- the lower end of the Achilles tendon is attached to the rib bulge Cp, and the Achilles tendon above the rib bulge Cp is greatly displaced during movement, while the rib bulge Cp itself does not change so much during movement. . Therefore, for the back, the outer side of the foot Lat. If a thick sponge is inserted into the rib bulge Cp having the same height as that of the upper part, it is predicted that the deviation from the upper part is reduced.

- the inner portion 34 of the sponge member 3 fills the constricted portion just below the talar Ta.
- the outer side portion 35 of the sponge member 3 fills a constricted portion just below the outer casing A0. Therefore, the constricted parts inside and outside of the heel will be filled, and the upper 1 will easily fit into the heel.
- the sponge member 3 includes a thin portion 3a having a small thickness and a thick portion 3b that is thicker than the thin portion 3a.
- the periphery of the thick portion 3b is It is surrounded by the thin part 3a.

- the height of the outer second centroid O20 of the portion corresponding to the outer portion of the thick portion 3b is the inner second centroid O21 of the portion corresponding to the inner portion 34 of the thick portion 3b. It is set at a position higher than the height of.
- the height of the outer second centroid O20 of the thick part 3b is higher than the inner second centroid O21 of the thick part 3b. Therefore, the thick part 3b is disposed in a hollow or constricted part of the foot and a part with little shape change, that is, a lower part directly below the inner heel of the foot and a part immediately below the outer heel of the foot, and fit. The performance will be further improved.
