Definitions
- the present invention relates to a natural-derived antimicrobial composition, and more particularly to the composition for preventing or treating natural-derived dandruff, characterized in that it has the effect of inhibiting the phyllobacidium fungi newly identified as the causative agent of dandruff.
- Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs in the scalp and face where sebaceous glands are concentrated, especially around the eyebrows, nose, lips, ears, armpits, chest, and inguinal area. 'Is called.
- Dandruff refers to the dead or peeled cells of the scalp caused by the active metabolism of the human body, peeling off and falling into a hard keratin-like mass formed by the dryness of the scalp sebaceous glands. Histologically, dandruff shows that new cells are created in the basal layer of the scalp, and the cells are pushed up, pushed up to the top layer of the stratum corneum, and then peeled off. It usually takes about a month for the cells to form and peel off, which is called turn-over.
- this cycle is shortened, the amount of dandruff increases, and dandruff is caused by abnormal lipid secretion function in the sebaceous gland, lifestyle or stress, or environmental or hormonal abnormalities such as ambient temperature or humidity depending on individual differences, gender, and age.
- the secretion of sebum is increased and sebum accumulates, and turnover of epidermal cells by irritants such as free fatty acids caused by the cells of dermal fungi or dermal fungi decomposes triglycerides in lipids.
- the cycle is shorter and the keratinocyte division is more active than the normal one, so the stratum corneum is thickened and hyperkeratinized, the human eye is observed, the infiltration of inflammatory cells occurs, and the inflammatory findings are observed.
- Dandruff is a noticeable increase in the amount of dandruff, which in many cases is likely to recur, usually accompanied by itching.
- the scalp is excessively rubbed due to the dandruff or itching, etc., resulting in scarring of the scalp, and in some cases, the scalp is inflamed or causes hair loss. Therefore, dandruff is a type of seborrhoeic dermatitis in the scalp, which is known to be caused by the accumulation and accumulation of sebaceous glands, sweat glands, and keratinized substances in the epidermis and infection of microorganisms.
