また、この発明に係るエレベータのかご室天井装置は、救出口が設けられている天蓋本体と、天蓋本体に設けられており、救出口を開閉する救出口蓋とを有している天蓋、及び救出口蓋の開放を機械的に阻止するロック位置とロックを解除する解除位置との間で変位可能なロック部材と、専用のキーによりかご室内からロック部材を操作するためのキー操作部と、ロック部材の位置に応じてかごの昇降を規制する安全スイッチとを有しており、天蓋に設けられているロック装置を備え、安全スイッチは、救出口蓋の縁部に設けられており、ロック部材は、救出口蓋の縁部に沿ってスライド可能に救出口蓋に設けられており、ロック部材には、ロック位置にあるときに安全スイッチに係合するスイッチ係合部と、ロック位置にあるときに天蓋本体に係合して救出口蓋の開放を阻止するストッパ部とが設けられており、天蓋本体には、ロック部材が解除位置にあるときにストッパ部の通過を許容する切欠部が設けられており、スイッチ係合部の安全スイッチへの係合が解除されることにより、安全スイッチの接点が開放される。
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1によるエレベータを示す構成図である。図において、昇降路1の上部には、機械室2が設けられている。機械室2には、巻上機(駆動装置)3、そらせ車4、及びエレベータ制御装置(制御盤)5が設置されている。巻上機3は、駆動シーブ6と、駆動シーブ6を回転させる巻上機モータ(図示せず)と、駆動シーブ6の回転を制動する巻上機ブレーキ(図示せず)とを有している。
次に、図7はこの発明の実施の形態2によるエレベータのかご室天井装置の要部を示す平面図、図8は図7のロック装置によるロックを解除した状態を示す平面図、図9は図8のIX-IX線に沿う断面図、図10は図8のX-X線に沿う断面図である。
また、この発明が適用されるエレベータ装置のタイプは、図1のタイプに限定されるものではない。例えば、機械室レスエレベータ、マルチカー方式のエレベータ装置、又はダブルデッキエレベータ等にも、この発明は適用できる。
さらに、巻上機3、エレベータ制御装置5、懸架体7及び釣合おもり9等のエレベータ機器の位置や個数も上記の例に限定されない。例えば、2:1ローピング方式のエレベータ装置にも、この発明は適用できる。
