[1]二つの曲面から構成されるキャラクターラインを有する自動車用パネル部品を評価するパネル部品評価方法であって、前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚と、前記二つの曲面の曲率半径と、前記キャラクターラインの開き角とに基づいて、自動車用パネル部品を評価するパネル部品評価方法。
[2]前記キャラクターラインは、二つの凸曲面から構成され、
前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚と、前記二つの凸曲面の曲率半径の対数積と、前記キャラクターラインの開き角に基づいて、前記自動車用パネル部品の飛び移り荷重を予測する[1]に記載のパネル部品評価方法。
[3]前記キャラクターラインは、二つの凸曲面から構成され、
前記自動車用パネル部品の飛び移り荷重を下式から予測する[1]または[2]に記載のパネル部品評価方法。

[8]二つの曲面から構成されるキャラクターラインを有する自動車用パネル部品を評価するパネル部品評価装置であって、前記二つの曲面の曲率半径の対数積を演算する対数積演算部と、該対数積演算部で算出された対数積と前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚および前記キャラクターラインの開き角に基づいて、前記自動車用パネル部品を評価する評価部とを備えるパネル部品評価装置。
前記評価部は、前記対数積演算部で算出された対数積、前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚、前記キャラクターラインの開き角および前記キャラクターラインの頂点部の曲率半径に基づいて前記自動車用パネル部品の張り剛性を演算する張り剛性演算部を備えた[8]に記載のパネル部品評価装置。
[10][1]ないし[7]に記載の方法により予測された飛び移り荷重および/または張り剛性の予測値を目標値と比較し、予測値が目標値以上に達した後に、前記自動車用パネル部品の試作を行う自動車用パネル部品の製造方法。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るパネル部品評価方法を適用する自動車用ドアパネルの一例を示す図である。図2に示される自動車用パネル部品1は、キャラクターライン2および取っ手用エンボス3(Emboss for handles)を有している。キャラクターライン2は、二つの凸曲面4,11によって構成されている。

ただし、t:自動車用パネル部品の板厚(mm)、R1,R2:自動車用パネル部品のキャラクターラインを構成する二つの凸曲面の曲率半径(mm)、θ:キャラクターラインの開き角(°)、Rt:キャラクターライン頂点部の曲率半径(mm)、a1~e1、a2~e2:定数。
図17は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るパネル部品評価方法を適用する自動車用ドアパネルの一例を示す図である。図17に示される自動車用パネル部品1はキャラクターライン2および取っ手用エンボス3を有し、キャラクターライン2は凸曲面4と凹曲面5によって構成されている。

本発明の実施の形態1を用いてパネル部品上に効果的にキャラクターラインを配することにより、パネル部品の軽量化が可能となる。
実施の形態1の実施例2では、実施例1で用いたR1、R2、θの各値と、表3に示す値を定数a1~e1の値として式(1)に代入することにより、A点上を通るキャラクターラインを配した際の飛び移り荷重を求めることが可能となる。
(R1,R2,Rt,θ,t)=(1500,1500,10,170,0.65)
という寸法要件は飛び移り荷重においても問題は無い。
(実施例3)
本発明の実施の形態2を用いてパネル部品上に効果的にキャラクターラインを配することにより、パネル部品の軽量化が可能となる。

- 二つの曲面から構成されるキャラクターラインを有する自動車用パネル部品を評価するパネル部品評価方法であって、前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚と、前記二つの曲面の曲率半径と、前記キャラクターラインの開き角とに基づいて、自動車用パネル部品を評価するパネル部品評価方法。
- 前記キャラクターラインは、二つの凸曲面から構成され、
前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚と、前記二つの凸曲面の曲率半径の対数積と、前記キャラクターラインの開き角に基づいて、前記自動車用パネル部品の飛び移り荷重を予測する請求項1に記載のパネル部品評価方法。 - 前記キャラクターラインは、二つの凸曲面から構成され、
前記自動車用パネル部品の飛び移り荷重を下式から予測する請求項1または2に記載のパネル部品評価方法。

- 前記キャラクターラインは、二つの凸曲面から構成され、
前記評価部は、前記対数積演算部で算出された対数積、前記自動車用パネル部品の板厚、前記キャラクターラインの開き角および前記キャラクターラインの頂点部の曲率半径に基づいて前記自動車用パネル部品の張り剛性を演算する張り剛性演算部を備えた請求項8に記載のパネル部品評価装置。 - 請求項1ないし7に記載の方法により予測された飛び移り荷重および/または張り剛性の予測値を目標値と比較し、予測値が目標値以上に達した後に、前記自動車用パネル部品の試作を行う自動車用パネル部品の製造方法。
