的内侧端形成直角接口扣合。
这种结构的管接件密封结构, 密封圏 4与支撑圏 5的接触面以直角接 口扣合的方式抵靠接触, 在安装密封圏 4、 支撑圏 5时, 密封圏 4与能支 撑圏 5紧密扣合, 二者之间的直角接口扣合结构在管件 3径向对密封圏 4 进行限位, 可防止密封圏 4在管件 3径向发生错位或窜动, 从而可以避免 密封圏 4卡入弹圏 6与联接主体 1之间的缝隙内, 使得密封件能够与支撑 圏 5、 管件 3外壁、 联接主体 1的螺纹连接端端口紧密贴合, 确保密封的 密封效果; 而且, 密封圏 4与支撑圏 5之间的接触缝隙呈 L形, 改变了外 部水分进入时的路径, 增加了外部水分进入的难度, 提高了密封效果。
具体的方案中, 如图 4、 图 5所示, 所述密封圏 4的内侧端具有直角 形 槽, 所述支撑圏 5的相应端具有直角形突起, 所述直角 槽与所述直 角形突起形成直角接口扣合。 这种方案, 由于密封圏 4为柔性部件, 支撑 圏 5为刚性部件, 支撑圏 5的直角形突起可以压紧密封圏 4的直角 槽, 可以达到良好的密封效果。
可以理解, 所述支撑圏 5与所述密封圏 4形成的直角接口扣合结构也 可以为: 所述密封圏 4的内侧端具有直角形突起, 所述支撑圏 5的相应端 具有直角形 槽, 所述直角 槽与所述直角形突起形成直角接口扣合。 这 种方案也应在本发明的保护范围内。
进一步的方案中, 所述密封圏 4的直角形 槽前端面为斜坡面, 所述 支撑圏 5的直角形突起的后端面与所述斜坡面贴合。 这种结构可增大密封 圏 4与支撑圏 5的接触面积, 并延长了外部水分进入时的路径, 密封圏 4 与支撑圏 5配合端的斜面被支撑圏 5的斜面压紧后往里缩压紧管件 3外壁, 使外部水也无法通过管件 3的外壁流入管内, 提高了密封效果。
优选的方案中, 所述支撑圏 5的另一端为斜面, 该斜面压紧所述弹圏 6的内侧端。 在旋紧螺帽 2时, 这种结构可使得支撑圏 5紧密压紧弹圏 6, 使得弹圏 6能够快速紧缩, 进而能够夹紧管件 3。
进一步的方案中, 所述弹圏 6的外侧端、 所述密封圏 4的外侧端的端 面分别与所述联接主体 1的螺纹端口或所述螺帽 2的卡紧端的端面贴合, 如图 1所示, 为了能够压紧弹圏 6, 支撑圏 5、 密封圏 4, 所述联接主体 1 的螺纹端口可以为斜面,所述密封圏 4的相应端的端面也为相配合的斜面; 所述螺帽 2的压紧端的内侧也为斜面, 相应地, 所述弹圏 6的相应端也为 相配合的斜面。
由此可见, 本发明主要密封效果是密封圏 4与管件 3外壁密封的同时 可以使密封圏 3与联接主体 1和支撑圏 5的密封, 使外部水无法通过管件 3外壁、 联接主体 1的螺纹处、 支撑圏 5的 L型面流处管件 3里面, 另密 封圏 4两侧均为斜面, 外侧端为单一斜面, 内侧端为 L型端部带斜面, 可 以形成两处密封, 一处为密封圏 4与联接主体 1螺纹端之间的密封和密封 圏 4与管件 3外壁处之间的密封, 二处为密封圏 4与支撑圏 5之间的密封 和支撑圏 5配合端的密封圏与管件 3外壁处之间的密封, 这样就可以形成 两道防护密封, 密封效果更佳。
上述实施例中, 管接件密封结构的安装顺序为: 密封圏 4压紧联接主 体 1的螺纹端口, 支撑圏 5压紧密封圏 4, 弹圏 6压紧支撑圏 5 , 弹圏 6 抵靠螺帽 2的卡紧端。 本发明还不局限于此, 如图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 管 接件密封结构的安装顺序还可以为: 密封圏 4压紧螺帽 2的卡紧端, 支撑 圏 5压紧密封圏 4, 弹圏 6压紧支撑圏 5 , 弹圏 6抵靠联接主体 1的螺纹端 口。 以上两种方案均应在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明还提供了一种管接件, 如图 2、 图 3所示, 该管接件包括联接 主体 1 , 所述联接主体 1两端均具有螺纹连接端, 所述联接主体 1的一个 螺纹连接端连接有螺帽 2、 管件 3及上述的密封圏 4、 支撑圏 5、 弹圏 6, 所示联接主体 1的另一螺纹连接端安装有锁定螺帽 7、止挡圏 8。密封圏 4、 支撑圏 5、 弹圏 6形成的管接件密封结构为上述实施例中的管接件密封结 构, 由于上述的管接件密封结构具有上述技术效果, 具有上述管接件密封 结构的管接件也应具备相应的技术效果。
本发明提供的管接件并不局限于此, 如图 9、 图 10、 图 11所示, 该管 接件包括联接主体, 所述联接主体两端均具有螺纹连接端, 所述联接主体 的一个螺纹连接端连接有第一螺帽 12、 第一管件 13、 第一密封圏 14、 第 一支撑圏 15、第一弹圏 16,所示联接主体的另一螺纹连接端安装有第二螺 帽 22、 第二管件 23、 第二密封圏 24、 第二支撑圏 25、 第二弹圏 26。 其中, 第一密封圏 14、 第一支撑圏 15、 第一弹圏 16形成的管接件密封结构, 第 二密封圏 24、 第二支撑圏 25、 第二弹圏 26形成的管接件密封结构为上述 实施例中管接件密封结构。由于上述的管接件密封结构具有上述技术效果, 具有上述管接件密封结构的管接件也应具备相应的技术效果。
以上所述仅是发明的优选实施方式的描述, 应当指出, 由于文字表达 的有限性, 而在客观上存在无限的具体结构, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种管接件密封结构, 用于密封管件、联接主体与螺帽之间的连接 处, 其特征在于, 包括套于所述管件外侧的密封圏、 支撑圏、 弹圏, 所述 弹圏的外侧端、 所述密封圏的外侧端分别抵靠所述联接主体的螺纹端口或 所述螺帽的卡紧端; 所述支撑圏的一端压紧所述弹圏的内侧端, 所述支撑 圏的另一端与所述密封圏的内侧端形成直角接口扣合。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的管接件密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封圏 的内侧端具有直角形 槽, 所述支撑圏的相应端具有直角形突起, 所述直 角 槽与所述直角形突起形成直角接口扣合。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的管接件密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述直角形 凹槽前端面为斜坡面, 所述直角形突起的后端面与所述斜坡面贴合。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的管接件密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封圏 的内侧端具有直角形突起, 所述支撑圏的相应端具有直角形 槽, 所述直 角 槽与所述直角形突起形成直角接口扣合。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的管接件密封结构, 其特征在于, 所 述支撑圏的一端为斜面, 该斜面压紧所述弹圏的内侧端。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的管接件密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述弹圏的 外侧端、 所述密封圏的外侧端的端面分别与所述联接主体的螺纹端口或所 述螺帽的卡紧端的端面贴合。
7、一种管接件,包括联接主体,所述联接主体两端均具有螺纹连接端, 其特征在于, 所述联接主体的至少一个螺纹连接端连接有螺帽、 管件及权 利要求 1-6任一项所述的管接件密封结构。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的管接件, 其特征在于, 所述联接主体的两端 的螺纹连接端均连接有螺帽、 管件及权利要求 1-6任一项所述的管接件的 密封结构。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的管接件, 其特征在于, 所述联接主体的一端 的螺纹连接端连接有螺帽、 管件及权利要求 1-6任一项所述的管接件的密 封结构, 另一端的螺纹连接端连接有锁定螺母和止挡圏。
