Claims (5)
- 그 내부에 경사진 테이퍼부가 형성된 연결구 몸체(10)와, 이 연결구 몸체(10)의 내측에 결합되면서 그 외주면에 원주방향으로 죠가 결합되는 복수개의 결합공이 형성된 죠 홀더와, 이 죠 홀더의 후방쪽 단부에 설치되는 스프링 및, 상기 스프링과 연결구 몸체(10) 사이에 개재되는 다수의 오링(50)과 백업링(40) 및 스프링 보호링(70)을 포함하여 구성되는 원터치식 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결구 몸체(10)의 일측 단부에 누수를 방지하는 하우징(110)이 나사결합되고, 상기 연결구 몸체(10)와 하우징(110)의 외측 연결부에 상기 합성수지 테입(100)이 감겨져 고정되며, 상기 합성수지 테입(100)을 탈거한 상태에서 상기 하우징(110)을 회전시켜 전진하도록 함으로써 상기 연결구 몸체(10)에 하우징(110)을 현장에서 완전히 조립할 수 있고, 상기 하우징(110)의 내측에 오링(50)이 설치됨과 아울러 상기 연결구 몸체(10)의 내측에 상기 스프링 보호링(70)이 설치되며, 상기 스프링 보호링(70)은 연결구 몸체(10)의 내측에 형성된 스톱퍼(11)에 의해 고정된 상태를 유지하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치식 파이프 연결구의 조립구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 누수를 방지하는 하우징(110) 일측 단부에 연결구 몸체(10)가 나사 결 합되는 조립구조.
- 그 내부에 경사진 테이퍼부가 형성된 연결구 몸체(10)와, 이 연결구 몸체(10)의 내측에 결합되면서 그 외주면에 원주방향으로 죠가 결합되는 복수개의 결합공이 형성된 죠 홀더와, 이 죠 홀더 사이에 개재되는 다수의 오링(50)과 백업링(40)을 포함하여 구성되는 원터치식 파이프 연결장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 연결구 몸체(10)의 일측 단부에 누수를 방지하는 하우징(110)이 나사결합되고, 상기 연결구 몸체(10)와 하우징(110)의 외측 연결부에 상기 합성수지 테입(100)이 감겨져 고정되며, 상기 합성수지 테입(100)을 탈거한 상태에서 상기 하우징(110)을 회전시켜 전진하도록 함으로써 상기 하우징(110) 내부의 백업링(40)이 상기 오링(50)을 압착하고, 상기 백업링(40)은 연결구 몸체(10) 내부의 죠 홀더를 압착하여 파이프를 체결 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결구조.
