Description
図54に従来からのROシステムセットを示した。プレフィルターカートリッジを入れた容器32、活性炭を入れた器32A、活性炭又はマイクロフィルターを入れた器32B、逆浸透膜を入れた器32Eが、前述4個の水処理材容器である。
図55は改善された最新の前述4個の水処理材を1つのシステムカートリッジにまとめて用いる水処理器であるが、上蓋の開閉防水は、Oリング70及び4か所のパッキンの為に堅く困難で、上蓋の開閉は人の手の力では不可能であり、符号16に治具を掛けて用いなくてはならない。
図55上では4か所に見えるが、これは上下2個の環状パッキンで、共に原水と浄水を区画分別するパッキン51であり、治具で締付けても、全品の検査が必要であり、再度の締め直し作業のものも少なくない。
そして、簡素化を追求し、処理能力も上げ、環境への配慮から資源節約を改善したのは良いものの、消費者がろ材交換が煩雑故に自らでは不可能であれば、結局業者に依頼すれば高価な値となることから、今度は容器ごと新品に交換してしまうケースが多い。これでは逆に資源の浪費と環境汚染に繋がることになる。
更にカートリッジ交換を簡単に容易に出来るようにする。
従来4個のろ過器の水処理材を1つに纏めて1つの水容器内へ水処理材を挿入するのも大きな手段である。
水容器の本体と上蓋の開閉時に水漏れをなくす為に防水処を水容器最頂端とする。
他人が自分の台所へ入る事を回避したいのは消費者の心理である。消費者が簡単に容易にろ過材の交換が出来るような水容器を人々は望んでいる。
水漏れなく、ユーザー自身が行うことが出来ることの利益は大である。

水容器に収納するカートリッジのパッキンゴム等を削除して、本体上蓋の回動時摩擦抵抗を減少する方法を工夫する。
図1は当発明水処理器の外観図、図2及至図7は当発明品の6面図、図8は図3B−B線上に示す断面図である。
図9、図10及び図49を参照して、原水入水口11、膜処理水出水口12、膜洗浄水出水口13についての説明を先述しておく。
図10は、図3A−A線上に沿う断面図であり、図9は図5D−D線上に沿う断面図である。図9ない中心部で太点線にて→A−→Aで示した線は図5に示すA−A線上の線の位置を示した線である。図9上、本体1外面の(図2に示す)原水入水口11とその連通路11B及び本体1底部内面の入水口11Aで示した如く、前述→A−→A線上では原水入水口11Aは示せない。従って図10において点線○印にて原水入水口11と示してある。
尚、以後の全ての実施例において「原水入水口11より原水連通路11Bを経て、本体の内面の原水入水口11Aより入水し‐‐‐」等に表現して述べるところを、「原水入水口より入水し‐‐−」等で説明する。
膜処理水出水口12及び膜洗浄水出水口13も同様に、各々の出水口よりの出水を、その出水口名のみで表現する。参照として図49に処理水出水口断面を用いて示した。符号12処理水出水口は連通路も内面処理水出水口も全て含んでいる事を説明しておく。
図10の右上符号○印G内の符号3は水容器本体1と上蓋2を防水するドーナツ形リングの内径側に掘り切りを入れた防水リング3である。水処理器100は水容器本体1と上蓋2で外殻は構成されているが、人の手で容易に軽く簡単に開き閉じられるのは防水リング3の弾性が優れているからである。
図11はドーナツリングが上、下部及び外周部が軽く接している図、図12は圧力が、圧力導入出部3ACより入って来た場合、図13は強圧がかかった時の図で、符号Pの圧力がかかった時のドーナツリングを現わし、符号27は水漏れ処である。
プラスチック成形品は加工品と違い如何にしても本体は円形度及び長さが違い、又波も生じるが、図17に示すように、このドーナツリングの押え部の多少が生じる。リング内部が空である故に、Oリングゴムへの肉を圧縮するような力は不要であり、又上蓋2ネジ込み時のゴム摩擦力も非常に少なく、人の手で簡単に本体1と上蓋2は螺合できる。
図14はドーナツリングの正面図、図15は図14C−C線上の断面図、図16は本体1の筒の長さが均等的でない場合にも圧力導入出部3ACがリング上1ヶ所でも有れば完全防水が出来る事を示す説明用図である。図17の如くドーナツリング押えが不均一でも上蓋2は手の力で充分軽く開閉できる。
図上の、カートリッジキャップ21の溝枠部29に、プレフィルター4、活性炭6、マイクロフィルター又は活性炭流出阻止布7で成る略細長管状の浄水プロセス材20を挿入して溶材又はエポキシ等で固着し、カートリッジベース(以下ベースと称す)5の溝枠部29へも同様、ろ過材20を固着して、図10に示す水容器本体1に挿入して浄水カートリッジ19として用いる。活性炭は固体状の樹脂で固めたものが現在は主流となっている。中央の集水部8へは水処理膜が装填出来る。
カートリッジキャップ(以下キャップと称す)とベースの防水ヒダ20Bが有り、キャップ側は図10に示す如く上蓋2に接し、ベース側は本体1の底部に接して、共に本体1内の原水流通部33の水と浄水流通部8の水を区画分別する重要な役を兼ねた、浄水カートリッジ19である。図19にはOリング溝も示したが、図18は防水ヒダであり、只カートリッジキャップ21を示すのみのものとして示した。
現在食品衛生法をパスしてラバー性能を有したプラスチックは、多種市販されており、硬度も自由に選択可能であり、良品級材にて、カートリッジキャップを生産することは容易である。キャップの防水ヒダ20Bの押え「代」は大きく設計して良い。
ラバーと異なり、摩擦力も少なく適切な硬度の材質を選択して使用すれば軽く容易に、上蓋の開閉が出来、コスト安に出来、ゴムを使用していなくても防水は良好で、充分期待に答えられる。
尚キャップ及びベースの防水ヒダ20Bは、キャップ21と上蓋2との接する部分、下部は本体とベースの接する部分ならば広い範囲で用いられる。
図18の、カートリッジキャップ21の溝枠部29へ、プレフィルター4、活性炭6、マイクロフィルター又は活性炭流出阻止布7で成る略細長管状の浄水プロセス材20を挿入して溶材又はエポキシ等で固着し、カートリッジベース(以下ベースと称す)5の溝枠部29へも同様、浄水プロセス材20を固着して、図10に示す水容器本体1に挿入して浄水カートリッジ19として用いる。活性炭は固体状の樹脂で固めたものが現在は主流となっている。中央の集水部8へは水処理膜カートリッジが装填出来る。
カートリッジキャップ(以下キャップと称す)とベースの管状突起部20Aには、Oリング溝38があり、Oリングをつけて、キャップ側は上蓋2の窪部28Aに接し、ベース側は本体1の底部窪部28に接して、共に本体1内の原水流通部33の水と浄水流通部8の水を区画分別する重要な役をする、浄水カートリッジ19である。浄水流通部8は中央の集水部8であり、膜カートリッジを装填しても、膜外周が浄水流通部8と成る。
前実施例3の浄水カートリッジキャップ21上部Oリング70は、上蓋2に接して原水流通部33の水と浄水流通部8の水を区分け防水しているが、図23では符号21のカートリッジキャップの上部全周を一体化して浄水流通部8の水と原水流通部水33を分離する。Oリング70を削除でき、Oリング摩擦力も消去する利点がある。アッセンブリも簡単になる。
図25、図26、図27に示す如く矢印の水流圧力Pにも耐えて防水するドーナツ形リングであり、ドーナツ下面側全周に、ドーナツ中空部に至る溝掘り切りをしたゴムリングである。
実施例3で説明した、カートリッジベースの下面管状突起部20AとOリングを不要として、ベースにドーナツOリング溝室47を設けて当ドーナツリングを装置して、原水流通部水8と浄水流通部水33を区分け分別する。
図28の符号5がカートリッジベース、符号47がドーナツリング溝室である。
当ドーナツリングの使用は、カートリッジを水容器本体1から取り出すことが容易である利点があり、カートリッジ交換時に、何の抵抗もなく取り出すことが容易であり、高圧にも耐え得る。又カートリッジを装填する時や使用中でも上蓋2の下部への押えは安易であり、上蓋2の螺合時の抵抗は無きに等しく、パッキンと異なり、クッション間隔が大であり、押圧が軽く、本体上蓋の開閉時の防水が容易である。
図29及至図32はドーナツ下欠け部の対面上部にドーナツリングの自転防止用凸部を設けた形の物である。図29は外観図、図30は表面図、図31は図30L−L線上に沿う断面図である。図32は図5U−U線に沿う断面図の下部のみを示した図であり、符号28は床板平面部を示し、ドーナツリングの押えが不均等な時にも有効である事を示す。下面欠けドーナツリングは自転防止用凸部の有る無き関わらずに有効である。
請求項1記載の水容器の中のと浄水カートリッジの中に中空糸膜を装填した水処理器を説明する。
図33及び図36には原水入水口から処理水出水、膜洗浄水出水と説明する為に水栓まで記載しているが、これは請求の範囲外であり、範囲内中空糸膜水処理器とは無関である。只実施例の使用説明に用いた水管17及び水栓55であり、この使用例は一例にすぎない。
図33はシステム一例の概略外観図、図34は停水時の、図35はUF膜処理水採水時の、図36はUF膜洗浄時の、夫々膜の様子を示す図である。
標準的な中空糸膜の外径はφ1.1m/m中空部はφ0.4m/m位の糸膜であり、水は外周より中の中空部へと流してろ過するろ過材である。図38K−K線上断面の図39に示した如き膜である。ろ過とはふるい目の作用であり、ふるい目より大きな物はふるい目に留まり、ふるいに目を塞ぐことになる。ふるい目の洗浄次第で膜のライフは大きく違って来る。
図37はUF水処理器100内の水の流れを現わす模型抽象図である。原水33の水は浄水プロセス材20で浄化され符号8の浄水流通部へ流れ、次に糸膜を束ねる樹脂56のすぐ下面に設けた浄水入水窓口60AよりUF膜カートリッジ外殻62内に入水し、UF膜でろ過された処理水は、膜59の細孔58より上部のUF膜処理水集水部60に集水し、UF膜処理水通水管57を降下して、水容器処理水出水口12より—水管17を経て水栓55の処理水ノズル52より出水させる。
水栓は2個有り、1つは処理水を出水させる水栓55であり、他1個は使用者が適宜にレバーを開いて膜を洗浄し、膜洗浄水を出水させる水栓55Aである。
図39は膜洗浄時の膜を表わす。
図34は停水時の膜状態を表わしている。膜は只線で描いてあるが、膜は前述の中空形状であり、中空形糸膜である。
図35は膜ろ過時での膜を表わしている。前述の如く、膜ろ過後の処理水は上部へ向って流れるので、膜は上部へ集まるように収縮するが、浄水入水口60Aは上部に有り、上部より入水してろ過している故に、膜の収縮固集度の、従来のUF膜処理器とは異なり、少なくなる特徴が表われる。従来品は下部より浄水を入水させて上部でろ過して、更に処理水を上部に集水させているので中空糸膜は折れ曲がって重なる。
図36は、使用者が適宜に水栓55Aを開口した膜洗浄時の膜を表わしている。上部の浄水入水窓口60Aより浄水は降下して来るので、膜は直線的になってろ過物を洗浄する効率は高い。水容器排水出水口13—水栓55Aの膜洗浄水ノズル54より放出される。当然UF処理水生産時に比して、膜洗浄時の水量は膜ろ過をしていない故に数倍多量となる。

図41はUF膜カートリッジ外殻62を、図42は前述外殻内UF膜及び膜束ね樹脂56を、図43は図40S−S線上断面図であり、UF膜内孔58を表わす。中空糸膜カートリッジで膜処理水を生産する中空糸膜水処理器である。
図45は図44R−R線上に沿う断面図であり、UF膜内細孔58、膜束ね樹脂56、UFカートリッジ外殻62を示す。
図上のUF膜カートリッジ外殻62の浄水入水窓口60A部分より、UF膜カートリッジ外殻63までを細まり状にしている。
糸膜の洗浄は従来品に比して大きな差を以って優れる。圧力のエネルギーを細まり管にて圧力のエネルギーを水速のエネルギーに変換して用いることで浄水流力で中空糸膜を直線的に延長させて洗浄効率を上げる手段である。
請求項1記載の水容器と浄水カートリッジの中にスパイラル膜モジュール逆浸透膜カートリッジを装填して用いる水処理器である。浄水カートリッジはカートリッジキャップの上部を一体し、カートリッジベースはヒダ片で浄水と原水を区画分別する防水ヒダ片を用いて原水浄水を区画分別している。
請求項では水処理器の範囲であるが、実施例では一例としてのシステムを以って概略で説明する。
図上の矢印は水の流れを示し、説明文上横一線は「から」及び「経て」の意味を表わす。
図46はROシステム一例の全体の外観図であり、図47は柱状スパイラルモジュールRO膜カートリッジ9、図48は水容器本体1の正面図2の下部のみの図で、図48のJ−J線に沿う断面図を図49に示し、図50に示すのは図49処理水出水口12に3通分岐部品40を嵌合した図であるが、この分岐部品40は図51、図52、図53の分岐部品とは形状は異なるが、3通分岐管の成す役割は同様であることを先に説明しておく。
4面弁(4way valve)46と云う便利な部品が市販されている。当部品は水管17で水を入水して出水する直線的水流路を一方に持ち、他方にはRO処理水(以下RO水と称す)が流れて、貯水タンク41へ流して貯水する。貯水タンク41の水が所定水圧となると、RO水側53の水圧を以って原水側の流路44を閉口させ生産を停止する水圧利用装置を内蔵している部品である。
図51を参照してRO水生産及び停止を説明する。
図上の水栓55は市販されている水栓で、只RO水を採水する水栓である。
水供給管の分岐栓39よりの原水を水管17より—四方弁46—原水入水口11—原水流通部33—プレフィルター4—活性炭6—浄水流通部8の水は下部31が密封されている為に上部に流れてRO膜へ入水して鉛直に流れて排水口13より出水して—水管17—排水比66より出水する。
片やRO膜内で膜を透したRO膜処理水は、RO水集水管57に集水されて処理水出水口12より出水し、—水管17—四方弁46—貯水タンク41へと貯水するが、RO水生産時にはRO水生産1に比して3の膜洗浄水(濃縮水)を水管にて放水する。
RO水生産には水圧が必要である為に排水比はRO水1の生産量に比して濃縮水3の割り合いで放水する必要があり、この排水比は種々の比率のものが市販されている。排水比は4方弁が開口には常時放水している。
図52は水栓55のレバー64がRO水出水位置では貯水タンク41よりRO水は3通分岐部品40を経て—後置活性炭37—水栓55—処理水ノズル52で採水する。
このRO水採水時に貯水タンク41の水圧が所定圧より低下した時には4方弁46が原水を再び通水させて、水処理器内は膜処理水を生産し、タンク水と混合して水栓55に流れる。図52は従って排水比66からも出水している。
図53は使用者が適宜にコック67を開口してRO膜を洗浄する時の水の流れであり、水は分岐栓39—4方弁46—水容器1の入水口11—浄水プロセス20—RO膜9—排水口13より出水しコック67—水管17より強流で放水する。この時にはRO膜処理水は生産しない。
Claims (9)
- (A)水供給栓より分岐した水(以下原水と称す)を導入して処理する水処理器であって、管状突起部を有するカートリッジキャップとカートリッジベースとを管状の浄水プロセス材の両端に夫々固着し、横流式で中央に浄水集水部を有する浄水カートリッジで有り、前記浄水集水部の中に膜(メンブレン)カートリッジを装填し、膜処理水を生産する事の出来る略細長管状の前記浄水カートリッジと、
(B)前記浄水カートリッジを収納する水容器本体は、円形筒状で底部に原水入水口と、膜処理水出水口と、膜洗浄水出水口と、前記カートリッジベースの管状突起部を納める窪み部と、前記膜処理水出水口と連通した膜処理水集水管の受入管と、前記原水入水口と前記膜洗浄水出水口との間に平床環部とを有し、
(C)前記水容器本体の筒状上部で螺合する上蓋は、中心部に前記カートリッジキャップの管状突起部を嵌める窪み部とドーナツ形Oリングを入れるOリング溝とを有し、
(D)前記水容器本体の頂部と接して防水する前記上蓋の前記Oリング溝内の前記ドーナツ形Oリングは、内径側全周に前記ドーナツ形Oリングの中心空洞部に至る溝掘り切り部を設けて圧力導入出部と成し、前記ドーナツ形Oリングの前記中央空洞部を圧力の捕持部と成す前記ドーナツ形Oリングとで以って成り、
前記水容器本体と前記上蓋と前記ドーナツ形Oリングとで成る水容器を用いた事を特徴とした水処理器。 - 水供給栓より分岐して導入した水(以下原水と称す)を処理する水処理器であって、

(C)前記水容器本体内に収納して用いる浄水カートリッジであって、外周にはプレフィルターを設け、その内側に活性炭層とを設けてろ過する略細長管状の浄水プロセス材の両端を、前記水容器内で原水と浄水を区画分離する防水襞片を有したカートリッジキャップ及びカートリッジベースに夫々固着し、前記管状の浄水カートリッジの中に膜(メンブレン)カートリッジを装填して膜処理水を生産する事の出来る浄水カートリッジとを備えた水処理器。 - 水供給栓より分岐して導入した水(以下原水と称す)を処理する水処理器であって、
(A)原水入水口と、膜洗浄水出水口と、膜処理水出水口と、窪みを有する水容器本体と、
(B)前記水容器本体と螺合する窪みを有した上蓋と、
(C)前記水容器本体内に収納して用いる浄水カートリッジであって、外周にはプレフィルターを設け、その内側に活性炭層とを設けてろ過する略細長管状の浄水プロセス材の両端を、Oリング溝と前記水容器内で原水と浄水を区画分離するOリングとを備えた前記上蓋の窪みに嵌める管状突起部を有したカートリッジキャップ及び前記水容器本体の窪みに嵌める前記Oリング溝と前記Oリングとを備えた管状突起部を有したカートリッジベースに夫々固着して成り、前記管状の浄水カートリッジの中に膜(メンブレン)カートリッジを装填する事で膜処理水を生産する事が出来る浄水カートリッジとを備えた水処理器。 - 前記カートリッジキャップの前記管状突起部の上部を天井式に一体化した、前記浄水カートリッジを備えた請求項1及至請求項3記載の水処理器。
- 前記カートリッジベースの管状の前記浄水プロセス材を固着する前記溝枠部の下に前記ドーナツ形Oリングを設置し、前記ドーナツ形Oリング断面の下面全周には前記ドーナツ形Oリングの中央に至る溝掘り切り部を設けて前記圧力導入出部と成し、前記ドーナツ形Oリングの中央空洞部で圧力を捕持する前記ドーナツ形Oリングを使用した、前記浄水カートリッジを備えた請求項1及至請求項4記載の水処理器。
- 前記膜(メンブレン)カートリッジは、
(E)中空糸膜と、
(F)前記中空糸膜の束ね樹脂部と、

で成る中空糸膜カートリッジを用いた前記浄水カートリッジを具備する請求項1及至5記載の水処理器。 - 前記浄水カートリッジの中に装填する前記中空糸膜カートリッジ外殻には浄水を入水する前記浄水入水窓口が設けられ、前記中空糸膜カートリッジ外殻の前記浄水入水窓口より下部側を細まり管状にした、前記中空糸膜カートリッジを用いた前記浄水カートリッジを具備する、請求項1及至請求項6記載の水処理器。
- 前記膜(メンブレン)カートリッジは、柱状スパイラルモジュール逆浸透膜カートリッジで有る事を特徴とする請求項1及至請求項5記載の水処理器。
- 前記膜(メンブレン)カートリッジは、中空糸膜カートリッジで有る事を特徴とする請求項1及至請求項5記載の水処理器。
