Claims (5)
- 回転体とともに回転軸周りに回転するマグネットの磁束変化を検出することによって、上記回転体の回転位置を検出するポジションセンサを組付可能な非磁性体の組付構造において、
上記回転体が回転可能に挿通する中空部を有する非磁性体と、
上記非磁性体の中空部の開口端部を塞ぐように、上記非磁性体の中空部の開口端部に固定されるカバーと、を有し、
上記非磁性体の中空部には、上記マグネットを保持するマグネット保持部を上記開口端部側より挿入することで、このマグネット保持部が上記回転体の端部と一体的に回転するように組付可能であり、
上記非磁性体の中空部の外周部には、上記ポジションセンサが開口端部側より回転軸方向にスライド可能に組付可能な係止部が設けられ、
上記マグネット保持部及び上記ポジションセンサを上記非磁性体に組み付けた状態で、上記カバーを上記非磁性体に固定した場合、このカバーによって、上記マグネット保持部の回転軸方向の移動が規制されるとともに、上記ポジションセンサの回転軸方向の移動が規制される非磁性体の組付構造。 - 上記カバーが上記非磁性体の中空部の開口端部に溶着により固定される請求項1に記載の非磁性体の組付構造。
- 上記マグネット保持部及び上記ポジションセンサを上記非磁性体に組み付けた状態では、上記カバーを上記非磁性体の中空部の開口端部と上記ポジションセンサの双方に溶着させる請求項1に記載の非磁性体の組付構造。
- 上記非磁性体が、内燃機関のインテークマニホールドである請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の非磁性体の組付構造。
- 上記ポジションセンサが、吸気の流動を調整する吸気流動制御弁の回転位置を検出するものである請求項4に記載の非磁性体の組付構造。
