Description

緩衝墊及緩衝鞋墊
本創作係關於一種鞋內襯底，尤指一種置於鞋內之緩衝墊及緩衝鞋墊。
早期人們為了讓雙足免於被粗糙的地面摩擦而受傷，會穿著鞋子保護足部。而隨著時代的演進變化，人們對於鞋子已不單單僅是要求其保護功能而已，更包含其外型及舒適度。人類行走或站立皆係雙腳作為支撐，足部需承受全身體重壓力，尤其是穿著平底鞋或低跟鞋時，足部壓力點最大重量點位於足後部，若鞋底或是鞋內墊過於單薄，行走於地面時所產生之作用力亦會更加造成足部壓力，長期下來容易通常導致足底筋膜炎、足部末梢神經或關節疼痛或足部腫脹發炎等。
而對於上述之問題，現有技術之對策通常係使用整片式之平面鞋墊用以整體加強鞋體之厚度，使得使用者可以較有舒適感。然而平面式鞋墊並無法對應支撐足底足弓，且平面式鞋墊亦會造成鞋體底部過於僵硬，無法服貼足部立體形狀，故於進行動態活動時很難讓足部之靈活活動。
為解決上述問題，本創作之目的在於提供一種緩衝墊及緩衝鞋墊，以緩衝使用者於行走時，腳部與地面或鞋底之間之作用力。
爰此，本創作遂提供一種緩衝墊，其具可撓性，該緩衝墊包含一外足弓、一內足弓部及一足弓凹溝。該外足弓部係由該緩衝墊之一端延伸至相對端所形成，該外足弓部包含一足中部及一足跟部；該足中部係設於該外足弓部之一端；該足跟部係設於相對於該足中部之一端，且該足跟部與該足中部 相連接。該內足弓部係設於該緩衝墊上且相鄰於該外足弓部之該足中部；該足弓凹溝係於該外足弓部之足中部與該內足弓部之間。
較佳的，所述之該外足弓部及該內足弓部各包含一氣墊，其係分別設於該外足弓部及該內足弓部之內部。更佳的，所述之緩衝墊更包含一連通道，該連通道係設於該足弓凹溝上，該連通道可與該外足弓部之氣墊及該內足弓部之氣墊相連通。
較佳的，所述之緩衝墊，其材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(thermoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
為達到前述目的，本創作又提供一種緩衝鞋墊，其包含所述之緩衝墊，該緩衝墊係凸設於該緩衝鞋墊上、凹設於緩衝鞋墊上、設於緩衝鞋墊內部或設於緩衝鞋墊下方。
本創作之緩衝墊及緩衝鞋墊，該外足弓部之外型對應於人體足中後部之位置，該內足弓部對應且服貼於人體內足弓部之位置，有助於協助支撐使用者之足底並分散足底壓力，降低使用者罹患足底筋膜炎之機率。該外足弓部之氣墊及該內足弓部之氣墊使得使用者於行走時可將地面所產生之回彈力被緩衝墊所吸收。因此本創作提供了一種用以緩衝使用者於行走時與地面或鞋底之間之作用力之緩衝墊。

請參閱圖1所示，本創作之緩衝墊10之第一較佳實施例中，緩衝墊10具可撓性，該緩衝墊10包含一外足弓部11、一內足弓部12及一足弓凹溝13。該外足弓部11係由該緩衝墊10之一端延伸至相對端所形成，該外足弓部11之外型係對應於人體之足中後部之位置，該外足弓部11包含一足中部111及一足跟部112；該足中部111係設於該外足弓部11之一端；該足跟部112係設於相對於該足中部111之一端，且該足跟部112與該足中部111相連接，在具體的實施例中，該足中部111的寬度小於足跟部112的寬度。該內足弓部12係設於該緩衝墊10上且相鄰於該外足弓部11之該足中部111，該內足弓部12之外型係服貼並對應於人體之內足弓之位置；該足弓凹溝13係於該外足弓部11之該足中部111與該內足弓部12之間，該足弓凹溝13之位置係對應於人體外足弓與內足弓之交界位置。於具體實施狀態中，該緩衝墊10之材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(thermoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
請參閱圖2至圖3所示，本創作之緩衝墊10之第二較佳實施例類似於第一較佳實施例，其中該外足弓部11及該內足弓部12各包含一氣墊113、121，其係分別設於該外足弓部11及該內足弓部12之內部。更具體而言，該緩衝墊10更包含一連通道14，該連通道14係設於該足弓凹溝13上，該外足弓部11之氣墊113可藉由該連通道14與該內足弓部12之氣墊121相連通。於具體實施狀態中，該緩衝墊10係以高周波方法壓製密封成型。於實施狀態時，請參閱圖4所示，該緩衝墊10可放置於鞋襯20上，當使用者穿著鞋體時，其足底可獲得良好支撐及緩衝效果。
請參閱圖5至圖7所示，本創作之第三較佳實施例中，更包括一緩衝鞋墊30，且該緩衝墊10可凸設於該緩衝鞋墊30上、凹設於該緩衝鞋墊30上、設於緩衝鞋墊30內部或設於緩衝鞋墊30下方。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種緩衝墊，其具可撓性，該緩衝墊包含：一外足弓部，其係由該緩衝墊之一端延伸至相對端所形成，該外足弓部包含：一足中部，其係設於該外足弓部之一端；以及，一足跟部，其係設於相對於該足中部之一端，且該足跟部與該足中部相連接；一內足弓部，其係設於該緩衝墊上且相鄰於該外足弓部之該足中部；以及，一足弓凹溝，其係於該外足弓部之足中部與該內足弓部之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之緩衝墊，其中該外足弓部及該內足弓部各包含一氣墊，其係分別設於該外足弓部及該內足弓部之內部。
  3. 如請求項2所述之緩衝墊，其更包含一連通道，其係設於該足弓凹溝上，該連通道可與該外足弓部之氣墊及該內足弓部之氣墊相連通。
  4. 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之緩衝墊，其材質為熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(thermoplastic polyurethane，TPU)。
  5. 一種緩衝鞋墊，其包含如請求項1至4中任一項所述之緩衝墊，該緩衝墊係凸設於該緩衝鞋墊上、凹設於緩衝鞋墊上、設於緩衝鞋墊內部或設於緩衝鞋墊下方。
