一种轴承润滑装置及工程机械。该轴承润滑装置包括轴承座(1)。在该轴承座(1)上设有用于安装轴承(2)的安装位(22),在轴承座(1)的侧壁上还设有储油斗(11)、集油槽(12)和导油孔(13)。储油斗(11)设置在安装位(22)的周围,集油槽(12)为设置在储油斗(11)与安装位(22)之间的环形槽状结构,且储油斗(11)与集油槽(12)连通,导油孔(13)为连通集油槽(12)与轴承内端面(21)的孔。该轴承润滑装置不仅可以使轴承得到充分的润滑和散热,还可冲走轴承内圈剥落的铁屑,起到清洁作用。

轴承润滑装置及工程机械 本申请要求于 2012 年 8 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201220402275.4 、 发明名称为"轴承润滑装置及工程机械"的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及工程机械领域, 特别涉及一种轴承润滑装置及设置有 该轴承润滑装置的工程机械。 背景技术
在各种工程机械中, 对于压路机来说, 振动轴承的润滑尤其重要。 振 动轴承是用来支撑振动压力机的激振装置的, 激振装置的激振力大、 转速 高, 因此如果轴承润滑不良很容易导致轴承温度过高, 进而引起烧死、 磨 损、 早期失效等故障。 现在压路机的润滑方式一般采飞溅润滑或依靠滚轮 存储润滑油, 然后使润滑油流入到滚轮侧壁上, 再由侧壁流入到轴承座, 从而对轴承起到润滑和散热作用。 但是由于设计缺陷, 当滚轮转动很小的 角度(小于 90度) 时, 润滑油就会从轴承座的侧壁流下来, 无法保证润滑 油能够流入油孔, 因而导致轴承内端面的一侧润滑不足, 容易引起轴承发 热, 造成轴 7?磨损。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型旨在提出一种轴承润滑装置及具有该润滑装置 的工程机械, 以使润滑油能够快速充分的对轴承进行润滑。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种轴承润滑装置, 包括轴承座, 在该轴承座上设有用于安装轴承的 安装位, 在所述轴承座的侧壁上还设有储油斗、 集油槽和导油孔, 所述储 油斗设置在所述安装位的周围, 所述集油槽为设置在所述储油斗与所述安 装位之间的环形槽状结构, 且所述储油斗与所述集油槽连通, 所述导油孔 为连通所述集油槽与所述轴 7|内端面的孔。
进一步的, 所述储油斗为多个相互独立的条形槽状结构, 在所述储油 斗上覆盖有环形板状的封油板, 在所述封油板上设有与所述储油斗对应的 进油孔。
进一步的, 所述储油斗为焊接在所述轴承座的侧壁上的盒状结构, 在 所述盒状结构靠近所述集油槽的一面设有出油孔。
进一步的, 所述储油斗至少有三个且呈环形均勾分布在所述安装位周 围。
进一步的, 所述封油板通过螺釘连接在所述轴承座上。
进一步的, 所述进油孔的直径小于所述储油斗最窄处的宽度。
进一步的, 所述导油孔与所述储油斗——对应。
一种工程机械, 设置有如上所述的轴承润滑装置。
进一步的, 所述工程机械为压路机。
相对于现有技术, 本实用新型具有以下优势: 本实用型新所述的轴承 润滑装置设有用于封盖储油斗的封油板, 可以将从进油口流入储油斗的润 滑油封存在储油斗内, 进而使滚轮在转动时, 储油斗内的润滑油能够通过 导油孔流到轴承内端面, 这样不仅可以使轴承得到充分的润滑和散热, 还 可沖走轴承内圏剥落的铁屑, 起到清洁作用。 附图说明

图 1至图 4即为本实用型新实施例的相关附图, 如图中所示, 本实施 例为一种轴承润滑装置, 主要包括轴承座 1和封油板 3, 在该轴承座 1上设 有用于安装轴承 2的安装位 22, 在轴承座 1的侧壁上还设有储油斗 11、 集 油槽 12和导油孔 13 ,储油斗 11为设置在安装位 22周围的相互独立的条形 槽状结构, 用于存储流进来的润滑油, 为加强对轴承的润滑效果, 在本实 施例中, 一共在安装位 22周围设置了六个储油斗 11 , 这六个储油斗 11呈 环形均匀的分布在轴承位四周。 集油槽 12为设置在储油斗 11与安装位 22 之间的环形槽状结构, 且储油斗 11与集油槽 12连通, 导油孔 13为连通集 油槽 12与轴 内端面 21的孔, 导油孔 13与储油斗 11——对应且导油孔 13的数量与储油斗 11的数量一致。封油板 3为通过螺釘 4覆盖连接在储油 斗 11上的环形板状结构,在封油板 3上设有与储油斗 11对应的进油孔 31 , 进油孔 31的直径小于所述储油斗 11最窄处的宽度, 以免从进油口流入储 油斗 11内的润滑油流出来。
作为上述方案的其他实施方式, 储油斗还可以为焊接在轴承座 1 侧壁 上的盒状结构, 该盒装结构靠近集油槽 12的一面设有出油孔, 该盒装结构 内的润滑油可以通过该出油孔经轴 7|座 1的侧壁流入导油孔 13。
除了上述的轴承润滑装置, 本实用新型还提供一种设置有上轴承润滑 装置的工程机械, 特别是一种设有上述轴承润滑装置的压路机, 该压路机 的其它各部分的结构参考现有技术, 本文不再赘述。
当上述的轴承润滑装置应用于压路机的振动轴承时, 其润滑原理是这 样的: 滚轮转动时, 轴承座随之转动, 此时润滑油会从封油板的进油口流 入轴承座上最下端的储油斗, 该储油斗会随着滚轮的转动而逐渐由下端转 动到上端, 而由于有封油板的存在, 所以储油斗内的润滑油只能通过集油 槽流入导油孔内进而流入振动轴承的内端面, 对轴承进行润滑、 散热, 并 沖走轴承内圏剥落的铁屑。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本实用新 型, 凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改 进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的轴承润滑装置设有用于封盖储油斗的封油板, 可以 将从进油口流入储油斗的润滑油封存在储油斗内, 进而使滚轮在转动时, 储油斗内的润滑油能够通过导油孔流到轴承内端面, 这样不仅可以使轴承 得到充分的润滑和散热, 还可沖走轴承内圏剥落的铁屑, 起到清洁作用。 因此, 本实用新型具有工业实用性。

权利要求书
1、 一种轴承润滑装置, 包括轴承座(1), 在该轴承座(1)上设有用 于安装轴承(2) 的安装位(22), 其特征在于, 在所述轴承座 (1) 的侧壁 上还设有储油斗 ( 11 )、 集油槽 ( 12 )和导油孔( 13 ), 所述储油斗 ( 11 ) 设置在所述安装位(22) 的周围, 所述集油槽(12) 为设置在所述储油斗 ( 11 ) 与所述安装位(22)之间的环形槽状结构, 且所述储油斗 ( 11 ) 与 所述集油槽(12) 连通, 所述导油孔(13) 为连通所述集油槽(12) 与所 述轴7 内端面 (21) 的孔。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述储油斗( 11 ) 为多个相互独立的条形槽状结构, 在所述储油斗 (11)上覆盖有环形板状 的封油板( 3 ), 在所述封油板( 3 )上设有与所述储油斗( 11 )对应的进油 孔(31)。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述储油斗( 11 ) 为焊接在所述轴承座 (1) 的侧壁上的盒状结构, 在所述盒状结构靠近所述 集油槽( 12 ) 的一面设有出油孔。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的轴承润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述 储油斗 (11) 至少有三个且呈环形均勾分布在所述安装位(22)周围。
5、根据权利要求 2所述的轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述封油板( 3 ) 通过螺釘( 4 )连接在所述轴承座( 1 )上。
6、根据权利要求 2所述的轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述进油孔( 31 ) 的直径小于所述储油斗 (11)最窄处的宽度。
7、根据权利要求 5所述的轴承润滑装置,其特征在于,所述导油孔( 13 ) 与所述储油斗 ( 11 )——对应。
8、 一种工程机械, 其特征在于, 所述工程机械设置有如权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的轴承润滑装置。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的工程机械, 其特征在于, 所述工程机械为压 路机。
