Abstract

　本発明のキャップ付きスパウトは、スパウト(1)と該スパウト(1)に係合するキャップ(30)とを備える。スパウト(1)は筒状本体(3)と溶着部(4)を有する。筒状本体(2)は内部空間が袋状の包装体の内容液を注出する注出路(2)にされ、注出路(2)の出口端の開口を塞ぐようにキャップ(30)が装着されている。溶着部(4)は筒状本体(3)の外側に形成され、包装体の口部に溶着される部分である。前記キャップ付きスパウトはさらに、注出路(2)の入口端の開口を塞ぐように筒状本体(2)の内側に形成された薄膜部(11)を有する。薄膜部(11)は、キャップ(30)と薄膜部(11)とで閉じられた筒状本体(2)の内部空間に面した第１の面を有し、該第１の面には、薄膜部(11)の中央を中心とする円周状溝(12)が形成されている。円周状溝(12)は、円弧状の第１の溝(12a)と、第１の溝(12a)よりも長い円弧状の第２の溝(12b)とで構成される。前記第１の面に直線状の第３の溝(13ａ,13b)が第２の溝(12b)の両端の各々から筒状本体(2)の半径方向外方へ延び、第１の溝(12a)は破断不可能とされ、かつ、第２の溝(12b)及び第３の溝(13ａ,13b)は破断可能とされている。さらに前記第１の面には、一対の第３の溝(13ａ,13b)の間の、第１の溝(12a)に対して前記半径方向外方に位置する部分に円弧状の第４の溝(14)が形成され、かつ、第４の溝(14)は破断不可能とされている。
