- irrigation liquids such as water and liquid fertilizers
- drip irrigation is used to control the discharge amount of irrigation liquid per unit time when the irrigation liquid flowing into the flow pipe from the water source side (pump side) is discharged toward the plant.
- a dripper is provided.
- the online dripper is used by being inserted into a hole formed in a pipe wall (side wall) of a polyethylene pipe or an end opening of a microtube.
- the online dripper is convenient not only for soil cultivation but also for hydroponics and pot cultivation in greenhouse cultivation, raising seedlings and fruit tree cultivation.
- the drip irrigation dripper has, for example, a three-body structure in which a film having elasticity such as a diaphragm (for example, silicone rubber) is sandwiched between an inlet side member and an outlet side member (for example, Patent Documents) 1 and 2).
- a film having elasticity such as a diaphragm (for example, silicone rubber) is sandwiched between an inlet side member and an outlet side member (for example, Patent Documents) 1 and 2).
- the drip irrigation dripper is configured to prevent the inflow of irrigation liquid into the decompression channel downstream of the inlet by the operation of a diaphragm (membrane) according to the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing from the inlet of the drip irrigation dripper. Control and control of the amount of irrigation liquid flowing out from the outlet of the drip irrigation dripper after decompression by the decompression flow path are performed.
- the drip irrigation dripper has a diaphragm arranged so as to shield the decompression flow path when the inflow liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid to the inlet is increased to some extent. Bend toward the side. As a result, the decompression channel is opened and the irrigation liquid flows into the decompression channel. The irrigation liquid that has flowed into the decompression channel flows toward the outlet while being decompressed in the decompression channel, and flows out of the drip irrigation dripper from the outlet. When the inflow liquid pressure to the inlet is further higher, the amount of deflection of the diaphragm toward the outlet becomes larger. Accordingly, the size of the channel cross section at the outlet is reduced, and the outflow amount of the irrigation liquid is regulated.
- the drip irrigation dripper has the following three problems.
- the drip irrigation dripper has a great influence on performance when an error occurs in the assembly of the three parts described above. For this reason, variation occurs in the operation of the diaphragm (membrane), and the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid becomes unstable.
- the drip irrigation dripper has an increased material cost when silicone rubber is used for the diaphragm.
- the drip irrigation dripper requires a certain high fluid pressure in order to elastically deform the diaphragm and open the decompression flow path. For this reason, when used under a relatively high hydraulic pressure using a high-pressure pump, the original function will be able to be exhibited without problems, but when used under a low hydraulic pressure, the diaphragm is elastically deformed appropriately. There is a concern that it cannot be performed, and for this reason, there is a concern that the original function cannot be fully exhibited.

- the outer peripheral surface of the second protrusion 32 includes a cylindrical surface from the base end (upper end) of the second protrusion 32 to the distal end (lower end) in the protruding direction of the second protrusion 32, and the cylinder. And a frustoconical surface formed on the front end side of the surface. The frustoconical surface is connected to the cylindrical surface by a flat surface extending radially outward from the cylindrical surface.
- the outer peripheral surface of the second protrusion in the present invention need not be limited to a cylindrical surface or a truncated cone surface, and may be a rectangular tube surface, a truncated pyramid surface, or the like.
- the second protrusion 32 is formed in a hollow shape (cylindrical shape) due to the presence of a second guide channel 33 described later.
- a discharge port 321 having a circular opening is formed at the tip of the second protrusion 32.
- the second member 3 has a second guide channel 33.
- the second guide channel 33 is a decompression channel on the second inner surface 311 of the second plate-like portion 31 (in other words, inside the plate-like body 11). From the position facing the end (in other words, the downstream end) 213E of the portion 213, the hole is formed across the discharge port 321.
- the second guide channel 33 includes a hole penetrating the second protrusion 32 along the longitudinal direction of the second protrusion 32.
- the second guide channel 33 has a width that extends from the start end channel section (first section) 331 serving as the start end portion to the downstream side of the first section 331.
- the restriction target flow path section (second section) 332 and the discharge guide flow path section (third section) 333 connected to the downstream side of the second section 332 are configured.
- the inner surface of the flow path is formed in a rectangular shape.
- the second section 332 is a relatively narrow space surrounded by a bottom surface (hereinafter referred to as an inner bottom surface) 3321 on the inner surface of the flow path formed in the second plate-shaped portion 31 and a diaphragm portion 34 described later. It is constituted by.
- the inner bottom surface 3321 is connected to the inner bottom surface 3311 (see FIG. 15) of the first section 331 in the same plane in the radial direction. Further, in the third section 333, the inner surface of the flow path is formed on a cylindrical surface concentric with the first guide flow path 23.
- the 3rd section in the present invention does not need to be limited to such composition, for example, may be formed in the square tube surface etc.
- the second guide channel 33 makes the first inner surface 211 and the second inner surface 311 closely contact each other with the first section 331 facing the end 8E (see FIG. 15) of the decompression channel 8. Thus, the pressure reducing channel 8 is communicated.
- the second guide channel 33 guides the irrigation liquid that has been decompressed by the decompression channel 8 to the discharge port 321.
- the second member 3 corresponds to the end of the first guide channel 23 on the second inner surface 311 of the second plate-like portion 31.
- a diaphragm portion 34 is provided at a position to be operated.
- the diaphragm part 34 is formed so as to isolate the first guide channel 23 and the second guide channel 33 except for the communication by the decompression channel 8. That is, the first guide channel 23 and the third section 333 are isolated by the diaphragm portion 34 and communicated by the decompression channel 8, the first section 331, and the second section 332.
- diaphragm portion 34 constitutes a part of the inner surface of the second guide channel 33 and constitutes the second section 332 together with the inner bottom surface 3321 as described above.
- the diaphragm unit 34 receives the hydraulic pressure from the irrigation liquid guided by the first guide channel 23.
- the irrigation liquid is guided to the decompression flow path 8.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is deformed toward the inner bottom surface 3321 (that is, the portion facing the diaphragm portion 34 on the inner surface of the second guide channel 33) by the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is deformed so as to decrease the flow passage width of the second section 332 (that is, the flow passage width of the second guide flow passage 33 at the position where the diaphragm portion 34 is deformed) as the fluid pressure increases. To do.
- the diaphragm portion 34 includes a dome-shaped central wall portion 341 that is curved so as to protrude toward the first member 2 side, and an outer peripheral end of the central wall portion 341. And a peripheral wall portion 342 that surrounds the central wall portion 341.
- the peripheral wall portion 342 is inclined toward the first member 2 as it goes outward from the central wall portion 341 in the radial direction (the radial direction of the central wall portion 341 when viewed in plan). That is, the peripheral wall portion 342 is formed in a shape that gradually expands toward the inflow portion 221.
- the peripheral wall 342 is connected to the inner peripheral edge of the lower end of the first guide channel 23 by the close contact of the first member 2 and the second member 3.
- a portion 3431 in the circumferential direction is located near the inner bottom surface 3321, with respect to the inner bottom surface 3321. It is arranged so as to face from above.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is disposed so that the surface of the portion 3431 is a plane orthogonal to the direction in which the diaphragm portion 34 is deformed (longitudinal direction of the first guide channel 23).
- the part 3431 is a part of the connecting portion 343 and regulates the channel width of the second section 332.
- connection part 343 in each of the central wall part 341 and the peripheral wall part 342 is the connection part 343 and the central wall part. It is desirable that it is formed thinner than a portion other than the vicinity of the connection portion 343 in 341.
- the central wall portion 341 and the peripheral wall portion 342 are desirably formed such that the thicknesses of the central wall portion 341 and the peripheral wall portion 342 gradually decrease toward the connection portion 343.
- the first section 331 is disposed at a position near the outer side in the radial direction with respect to the diaphragm portion 34.
- FIG. 16 shows a specific example of the operation of the diaphragm unit 34.
- the width restriction of the second section 332 by the diaphragm portion 34 is as shown in FIG. 16A.
- the flow path width is 0.25 mm.
- the flow path width is the shortest distance between the fourth portion 3431 of the diaphragm portion 34 and the inner bottom surface 3321.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is used as the irrigation liquid in the first guide channel 23 as shown in FIG. 16B. Deforms due to the hydraulic pressure. Therefore, the fourth portion 3431 moves (drops) toward the inner bottom surface 3321 side. Thus, the flow path width is regulated to 0.15 mm.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is further deformed than the state shown in FIG. 16B. For this reason, the fourth portion 3431 further moves to the inner bottom surface 3321 side.
- the flow path width is regulated to 0.1 mm.
- the irrigation liquid in the tube 5 that has reached a predetermined pressure flows into the drip irrigation dripper 1 through the inlet 2212 of the inflow portion 221.
- the lower limit of the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing into the decompression flow path portion 8 is determined by the hydrophobicity of the inflow portion 221 in the conventional case (that is, when the decompression flow path is shielded by the elasticity of the diaphragm). ) Can be controlled to a lower pressure. Therefore, even when the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid outside the drip irrigation dripper 1 is low, the irrigation liquid can be appropriately used for drip irrigation.
- the portion exposed to the external hydraulic pressure in the inflow portion 221 has hydrophobicity. For this reason, the inflow of the irrigation liquid into the flow path of the drip irrigation dripper 1 can be appropriately controlled.
- the capillary phenomenon at the inflow port 2212 can be more reliably suppressed, and the inflow control of the irrigation liquid can be performed more appropriately.
- the inflow portion 221 is formed of a hydrophobic material, the hydrophobicity of the inflow portion 221 can be realized with a small number of parts.
- the hydrophobicity of the inflow portion 221 is realized by a hydrophobic coat, the hydrophobicity of the inflow portion 221 does not depend on the material of the inflow portion 221, so that the degree of freedom in selecting the material of the inflow portion 221 can be improved.
- the lower limit of the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing into the flow path of the drip irrigation dripper 1 can be adjusted slightly higher. For this reason, the freedom degree of selection of the inflow liquid pressure in performing use under a low pressure can be improved.
- the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid can be appropriately controlled even when used under high pressure.
- the irrigation liquid that has flowed into the drip irrigation dripper 1 passes through the first guide channel 23 and reaches the end of the first guide channel 23 where the diaphragm 34 is disposed.
- the irrigation liquid that has reached the end of the first guide channel 23 is prevented from flowing in the straight direction while being dammed by the diaphragm 34 while the diaphragm 34 is deformed by the hydraulic pressure. Then, it is guided to the lateral decompression flow path 8 as a escape place.
- the irrigation liquid introduced into the decompression channel 8 is depressurized due to pressure loss due to the channel shape of the decompression channel 8.
- the irrigation liquid decompressed in the decompression channel 8 flows into the first section 331 in the second guide channel 33 connected to the end 8E of the decompression channel 8, and then passes through the second section 332. .
- the diaphragm portion 34 is deformed so that the fourth portion 3431 moves to the inner bottom surface 3321 side by the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid filled in the first guide channel 23. For this reason, the flow path width of the second section 332 is reduced by an amount corresponding to the amount of deformation.
- the flow rate of the irrigation liquid that passes through the second section 332 (the flow rate directed toward the third section 333 and the discharge port 321 at a time) is regulated by the influence of the restriction of the channel width by the diaphragm section 34.
- two cases are considered, in which the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing into the drip irrigation dripper 1 is relatively high and low.
- Factors in these two cases include the installation position of the drip irrigation dripper 1 on the tube 5 (whether it is close or far from the pump), the performance of the pump itself (high pressure pump or low pressure pump), the pump itself Examples include changes in performance over time.
- the irrigation liquid when the irrigation liquid is at a low pressure, the amount of irrigation liquid flowing into the flow path of the drip irrigation dripper 1 is relatively small, but at the same time, the deformation amount of the diaphragm 34 is relatively small. Become. Therefore, the flow rate of the irrigation liquid regulated by the diaphragm portion 34 is also relatively reduced. For this reason, the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid from the discharge port 321 does not become too small.
- the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid from the discharge port 321 is reduced regardless of the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid when flowing into the drip irrigation dripper 1, and the variation in the discharge amount is reduced (for example, it can be suitably controlled so that the variation in the discharge amount is suppressed to 5 to 10%.
- the diaphragm part 34 has the structure which is not shielding the decompression flow path 8 like the technique of patent document 1, 2, and is always opening the decompression flow path 8. FIG. For this reason, in this Embodiment, the inflow regulation to the pressure reduction flow path 8 of the irrigation liquid is not performed. For this reason, the presence of the diaphragm portion 34 does not cause the lower limit of the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid that can be used for drip irrigation to be increased.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is integrally formed of the same resin material as that of the second member 3. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the drip irrigation dripper 1 excellent in controlling the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid is composed of only the two parts of the first member 2 and the second member 3 made of a resin material. It can be manufactured inexpensively and with a small number of man-hours. In particular, the advantages in terms of cost and manufacturing efficiency are very large compared to the case where a diaphragm made of an expensive material such as silicone rubber is incorporated as a separate structure.
- the diaphragm portion 34 is incorporated in the second member 3 as an integrally molded product, there is little malfunction of the diaphragm portion 34 due to an assembly error, and it contributes to stabilization of the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid. can do.
- the diaphragm portion 34 has a pressure difference between the irrigation liquid in the decompression channel 8 after being decompressed by the decompression channel 8 and the irrigation liquid in the first guide channel 23 to which the diaphragm portion 34 is exposed.
- the first section 331 of the second guide channel 33 is disposed in the vicinity of the diaphragm portion 34. For this reason, compared with the case where the 1st area 331 is arrange
- the diaphragm part 34 eliminates the curve to the 1st guide flow path 23 side using the raw material elasticity of a resin material, when the center wall part 341 receives hydraulic pressure from the 1st guide flow path 23 side. And bends outward in the radial direction.
- the peripheral wall portion 342 rotates around the contact point with the second plate-shaped portion 31 as a rotation axis. Therefore, the fourth portion 3431 can be smoothly displaced toward the inner bottom surface 3321 side of the second section 332.
- the diaphragm 34 is formed in a shape suitable for efficiently receiving the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation liquid in the first guide channel 23 and deforming to the inner bottom surface 3321 side. Therefore, the flow path width can be more appropriately regulated. Such an effect can be further enhanced by forming a portion near the fourth portion 3431 in the diaphragm portion 34 to be thin. Note that the flow path width regulation state may be further stabilized by forming the fourth portion 3431 to be thicker.
- the drip irrigation dripper includes at least a tube that penetrates the tube wall of the tube to which the irrigation liquid is supplied, and a flange portion that extends outward from the outer periphery of the tube. And a partition wall that closes the inside of the pipe at the flange part, and a bypass channel that is formed in the flange part and communicates two portions of the pipe that are separated by the partition wall, and the bypass channel Includes a decompression channel for decompressing the irrigation liquid flowing therethrough.
- the drip irrigation dripper is composed of the first member and the second member described above that bisect the tube portion and the flange portion, and the partition wall includes either the first member or the second member. It is formed integrally.
- the partition wall is a diaphragm portion that receives the pressure of the irrigation liquid flowing into the pipe and moves in the pipe or in the direction of closing the bypass flow path, the discharge amount of the irrigation liquid is stabilized.
- a drip irrigation dripper and a drip irrigation apparatus including the drip irrigation dripper that can reduce the manufacturing cost, the number of parts, and the number of manufacturing steps.
- the low-pressure stop filter function described above may not be provided to the inflow port disposed at the end of the tube disposed in the tube.
- the drip irrigation dripper further has the above-described low-pressure stop filter function, it is more effective in terms of stabilizing the irrigation liquid dripping when the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid is low.
- the partition may not have the function of the diaphragm portion described above.
- the partition wall is the diaphragm portion, it is more effective from the viewpoint of stabilizing dripping of the irrigation liquid when the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid fluctuates high.
- the dimension of the second protrusion 32 in the protruding direction may be shortened.
- the second protrusion 32 itself may not be provided.
- the discharge port 3121 may be formed on the second outer surface 312.
- the end of the diaphragm portion 34 on the first member 2 side may be extended to a position where it abuts against the recess 2111.
- an opening 3421 for allowing the irrigation liquid to flow into the decompression flow path 8 may be formed in the peripheral wall 342 of the diaphragm 34.
- the drip irrigation dripper according to the present invention can drop a stable amount of irrigation liquid regardless of the liquid pressure of the irrigation liquid.
- Such a drip irrigation dripper can be constructed by combining two injection molded products. Therefore, the drip irrigation dripper can be manufactured at low cost and in large quantities. Therefore, the drip irrigation dripper and the drip irrigation apparatus according to the present invention are expected to be used not only for drip irrigation but also in various industries that require stable liquid dripping.
