背景技术
现有的全自动洗衣机很多都应用了洗涤剂自动投放装置, 一般的构造是:在 洗衣机中设置洗涤剂存储盒,洗涤剂存储盒中预先存放洗涤剂; 同时设置一套泵 液系统,在需要添加洗涤剂时, 通过泵液系统把洗涤剂存储盒中的洗涤剂投放到 洗涤桶内参与洗涤。通常, 泵液系统的工作是依靠洗衣机的主控制器或者自动投 放装置的独立控制器控制的, 实现自动化操作。
但是, 由于基于美观等考虑, 洗涤剂存储盒都被布置在洗衣机的机体内部, 外部看不到。 所以无法通过肉眼判断洗涤剂余量。
为此, 出现了一些采用探针传感器的技术方案, 如中国专利号 2010101290 -24.9的专利文献, 检测洗衣机有无洗涤剂的装置及检测方法。 该文献揭示的一 种余量检测装置为两导电金属探针,安装于能够自动投放洗涤剂的洗衣机的洗涤 剂容器内, 两导电金属探针与控制器连接, 通过检测洗涤剂容器内两导电金属探 针之间的电导率判断洗涤剂容器内有无洗涤剂。报警方法是: 对于能够自动投放 洗涤剂的洗衣机, 开机后和 /或洗涤运行完成后, 通过检测洗涤剂容器的电导率 判断洗涤剂容器内有无洗涤剂, 若无, 则发出警报提示用户。
这类技术都是简单的处理模式, 存在不少缺陷。首先, 利用探针进行液位检 测,只能在洗涤剂接近用完时提示用户添加,无法直观的查看洗涤剂实时剩余量, 也就无法做好加液准备, 非常不方便; 其次, 没有考虑洗涤剂的粘稠度问题,检 测精度较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服背景技术所述的现有的简单的洗涤剂余量检测 和报警技术的缺陷,发明一种检测精度高、能显示实时余量的洗衣机的洗涤剂的 检测和提示方法。
为此, 本发明采取以下的技术手段: 首先,在洗涤剂盒内设置模拟量液位传感器, 用以获取一个根据液位高低不 同而不同的液位电阻值; 在洗涤剂盒内设置温度传感器, 获取温度变化对应的温 度电阻值; 设置至少 2个显示单元, 其中一个表示液位过低, 显示单元、 模拟量 液位传感器和温度传感器都与控制器电连接。
具体的监测和显示方法是: 控制器读取温度电阻值, 根据温度电阻值进行反 比例关系计算, 得到一个延迟时间, 延迟以后才读取液位电阻值, 再以液位电阻 值为依据控制显示单元的对应显示。
其中, 延迟时间的设定, 是为了抵消洗涤剂的粘稠度对液位检测的影响,而 温度越高、 洗涤剂越粘稠, 所以温度电阻值越高, 延迟时间越短。
为提高提示的清晰准确和视觉效果, 显示单元采用不同颜色的显示装置。 优选的模拟量液位传感器的结构: 具有导杆, 导杆内是磁簧开关和均匀分布的精 密电阻; 导杆上设有可沿导杆上下滑动的环形磁铁, 环形磁铁上设有浮力物体。 所述的浮力物体是泡沫、 或者泡沫塑料, 总之是轻于洗涤剂的物体, 体现为密 度小于洗涤剂密度的材料, 优选为 0.8 -0.4克 /立方厘米的材料。
所述的显示单元是 LED或者 LCD发光装置, 更可以是液晶显示器等。 本发明采用模拟量传感器, 能获取实时的洗涤剂液位状态, 同时通过温度采 集推算洗涤剂粘稠度变化, 克服粘稠度不同对液位检测的不利影响, 检测精度非 常高; 另外, 在实时液位的准确检测的基础上, 分段显示液位状态, 使洗衣机上 的洗涤剂余量显示更加直观、清晰, 便于使用者提前补充, 提高了整个自动投放 系统的使用效果。

具体实施方式
