请参阅图 2及图 3 ,本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10设置一 鞋内并用于对穿着者的脚底进行支撑,其中,本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性 鞋中底 10包括软质面层 11及呈弹性片状结构的弹性支撑片 12, 软质面层 11 贴附于弹性支撑片 12上, 弹性支撑片 12的长度自软质面层 11的脚跟部 111 至少延伸至软质面层 11的脚掌部 112, 弹性支撑片 12的宽度与脚底的宽度相 匹配。 具体地, 在达到对穿着者的支撑强度的条件下, 弹性支撑片 12的宽度 可以大于或等于脚底的宽度, 或者略小于脚底宽度; 较优是, 弹性支撑片 12 的宽度延伸至如图 4中对应的大底 20与鞋面 30的连接叠合处,以使弹性支撑 片 12对穿着者进行可靠支撑的同时, 也为它产生的弹性形变提供所需要的空 间。 其中, 在本实施例中, 软质面层 11与脚底相匹配且与该脚底相接触, 为 脚底提供柔性的緩冲效果, 且软质面层 11较优为由发泡聚氨酯 (英文简称为 PU )、 发泡丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯 (英文简称为 PUA )或发泡橡校形成的软质 面层 11 , 以降低成本并具有良好的柔性緩冲效果; 而弹性支撑片 12较优为金 属片,尤其为由弹簧钢形成的金属片以具有更优的弹性形变性能及更好的支撑 性能。 更具体地, 如下:
较优者, 软质面层 11和弹性支撑片 12成一体结构, 以使得软质面层 11 与弹性支撑片 12之间的结合更可靠及更牢固; 具体地,软质面层 11是通过注 塑成型工艺与弹性支撑片 12成一体结构,以简化由软质面层 11和弹性支撑片 12形成一体结构的工艺过程; 其中, 形成由软质面层 11和弹性支撑片 12组 成的一体结构的高弹性鞋中底 10方法是: 首先,提供一弹性支撑片 12;接着, 将弹性支撑片 12置于模具的成型腔中; 然后,往置有弹性支撑片 12的成型腔 内注塑有熔融的软质材料, 例如为发泡聚氨酯(英文简称为 PU )、 发泡丙烯 酸酯改性聚氨酯 (英文简称为 PUA )或发泡橡校等, 熔融的软质材料与弹性 支撑片 12相结合而在弹性支撑片 12上形成出软质面层 11 , 从而使软质面层 11与弹性支撑片 12共同形成一初品; 最后, 冷却初品, 使初品成型出由软质 面层 11和弹性支撑片 12组成的一体结构的高弹性鞋中底 10。 当然, 上述的 一体结构还可以由其它工艺所形成的,例如可以为压注成型或粘合工艺等。更 具体地,在本实施例中,一体结构中的软质面层 11贴附于弹性支撑片 12的顶 面上, 以使本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10在规定的尺寸厚度内增 加与脚底相接触的软质面层 11的厚度,从而进一地提高软质面层 11对穿着者 的脚底柔性緩冲之效果; 当然, 在其它实施例中, 也可以使弹性支撑片 12内 嵌于软质面层 11内。 当弹性支撑片 12与软质面层 11不是做成一体结构时, 此时的软质面层 11较优地通过粘胶工艺使其贴附于弹性支撑片 12的顶面上, 也能进一地提高软质面层 11对穿着者的脚底柔性緩冲之效果。
同时,弹性支撑片 12的前端 12b与水平地面平行,弹性支撑片 12的后端 12a朝远离水平地面方向向上倾斜, 以提穿着者的整个身体的骨架, 同时还使 穿着者的整个身体挺拔起来; 且弹性支撑片 12的前端 12b与弹性支撑片 12 的后端 12a之间连接有弧形过渡的弯曲结构 12c, 以使本发明具有弹性支撑片 的高弹性鞋中底 10与穿着者的脚底的接触更佳而使本发明具有弹性支撑片的 高弹性鞋中底 10具有更优的穿着舒适性。
最后, 弹性支撑片 12上具有若干加强筋 121 , 以增加弹性支撑片 12的弹 性形变的效果及支撑强度; 具体是, 加强筋 121沿弹性支撑片 12的后端 12a 至前端 12b方向设置; 较优地, 加强筋 121是朝远离软质面层 11的方向向外 冲压形成的,使得软质面层 11可以部分嵌入弹性支撑片 12内以增加两者结合 的可靠性, 进一地提高弹性支撑片 12的弹性形变的效果; 更具体是, 弹性支 撑片 12的前端 12b设置有镂空结构 122, 镂空结构 122可以降低弹性支撑片 12的重量并能增加软质面层 11与弹性支撑片 12的结合接触处, 以提升软质 面层 11与弹性支撑片 12连接的可靠性; 且弹性支撑片 12的后端 12a设置有 供与图 4中的鞋跟 40固定连接用的安装孔 123 , 以使得弹性支撑片 12与鞋跟 40的连接更可靠,使鞋跟 40通过弹性支撑片 12能对穿着者进行可靠的支撑, 而加强筋 121较优地位于安装孔 123与镂空结构 122之间。
请参阅图 4, 图 4展示了本发明的高跟鞋的一个较优实施例。 在图 4中, 本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10最佳是应用于高跟鞋 100中, 作为 本发明高跟鞋 100的组成部分, 以使得具有本发明高弹性鞋中底 10的高跟鞋 100具有更优的穿着舒适性, 当然, 除了本发明提及的高跟鞋 100外, 本发明 具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10还可以应用于其它类型的鞋上, 在此不对 本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10的应用范围进行限制。 其中, 本发 明的高跟鞋 100包括大底 20、鞋面 30、鞋跟 40及本发明具有弹性支撑片的高 弹性鞋中底 10。 具体地, 在本实施例中, 鞋面 30是连接于大底 20上而形成 出供穿着者的脚穿着该高跟鞋 100用的穿着腔 50, 本发明具有弹性支撑片的 高弹性鞋中底 10设于穿着腔 50内, 鞋跟 40连接于本发明具有弹性支撑片的 高弹性鞋中底 10上, 且鞋跟 40与本发明高弹性鞋中底 10的脚跟部 111相对 应, 以使脚跟部 111被鞋跟 40所支撑。 更具体地, 在本实施例中, 鞋面 30 可以通过车缝工艺或粘胶工艺使鞋面 30连接于大底 20上,但不限于此; 而鞋 跟 40可通过外界金属连接件使弹性支撑片 12的后端 12a与鞋跟 40固定连接 在一起, 但不限于此。 较优地, 弹性支撑片 12 的宽度延伸至对应的大底 20 与鞋面 30的连接叠合处, 目的使弹性支撑片 12对穿着者达到更好的支撑,也 为它产生的弹性形变提供所需要的空间。
与现有技术相比, 由于本发明的软质面层 11贴附于呈弹性片状结构的弹 性支撑片 12上, 弹性支撑片 12的长度自软质面层 11的脚跟部 111至少延伸 至软质面层 11的脚掌部 112, 且弹性支撑片 12的宽度与脚底的宽度相匹配, 故在本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10支撑不同体重的穿着者时, 使 弹性支撑片 12带着软质面层 11产生与穿着者的脚底相对应的弹性形变,从而 使得本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10能根据穿着者的不同体重自动 的调整该高弹性鞋中底 10与穿着者的脚底的接触部位, 以增加两者之间的接 触面积, 使得穿着者的脚底在单位面积内受到的压强极小, 再结合软质面层 11 对脚底起柔性緩冲的作用, 进而使得本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中 底 10在满足支撑强度的条件下具有更轻的重量及更好的穿着舒适性而满足穿 着者对舒适性的要求; 又由于本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10仅由 软质面层 11及弹性支撑片 12构成,故使本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中 底 10的结构得到简化。同理,由于本发明具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底 10, 故本发明的高跟鞋 100同样能更好地满足穿着者对舒适性的要求。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而巳 当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属于本发明所涵盖的范 围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,设置于鞋内并对穿着者的脚 底进行支撑, 其特征在于, 所述高弹性鞋中底包括软质面层及呈弹性片状 结构的弹性支撑片, 所述软质面层贴附于所述弹性支撑片上, 所述弹性支 撑片的长度自所述软质面层的脚跟部至少延伸至所述软质面层的脚掌部, 所述弹性支撑片的宽度与所述脚底的宽度相匹配。
2、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片的宽度延伸至对应的大底与鞋面的连接叠合处。
3、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述软质面层和弹性支撑片成一体结构。
4、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片为金属片。
5、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片的前端与水平地面平行, 所述弹性支撑片的后端朝远离水 平地面方向向上倾斜, 且所述弹性支撑片的前端与所述弹性支撑片的后端 之间连接有弧形过渡的弯曲结构。
6、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片上具有若干加强筋。
7、如权利要求 6所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述加强筋沿所述弹性支撑片的后端至前端方向设置。
8、如权利要求 1所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底,其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片的前端设置有镂空结构, 所述弹性支撑片的后端设置有供 与鞋跟固定连接用的安装孔。
9、 一种高跟鞋, 包括大底、 鞋面及鞋跟, 其特征在于, 所述高跟鞋还 包括如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的具有弹性支撑片的高弹性鞋中底。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的高跟鞋, 其特征在于, 所述弹性支撑片的宽 度延伸至对应的大底与鞋面的连接叠合处。
