Abstract

本發明係關於一種前緩衝墊，其具可撓性，該前緩衝墊包含一緩衝部、一擋止部及一凹溝。該緩衝部係凸設於該前緩衝墊上；該擋止部係凸設於該前緩衝墊上且相鄰於該緩衝部；該凹溝係設於該擋止部與該緩衝部之間。本發明提供了一種穿著高跟鞋時緩衝前足之壓力，以及有效阻擋腳趾前滑的前緩衝墊。

Description

前緩衝墊
本發明係關於一種鞋內襯底，尤指一種置於鞋內之前緩衝墊。
對於現代人而言，穿著鞋類已經不單僅是防止腳底與地面砂石直接接觸而受傷，為因應活動內容以及出席場合不同，人人具有多種諸如拖鞋、涼鞋、皮鞋、慢跑鞋、休閒鞋、雨鞋及高跟鞋等各式鞋款。其中，穿著鞋體前低後高之高跟鞋時，因鞋跟可增加身高拉長身材比例，同時使得身材挺直、曲線明顯，深受女性喜愛。
儘管高跟鞋突顯了女性之美，亦為女性之苦，因穿著高跟鞋如同踮起腳尖走路，其身體重心前移，足部蹠骨部分必須承受體重壓力而容易導致蹠骨疼痛(metatarsalgia)甚至發炎，並且腳趾不斷向前推擠於鞋體楦頭內，容易產生拇趾外翻、破皮長繭等問題。
為改善女性穿著高跟鞋所產生之種種困擾，如中華民國新型專利第M503122字號有關一種高跟鞋中底結構，係以增加鞋底之緩衝層及柔軟度，以達到穿著高跟鞋具有舒適之效果。然而因為該高跟鞋中底結構因整體厚度增加，無疑造成鞋體內空間變為狹窄，導致穿鞋時更加擁擠，亦無法有效阻擋腳趾前滑，且使用該中底結構因各種高跟鞋之鞋型不同，並無法配合各雙高跟鞋而變換。
本發明之主要目的係為了提供一種穿著高跟鞋時緩衝前足之壓力，以及有效阻擋腳趾前滑的前緩衝墊。
為達到上述目的，本發明提供一種前緩衝墊，其具可撓性，該前緩衝墊包含一緩衝部、一擋止部及一凹溝。該緩衝部係凸設於該前緩衝墊上；該擋止部係凸設於該前緩衝墊上且相鄰於該緩衝部；該凹溝係設於該擋止部與該緩衝部之間。
較佳的，所述之該緩衝部及該擋止部各包含一氣墊，其係分別設於該緩衝部及該擋止部之內部。更佳的，所述之前緩衝墊更包含一連通道，係設於該凹溝上，該連通道可與該緩衝部之氣墊及該擋止部之氣墊相連通。
較佳的，所述之前緩衝墊更包含一凹口，其係設於該擋止部相對於該緩衝部之一邊。
較佳的，所述之前緩衝墊，其材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(themoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
本發明之前緩衝墊，該緩衝部之外型對應於人體蹠骨靠近趾骨之趾球之位置，該擋止部對應於人體趾骨之位置且服貼於使用者之腳趾彎曲位置，有助於穿著高跟鞋時舒緩前足之壓迫感及不舒適感，使用者之腳趾亦不會因重心前移而向前推擠，因本發明之前緩衝墊具有可撓性，使得該凹溝可彎折，可配合高跟鞋之高度而服貼於使用者前足，亦使得使用者足部於鞋體之空間充裕舒適。該緩衝部之氣墊及該擋止部之氣墊使得使用者於行走時可緩衝與地面或鞋底之間之作用力。因此本發明提供了一種穿著高跟鞋時緩衝前足之壓力，以及有效阻擋腳趾前滑的前緩衝墊。
請參閱圖1所示，本發明之第一較佳實施例之前緩衝墊10，其具可撓性，該前緩衝墊10包含一緩衝部11、一擋止部12及一凹溝13，該緩衝部11係凸設於該前緩衝墊10上，該緩衝部11之外型與人體蹠骨靠近趾骨之趾球之位置相對應；該擋止部12係凸設於該前緩衝墊10上且相鄰於該緩衝部11，該擋止部12呈月牙狀並與人體趾骨之位置相對應；該凹溝13係設於該緩衝部11與該擋止部12之間。於具體實施狀態中，該前緩衝墊10之材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(themoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
請參閱圖2所示，本發明之第二較佳實施例之前緩衝墊10類似於第一較佳實施例，其中該緩衝部11及該擋止部12更各包含一氣墊111、121，氣墊111、121係各設於該緩衝部11及該擋止部12之內部。更具體而言，該前緩衝墊10更包含一連通道14及一凹口15；該連通道14係設於該凹溝13上，該緩衝部11之氣墊111可藉由該連通道14與該擋止部12之氣墊121相連通；該凹口15係設於該擋止部12相對該緩衝部11之一邊，並與人體大姆趾之趾節間關節之位置相對應。於具體實施狀態中，該前緩衝墊10以高周波方法壓製密封成型。
請參閱圖3及圖4所示，將第二較佳實施例之前緩衝墊10放置於高跟鞋體內對應前足之位置，當使用者穿著具有該前緩衝墊10的高跟鞋時，該緩衝部11之氣墊111可減緩使用者蹠骨壓力，而該擋止部12服貼於使用者之腳趾彎曲位置，使得使用者之腳趾不會因重心前移而向前推擠；該凹溝13因該前緩衝墊10具可撓性而可彎折，使得使用者前足空間充裕舒適。於另一具體實施狀態中，本發明之前緩衝墊10係凹設於鞋墊上、設於鞋墊內或鞋墊下方。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種前緩衝墊，其具可撓性，該前緩衝墊包含： 一緩衝部，其係凸設於該前緩衝墊上， 一擋止部，其係凸設於該前緩衝墊上且相鄰於該緩衝部；以及， 一凹溝，其係設於該擋止部與該緩衝部之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之前緩衝墊，其中該緩衝部及該擋止部各包含一氣墊，其係分別設於該緩衝部及該擋止部之內部。
  3. 如請求項2所述之前緩衝墊，其更包含一連通道，其係設於該凹溝上，該連通道可與該緩衝部之氣墊及該擋止部之氣墊相連通。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之前緩衝墊，其更包含一凹口，其係設於該擋止部相對於該緩衝部之一邊。
  5. 如請求項4所述之前緩衝墊，其材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(themoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
