为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 包括: 箱体及安装于箱体上的数个垫片, 所述箱体包括底板及垂直连接于底板的 数个侧板, 所述数个垫片安装于侧板上, 每个垫片包括本体及连接于本体 的安装部, 所述侧板对应安装部设有安装槽, 该安装部安装于安装槽内, 进而将垫片安装于箱体上。

6、 如权利要求 5 所述的具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 其中, 所述底板 与数个侧板由发泡聚丙烯或发泡聚乙烯一体成型制成。
7、 如权利要求 1 所述的具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 其中, 所述本体 与安装部一体成型制成。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 其中, 所述本体 与安装部由防静电高密度发泡聚乙烯、 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或具有防静电 功能的弹性材料一体成型制成。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 其中, 所述垫片 的本体上设有至少一个安装部。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 其中, 所述箱体 的侧板上对应安装部设有至少一个安装槽。
11、 一种具有可拆卸垫片的包装箱, 包括: 箱体及安装于箱体上的数 个垫片, 所述箱体包括底板及垂直连接于底板的数个侧板, 所述数个垫片 安装于侧板上, 每个垫片包括本体及连接于本体的安装部, 所述侧板对应 安装部设有安装槽, 该安装部安装于安装槽内, 进而将垫片安装于箱体 上;
其中, 所述安装部包括连接于本体的第一安装单元及连接于第一安装 单元的第二安装单元, 该第二安装单元的尺寸大于第一安装单元的尺寸, 所述安装槽包括第一槽部及与第一槽部相连通的第二槽部, 该第二槽部的 尺寸大于该第一槽部的尺寸;
其中, 所述第二安装单元截面呈梯形, 其尺寸朝向第一安装单元逐渐 增大, 所述第二槽部对应为梯形槽, 其尺寸朝向第一槽部逐渐增大;
其中, 所述底板与数个侧板一体成型制成;
其中, 所述底板与数个侧板由发泡聚丙烯或发泡聚乙烯一体成型制 成;
其中, 所述本体与安装部一体成型制成;
其中, 所述本体与安装部由防静电高密度发泡聚乙烯、 乙烯-醋酸乙烯 共聚物或具有防静电功能的弹性材料一体成型制成;
其中, 所述垫片的本体上设有至少一个安装部;
其中, 所述箱体的侧板上对应安装部设有至少一个安装槽。
