Description

拡管治具、伝熱管の拡管方法、補修方法、閉塞方法及び電磁コイル
 本発明は、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管等の管体を拡管するために用いられる拡管治具、拡管治具を用いた伝熱管の拡管方法、補修方法、閉塞方法及び電磁コイルに関するものである。
 従来、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管を拡管して、管板に伝熱管を固定する拡管方法が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。この拡管方法では、拡管工具を用いて伝熱管の内部に液圧を与えることで、伝熱管を拡管している。

 ところで、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管は、密集した伝熱管群として構成されているため、伝熱管の外部からアクセスして伝熱管を拡管することは困難である。このため、伝熱管の内部からアクセスして伝熱管を拡管することが好ましい。また、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管は、残留応力等の溶接加工に関する要求が厳しいことから、伝熱管に対して溶接を行う場合には厳しい要求を満足させる必要がある。さらに、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管は、一般的な熱交換器に用いられる伝熱管に比べて管径が太くなっていることから、拡管するための力が大きなものとなる。
 以上のような蒸気発生器の伝熱管の特性を考慮し、従来の拡管方法では、伝熱管の内部に液圧を与えて、伝熱管を拡管している。この場合、液圧により拡管可能なストローク量(拡管量)は小さいものとなる。つまり、従来の拡管工具は、液圧により拡管することから、伝熱管の一部をシールする必要があり、シール性を担保するには、拡管量は小さくなってしまう。また、伝熱管の一部をシールする作業を行わなければならず、拡管作業が煩雑なものとなっている。
 そこで、本発明は、拡管作業を簡易なものとし、蒸気発生器の伝熱管等の管体を好適に拡管することができる拡管治具、伝熱管の拡管方法、伝熱管の補修方法、伝熱管の閉塞方法及び電磁コイルを提供することを課題とする。
 本発明の拡管治具は、蒸気発生器に設けられる管体を拡管するための拡管治具であって、管体の内部に挿入されるプローブと、プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により管体を拡管可能な電磁コイルと、を備えたことを特徴とする。
 この構成によれば、プローブにより管体の内部に挿入された電磁コイルは、電流が給電されることで、管体を拡管することができる。このため、電磁コイルに給電する電流値を大きくすればするほど、管体の拡管量を大きくすることが可能となるため、管体に対する加工性を高めることができる。また、電磁コイルに電流を給電すれば、管体を拡管することができるため、拡管作業を簡易なものとすることができる。以上から、拡管作業を簡易なものとし、蒸気発生器の伝熱管等の管体を好適に拡管することができる。
 この場合、管体は、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管であり、プローブ及び電磁コイルは、伝熱管の内部に挿入され、電磁コイルに給電される電流は、パルス電流であり、電磁コイルは、パルス電流が複数回給電されると共に、パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなることが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、電磁コイルは、複数回給電されるパルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるため、伝熱管を徐々に拡管することができる。このため、所定の拡管量に徐々に近づけながら伝熱管を拡管することができる。
 この場合、プローブに設けられ、伝熱管の管径を計測する管径計測部をさらに備えたことが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、管径計測部により伝熱管の管径(内径または外径であってもよい)を計測することができるため、伝熱管の拡管量を計測することができる。このため、伝熱管の拡管量を計測しながら、伝熱管を拡管することができるため、伝熱管を所定の拡管量に精度良く拡管することができる。
 この場合、電磁コイルは、軸方向の中央で分割され、管径計測部は、分割された電磁コイルの間に配置されていることが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、電磁コイルにより軸方向に亘って拡管した伝熱管の軸方向中央における管径を計測できる。このため、伝熱管の拡管量をより精度良く計測することが可能となる。
 この場合、管体は、補修用短尺管であり、補修用短尺管は、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管の内部に挿入され、プローブ及び電磁コイルは、補修用短尺管の内部に挿入され、電磁コイルは、補修用短尺管を拡管して、伝熱管の内面に補修用短尺管の外面を密着させることが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、伝熱管の補修部分に対し、伝熱管の内面から補修用短尺管を密着させることができる。このため、電磁コイルにより補修用短尺管を拡管するだけで、溶接等を行うことなく、簡単に伝熱管の補修を行うことができる。
 この場合、管体は、一方の開口を閉塞した閉塞プラグであり、閉塞プラグは、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管の内部に挿入され、プローブ及び電磁コイルは、閉塞プラグの内部に挿入され、電磁コイルは、閉塞プラグを拡管して、伝熱管の内面に閉塞プラグの外面を密着させることが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、伝熱管の閉塞部分に対し、伝熱管の内面から閉塞プラグを密着させることができる。このため、電磁コイルにより閉塞プラグを拡管するだけで、溶接等を行うことなく、簡単に伝熱管の閉塞を行うことができる。
 本発明の伝熱管の拡管方法は、蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて拡管する伝熱管の拡管方法において、伝熱管は、径方向の両側に伝熱管の振動を抑制するための一対の振動抑制部材が設けられ、拡管治具は、伝熱管の内部に挿入されるプローブと、プローブに設けられ、給電されるパルス電流によって生じる電磁力により伝熱管を拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、伝熱管の内部に拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、電磁コイルに、パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるように、パルス電流が複数回給電されることで、伝熱管が一対の振動抑制部材にそれぞれ当接するまで拡管させる拡管工程と、を備えた。
 この構成によれば、簡易な拡管作業によって伝熱管を拡管することで、伝熱管を一対の振動抑制部材に当接させることができるため、一対の振動抑制部材により伝熱管の振動を好適に抑制することができる。
 この場合、拡管治具は、伝熱管の管径を計測する管径計測部をさらに備え、拡管工程では、伝熱管の管径を計測しながら、伝熱管を拡管することが好ましい。
 この構成によれば、管径計測部により伝熱管の管径(内径または外径であってもよい)を計測することができるため、伝熱管の拡管量を計測することができる。このため、伝熱管の拡管量を計測しながら、伝熱管を拡管することができるため、伝熱管が一対の振動抑制部材に当接するように、伝熱管を精度良く拡管することができる。
 本発明の伝熱管の補修方法は、蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて補修する伝熱管の補修方法において、伝熱管は、内部に補修用短尺管が挿入され、拡管治具は、補修用短尺管の内部に挿入されるプローブと、プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により補修用短尺管を拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、補修用短尺管の内部に拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、電磁コイルに電流を給電することで、補修用短尺管を拡管し、補修用短尺管の外面を伝熱管の内面に密着させる拡管工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
 この構成によれば、簡易な拡管作業によって補修用短尺管を拡管することで、伝熱管の内面に補修用短尺管の外面を密着させることができるため、伝熱管の補修を好適に行うことができる。
 本発明の伝熱管の閉塞方法は、蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて閉塞する伝熱管の閉塞方法において、伝熱管は、内部に閉塞プラグが挿入され、拡管治具は、閉塞プラグの内部に挿入されるプローブと、プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により閉塞プラグ拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、閉塞プラグの内部に拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、電磁コイルに電流を給電することで、閉塞プラグを拡管し、閉塞プラグの外面を伝熱管の内面に密着させる拡管工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
 この構成によれば、簡易な拡管作業によって閉塞プラグを拡管することで、伝熱管の内面に閉塞プラグの外面を密着させることができるため、伝熱管の閉塞を好適に行うことができる。
 本発明の電磁コイルは、分割された一方の第1分割電磁コイルは、プローブの先端側に配置され、他方の第2分割電磁コイルは、前記第1分割電磁コイルの後端側に配置され、前記第1分割電磁コイルと前記第2分割電磁コイルとは、電源装置からの電流が通電可能に接続されていることを特徴とする。
 この構成によれば、第1分割電磁コイル及び第2分割電磁コイルによって伝熱管を拡管することができる。

 以下に、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施例によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。また、下記実施例における構成要素には、当業者が置換可能かつ容易なもの、あるいは実質的に同一のものが含まれる。
 図1は、実施例1の拡管治具が用いられる蒸気発生器の側断面概略図である。伝熱管を内部に複数有するものとして、例えば、加圧水型原子炉(PWR:Pressurized Water Reactor)に用いられる蒸気発生器1がある。この蒸気発生器1には、原子炉内を流通する原子炉冷却材及び中性子減速材としての一次冷却材(例えば、軽水)と、タービン内を流通する二次冷却材とが流入する。そして、蒸気発生器1では、高温高圧となった一次冷却材を、二次冷却材と熱交換させることにより、二次冷却材を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させ、かつ高温高圧となった一次冷却材を冷却している。
 蒸気発生器1は、上下方向に延在し、かつ密閉された中空円筒形状となっている。蒸気発生器1は、上半部に対して下半部が若干小径とされた胴部2を有している。胴部2は、その下半部内に、該胴部2の内壁面と所定間隔をもって配置された円筒形状を成す管群外筒3が設けられている。この管群外筒3は、その下端部が、胴部2の下半部内の下方に配置された管板4近傍まで延設されている。管群外筒3内には、伝熱管群51が設けられている。伝熱管群51は、逆U字形状をなす複数の伝熱管5から成る。各伝熱管5は、U字形状の円弧部が上方側に凸となるように配置され、下方側の両端部が管板4に支持されているとともに、中間部が複数の管支持板6を介して管群外筒3に支持されている。管支持板6には、多数の貫通孔(図示せず)が形成されており、この貫通孔内に各伝熱管5が挿通されている。
 胴部2は、その下端部に水室7が設けられている。水室7は、内部が隔壁8により入室71と出室72とに区画されている。入室71は、各伝熱管5の一端部が連通され、出室72は、各伝熱管5の他端部が連通されている。また、入室71は、胴部2の外部に通じる入口ノズル74が形成され、出室72は、胴部2の外部に通じる出口ノズル75が形成されている。そして、入口ノズル74は、加圧水型原子炉から一次冷却材が送られる冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結され、出口ノズル75は、熱交換された後の一次冷却材を加圧水型原子炉に送る冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結される。
 胴部2は、その上半部内に、熱交換後の二次冷却材を蒸気(気相)と熱水(液相)とに分離する気水分離器9、および分離された蒸気の湿分を除去して乾き蒸気に近い状態とする湿分分離器10が設けられている。気水分離器9と伝熱管群51との間には、外部から胴部2内に二次冷却材の給水を行う給水管11が挿入されている。さらに、胴部2は、その上端部に、蒸気排出口12が形成されている。また、胴部2は、その下半部内に、給水管11からこの胴部2内に給水された二次冷却材を、胴部2と管群外筒3との間を流下させて管板4にて折り返させ、伝熱管群51に沿って上昇させる給水路13が形成されている。なお、蒸気排出口12は、タービンに蒸気を送る冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結され、給水管11は、タービンで使用された蒸気が復水器(図示せず)で冷却された二次冷却材を供給するための冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結される。
 このような蒸気発生器1において、加圧水型原子炉で加熱された一次冷却材は、入室71に送られ、多数の伝熱管5内を通って循環して出室72に至る。一方、復水器で冷却された二次冷却材は、給水管11に送られ、胴部2内の給水路13を通って伝熱管群51に沿って上昇する。このとき、胴部2内で、高圧高温の一次冷却材と二次冷却材との間で熱交換が行われる。そして、冷却された一次冷却材は、出室72から加圧水型原子炉に戻される。一方、高圧高温の一次冷却材と熱交換を行った二次冷却材は、胴部2内を上昇し、気水分離器9で蒸気と熱水とに分離される。そして、分離された蒸気は、湿分分離器10で湿分が除去されてからタービンに送られる。
 このように構成された蒸気発生器1では、一次冷却材が各伝熱管5内を通過する際、逆U字形状の円弧部にて流体励起振動が発生する。そこで、伝熱管5の円弧部には、伝熱管5の振動を抑制する複数の振動抑制部材14が設けられている。
 図2は、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管群の斜視概略図である。伝熱管群51の上端部は、逆U字形状となる複数の伝熱管5の円弧部が配置されることで、半球形状に形成されている。つまり、図2に示すように、各伝熱管5は、面内において所定の曲率半径で曲げられている。複数の伝熱管5は、各面内において曲率半径の径方向外側に向かうにつれて曲率半径が大きくなるように設けられると共に、軸方向が平行となるように並べて設けられることで伝熱管層5Aとなる。
 また、図2に示すように、伝熱管層5Aは、その面内方向に直交する面外方向に所定の隙間を空けて平行に並べて設けられている。この複数の伝熱管層5Aでは、面内において曲率半径の径方向の最外側にあるそれぞれの伝熱管5が、面外方向の外側に向かうにつれて曲率半径が小さくなっている。このように複数の伝熱管5が並べられることで、伝熱管群51の上端部は半球形状に形成される。
 複数の振動抑制部材14は、平行に並んだ複数の伝熱管層5Aの間にそれぞれ挿入される。各振動抑制部材14は、例えば、ステンレス等の金属材で構成され、矩形断面をなす棒体をほぼV字形状に折り曲げて形成されている。振動抑制部材14は、折り曲げられた屈曲部が伝熱管5の曲率半径における径方向の中心側(内側)に位置するように配置され、その両端部が径方向の外側に位置するように配置される。振動抑制部材14の両端部は、曲率半径の径方向の最外側にある伝熱管5から外側に突出している。
 複数の振動抑制部材14は、V字形状の大きい振動抑制部材14と、V字形状の小さい振動抑制部材14とを含んでいる。そして、V字形状の大きい振動抑制部材14の内側には、V字形状の小さい振動抑制部材14が配置されることで対を成している。対を成した振動抑制部材14は、面外方向に隣り合う(積層される)2層の伝熱管層5Aの隙間において、例えば3組配設される。3組の対となる振動抑制部材14は、曲率半径の周方向に沿って設けられる。
 上記のように、複数の振動抑制部材14が配設されることで、複数の振動抑制部材14の端部は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って伝熱管層5Aの面外方向に一列に並んで配置される。また、一列となる振動抑制部材14の端部は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って伝熱管層5Aの面内方向に沿って所定の間隔を空けて複数列配設される。つまり、複数の振動抑制部材14の端部は、格子状に配置される。
 各振動抑制部材14の両端部には、接合部材15がそれぞれ設けられている。この接合部材15は、後述する保持部材16に接合される。なお、接合部材15は、例えば、ステンレス等の金属材で構成されている。
 保持部材16は、図2に示すように、伝熱管群51の半球状の外周に沿って円弧状に形成された棒体である。この保持部材16は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って一列に並んだ各振動抑制部材14の端部を繋ぐように配置される。そして、この保持部材16には、各振動抑制部材14の端部に設けられた接合部材15が溶接等により接合される。
 なお、振動抑制部材14は、V字形状のものを用いたが、直方体形状(直線形状)のものを用いたり、あるいは、V字形状のものと直方体形状のものとを混在して用いたりしてもよく、特に限定されない。
 次に、図3を参照して、伝熱管5の内部に挿入される拡管治具80について説明する。図3は、実施例1の拡管治具の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。図3に示すように、拡管治具80は、プローブ81と、電磁コイル82と、管径センサ(管径計測部)83と、を備えている。そして、この拡管治具80には、電磁コイル82に電流を供給する電源装置84と、電源装置84を制御する制御装置85とが接続されている。
 プローブ81は、管状に形成されており、伝熱管5の内部に挿入され、伝熱管5の軸方向に沿って移動可能となっている。つまり、プローブ81は、その外径が、伝熱管5の内径よりも小さくなっている。また、このプローブ81の先端側には、先端部材81aが設けられており、先端部材81aは、プローブ81よりも径が大きい円形板状に形成されている。
 電磁コイル82は、プローブ81の挿入方向の先端に固定されている。電磁コイル82は、その軸方向が、プローブ81の軸方向と同方向となっている。このため、電磁コイル82は、プローブ81の軸を中心として、プローブ81の周方向に電流が流れる。この電磁コイル82は、電源装置84から電流が給電されることで電磁力を発生させ、発生させた電磁力により伝熱管5を拡管する。
 管径センサ83は、プローブ81の先端部材81aと電磁コイル82との間に設けられており、プローブ81に取り付けられている。管径センサ83は、伝熱管5の内径を計測する。なお、管径センサ83は、伝熱管5の外径を計測してもよい。管径センサ83は、制御装置85に接続されており、計測結果を制御装置85へ向けて出力する。
 電源装置84は、電磁コイル82に接続され、電磁コイル82へ向けて電流を供給する。電源装置84は、電流として、パルス状の電流となるパルス電流を供給しており、パルス電流の電流値を適宜可変することができる。
 制御装置85は、電源装置84及び管径センサ83に接続され、管径センサ83の計測結果に基づいて、電源装置84を制御可能となっている。具体的に、制御装置85は、管径センサ83の計測結果から、伝熱管5の内径を取得しつつ、電源装置84を制御して、電源装置84から電磁コイル82に供給するパルス電流の電流値を適宜変えている。
 図4は、実施例1の拡管治具に給電されるパルス電流のグラフである。図5は、パルス電流の電流値に応じて変化する伝熱管の拡管量のグラフである。図4のグラフは、その横軸が時間となっており、その縦軸が電流値となっている。図4に示すように、制御装置85は、電源装置84から電磁コイル82に対し、パルス電流を複数回(例えば5回)給電する。このとき、制御装置85は、給電するパルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるように給電する。つまり、1回目の給電時におけるパルス電流の電流値よりも、2回目の給電時におけるパルス電流の電流値の方が大きくなっている。このため、拡管治具80は、伝熱管5の管径を徐々に広げるように伝熱管5を拡管する。
 また、図4及び図5に示すように、制御装置85は、最後に給電されるパルス電流の電流値A1が、伝熱管5の拡管量が所定の拡管量L1となるような電流値となっている。ここで、図5に示すグラフは、パルス電流の電流値と伝熱管5の拡管量との関係を、予め実験等に基づいて導出されている。図5は、その横軸が電流値となっており、その縦軸が伝熱管5の拡管量となっている。そして、このグラフに基づいて、所定の拡管量L1に対応する電流値A1を導出する。
 このため、制御装置85は、伝熱管5の拡管量L1が設定されると、設定された拡管量L1に対応する電流値A1を、図5に基づいて取得する。そして、取得した電流値A1が、最後に給電されるパルス電流の電流値となるように、電源装置84を制御する。
 次に、図6を参照して、拡管治具80を用いた伝熱管5の拡管方法について説明する。図6は、実施例1の拡管治具を用いた伝熱管の拡管方法に関する説明図である。ここで、伝熱管5は、径方向の両側に、一対の振動抑制部材14が配置された状態となっている。このとき、振動抑制部材14と伝熱管5との間には、隙間が生じている。この場合、振動抑制部材14によって伝熱管5の振動を抑制することが難しい。このため、拡管治具80を用いて伝熱管5の一部を拡管することで、伝熱管5を振動抑制部材14に当接させる。
 先ず、管板4に位置する伝熱管5の一端部から、拡管治具80のプローブ81の先端が挿入される(ステップS11:挿入工程)。このとき、プローブ81は、プローブ81に設けられた電磁コイル82が、一対の振動抑制部材14の間に位置するまで挿入される。なお、プローブ81の挿入時には、管径センサ83による伝熱管5の内径の計測も行われる。
 電磁コイル82が、一対の振動抑制部材14の間の位置に到達すると、制御装置85は、パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるように、図4に示すパルス電流を電磁コイル82に向けて複数回給電する。このため、電磁コイル82は、伝熱管5を徐々に拡径し、伝熱管5が一対の振動抑制部材14にそれぞれ当接するまで伝熱管5を拡管する(ステップS12:拡管工程)。このとき、S12の拡管工程の実行中において、制御装置85は、管径センサ83により伝熱管5の内径を計測しながら、伝熱管5を拡管している。なお、伝熱管5の内径の計測は、パルス電流の1回の給電ごとに計測してもよい。この場合、制御装置85は、管径センサ83による計測結果に基づいて、パルス電流の電流値を適宜変化させてもよい。例えば、制御装置85は、最後のパルス電流を給電する前に、伝熱管5の拡管量が足りなければ、最後のパルス電流の電流値が大きくなるようにフィードバック補正してもよい。また、制御装置85は、最後のパルス電流を給電する前に、伝熱管5の拡管量が十分であれば、最後のパルス電流の電流値が小さくなるようにフィードバック補正してもよい。
 以上のように、実施例1の構成によれば、プローブ81により伝熱管5の内部に挿入された電磁コイル82は、パルス電流が給電されることで、伝熱管5を拡管することができる。このため、電磁コイル82に給電する電流値を大きくすればするほど、伝熱管5の拡管量を大きくすることが可能となるため、伝熱管5に対する加工性を高めることができる。また、電磁コイル82にパルス電流を給電すれば、伝熱管5を拡管することができるため、拡管作業を簡易なものとすることができる。以上から、拡管作業を簡易なものとし、蒸気発生器1の伝熱管5を好適に拡管することができる。
 また、実施例1の構成によれば、電磁コイル82に給電されるパルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるため、伝熱管5を徐々に拡管することができる。このため、伝熱管5が所定の拡管量となるように徐々に拡管することができる。
 また、実施例1の構成によれば、電磁コイル82にパルス電流を供給するという簡易な拡管工程によって伝熱管5を拡管し、拡管した伝熱管5を一対の振動抑制部材14に容易に当接させることができる。このため、一対の振動抑制部材14により伝熱管5の振動を好適に抑制することができる。
 また、実施例1の構成によれば、管径センサ83により伝熱管5の内径を計測しながら、伝熱管5を拡管することができる。このため、伝熱管5の拡管量を把握することができるため、伝熱管5を精度良く拡管することができる。このため、伝熱管5の拡管量を計測しながら、伝熱管5を拡管することができるため、伝熱管5が一対の振動抑制部材14に当接するように、伝熱管5を精度良く拡管することができる。なお、管径センサ83は、伝熱管5の外径を計測してもよい。
 なお、実施例1の拡管治具80を、図7に示す変形例1の構成としてもよい。図7は、変形例1の拡管治具の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。変形例1の拡管治具80は、電磁コイル82を軸方向に2分割にし、2分割した電磁コイル82の間に管径センサ83を配置している。具体的に、電磁コイル82は、その軸方向の中央において、第1分割電磁コイル82aと第2分割電磁コイル82bとに分割されている。第2分割電磁コイル82bはプローブ81の先端側に配置され、第1分割電磁コイル82aは、第2分割電磁コイル82bの後端側に配置されている。第1分割電磁コイル82aと第2分割電磁コイル82bとは、電源装置84からの電流が通電可能に接続されている。そして、管径センサ83は、第1分割電磁コイル82aと第2分割電磁コイル82bとの間に配置され、プローブ81に取り付けられている。
 この構成によれば、電磁コイル82の軸方向の中央において、伝熱管5の管径を計測することができる。つまり、電磁コイル82によって軸方向に亘って拡管した伝熱管5の軸方向中央における管径を計測できるため、伝熱管5の拡管量をより精度良く把握することが可能となる。
 次に、図8及び図9を参照して、実施例2について説明する。なお、実施例2では、実施例1と重複する記載を避けるべく、実施例1と異なる部分についてのみ言及する。図8は、実施例2の拡管治具の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。図9は、実施例2の拡管治具を用いた伝熱管の補修方法に関する説明図である。実施例2の拡管治具80は、実施例1の拡管治具80と同様の構成であり、この拡管治具80を用いて、伝熱管5を補修している。以下、拡管治具80を用いた伝熱管5の補修方法について説明する。
 図8に示すように、伝熱管5を補修する場合、伝熱管5の内部には、伝熱管5の内径よりも小さい外径となる円筒状の補修用短尺管90が挿入される。このとき、伝熱管5の内面と補修用短尺管90の外面との間には、隙間が生じている。この補修用短尺管90は、伝熱管5の補修箇所を覆うことが可能な長さとなっている。補修用短尺管90の内部には、プローブ81の先端と電磁コイル82とが挿入される。
 先ず、管板4に位置する伝熱管5の一端部から、拡管治具80のプローブ81の先端が挿入される(ステップS21:挿入工程)。このとき、補修用短尺管90は、プローブ81と共に挿入される。プローブ81は、電磁コイル82が伝熱管5の補修箇所に到達するまで、挿入される。なお、プローブ81の挿入時には、管径センサ83による伝熱管5の内径の計測も行われる。
 電磁コイル82が、伝熱管5の補修箇所に到達すると、制御装置85は、パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるように、図4に示すパルス電流を電磁コイル82に向けて複数回給電する。このため、電磁コイル82は、補修用短尺管90を徐々に拡径し(ステップS22)、補修用短尺管90の外面が伝熱管5の内面に密着するまで補修用短尺管90を拡管する(ステップS23:拡管工程)。このとき、S22の拡管工程の実行中においても、制御装置85は、管径センサ83により伝熱管5の内径を計測しながら、補修用短尺管90を拡管している(ステップS22:管径計測工程)。
 以上のように、実施例2の構成によれば、電磁コイル82にパルス電流を供給するという簡易な拡管工程によって補修用短尺管90を拡管し、拡管した補修用短尺管90の外面を伝熱管5の内面に密着させることができる。このため、伝熱管5の補修を容易に行うことができる。なお、実施例2の拡管治具80は、変形例1の拡管治具80を用いてもよく、また、管径センサ83を省略した拡管治具であってもよい。
 次に、図10及び図11を参照して、実施例3について説明する。なお、実施例3でも、実施例1と重複する記載を避けるべく、実施例1と異なる部分についてのみ言及する。図10は、実施例3の拡管治具の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。図11は、実施例3の拡管治具を用いた伝熱管の閉塞方法に関する説明図である。実施例3の拡管治具100は、実施例1の拡管治具80の管径センサ83を省略した構成であり、この拡管治具100を用いて、伝熱管5を閉塞している。以下、拡管治具100を用いた伝熱管5の閉塞方法について説明する。
 図10に示すように、実施例3の拡管治具100は、プローブ81と、プローブ81の先端に設けられた電磁コイル82とを備え、電磁コイル82には電源装置84が接続されている。電源装置84は、電磁コイル82に対しパルス電流を給電する。ここで、実施例3において、電源装置84は、電磁コイル82に対しパルス電流を1回給電することで、伝熱管5を所定の拡管量とする。
 伝熱管5を閉塞する場合、伝熱管5の内部には、伝熱管5の内径よりも小さい外径となる一方の開口が閉塞された円筒状の閉塞プラグ101が挿入される。このとき、伝熱管5の内面と閉塞プラグ101の外面との間には、隙間が生じている。この閉塞プラグ101は、軸方向に切った断面が凹状に形成されており、伝熱管5を閉塞可能な形状となっている。閉塞プラグ101の内部には、他方の開口からプローブ81の先端と電磁コイル82とが挿入される。この閉塞プラグ101は、管板4が周囲に配設された伝熱管5の部位に配置される。
 先ず、管板4に位置する伝熱管5の一端部から、拡管治具100のプローブ81の先端が挿入される(ステップS31:挿入工程)。このとき、閉塞プラグ101は、プローブ81と共に挿入される。プローブ81は、電磁コイル82が管板4に到達するまで、挿入される。
 電磁コイル82が、管板4に囲まれた伝熱管5の部位に到達すると、制御装置85は、パルス電流を電磁コイル82に向けて1回給電する。このため、電磁コイル82は、閉塞プラグ101を拡径し(ステップS32)、閉塞プラグ101の外面が伝熱管5の内面に密着させる(ステップS33:拡管工程)。
 以上のように、実施例3の構成によれば、電磁コイル82にパルス電流を供給するという簡易な拡管工程によって閉塞プラグ101を拡管し、拡管した閉塞プラグ101の外面を伝熱管5の内面に密着させることができる。このため、伝熱管5の閉塞を容易に行うことができる。なお、実施例3の拡管治具100は、実施例1のように管径センサ83を設けた拡管治具80を用いてもよい。

Claims (11)

  1.  蒸気発生器に設けられる管体を拡管するための拡管治具であって、
     前記管体の内部に挿入されるプローブと、
     前記プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により前記管体を拡管可能な電磁コイルと、を備えたことを特徴とする拡管治具。
  2.  前記管体は、前記蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管であり、
     前記プローブ及び前記電磁コイルは、前記伝熱管の内部に挿入され、
     前記電磁コイルに給電される電流は、パルス電流であり、
     前記電磁コイルは、前記パルス電流が複数回給電されると共に、前記パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡管治具。
  3.  前記プローブに設けられ、前記伝熱管の管径を計測する管径計測部をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の拡管治具。
  4.  前記電磁コイルは、軸方向の中央で分割され、
     前記管径計測部は、分割された前記電磁コイルの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の拡管治具。
  5.  前記管体は、補修用短尺管であり、
     前記補修用短尺管は、前記蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管の内部に挿入され、
     前記プローブ及び前記電磁コイルは、前記補修用短尺管の内部に挿入され、
     前記電磁コイルは、前記補修用短尺管を拡管して、前記伝熱管の内面に前記補修用短尺管の外面を密着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡管治具。
  6.  前記管体は、一方の開口を閉塞した閉塞プラグであり、
     前記閉塞プラグは、前記蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管の内部に挿入され、
     前記プローブ及び前記電磁コイルは、前記閉塞プラグの内部に挿入され、
     前記電磁コイルは、前記閉塞プラグを拡管して、前記伝熱管の内面に前記閉塞プラグの外面を密着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡管治具。
  7.  蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて拡管する伝熱管の拡管方法において、
     前記伝熱管は、径方向の両側に前記伝熱管の振動を抑制するための一対の振動抑制部材が設けられ、
     前記拡管治具は、前記伝熱管の内部に挿入されるプローブと、前記プローブに設けられ、給電されるパルス電流によって生じる電磁力により前記伝熱管を拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、
     前記伝熱管の内部に前記拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、
     前記電磁コイルに、前記パルス電流の電流値が段階的に大きくなるように、前記パルス電流が複数回給電されることで、前記伝熱管が前記一対の振動抑制部材にそれぞれ当接するまで拡管させる拡管工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする伝熱管の拡管方法。
  8.  前記拡管治具は、前記伝熱管の管径を計測する管径計測部をさらに備え、
     前記拡管工程では、前記伝熱管の管径を計測しながら、前記伝熱管を拡管することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の伝熱管の拡管方法。
  9.  蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて補修する伝熱管の補修方法において、
     前記伝熱管は、内部に補修用短尺管が挿入され、
     前記拡管治具は、前記補修用短尺管の内部に挿入されるプローブと、前記プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により前記補修用短尺管を拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、
     前記補修用短尺管の内部に前記拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、
     前記電磁コイルに電流を給電することで、前記補修用短尺管を拡管し、前記補修用短尺管の外面を前記伝熱管の内面に密着させる拡管工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする伝熱管の補修方法。
  10.  蒸気発生器に設けられた伝熱管を、拡管治具を用いて閉塞する伝熱管の閉塞方法において、
     前記伝熱管は、内部に閉塞プラグが挿入され、
     前記拡管治具は、前記閉塞プラグの内部に挿入されるプローブと、前記プローブに設けられ、給電される電流によって生じる電磁力により前記閉塞プラグ拡管する電磁コイルと、を備えており、
     前記閉塞プラグの内部に前記拡管治具を挿入する挿入工程と、
     前記電磁コイルに電流を給電することで、前記閉塞プラグを拡管し、前記閉塞プラグの外面を前記伝熱管の内面に密着させる拡管工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする伝熱管の閉塞方法。
  11.  分割された一方の第1分割電磁コイルは、プローブの先端側に配置され、他方の第2分割電磁コイルは、前記第1分割電磁コイルの後端側に配置され、前記第1分割電磁コイルと前記第2分割電磁コイルとは、電源装置からの電流が通電可能に接続されていることを特徴とする電磁コイル。
