更优选地, 所述控制器 7还包括更新单元, 该更新单元用于将当前工 况信息以及调节后的所述发送控制信号时的运动行程 Ll、 L2、 L3、 L4和 L5更新到所述专家库中。 从而节约后续的调节过程, 提高泵送机构的泵送 效率和运行性能。

优选地, 在所述控制步骤中, 当所述泵送缸 1 的活塞杆的运动行程达 到第一预定行程 L1时, 使所述第一换向阔 3换向。 在所述控制步骤中, 当 所述泵送缸 1的活塞杆的运动行程达到第二预定行程 L2时,使所述第二换 向阔 4换向, 所述第二预定行程 L2比所述第一预定行程 L1更接近所述泵

下面参照图 3对本发明优选实施方式提供的泵送机构总的工作过程进 行简要的说明。 首先, 第一换向阔 3处于其中一个工作位 (例如左位), 第 二换向阔 4处于其中一个工作位(例如左位), 从而泵送缸 1的活塞杆和摆 动缸 2的活塞杆一起运动。 当泵送缸 1的活塞杆运动到第四预定行程时, 使得主泵 5降低排量, 从而泵送缸 1进入缓冲行程, 泵送缸 1的活塞杆主

16、 一种混凝土泵送设备, 其特征在于, 该混凝土泵送设备包括根据 权利要求 1至 15中任意一项所述的泵送机构。 17、 一种泵送机构的控制方法, 所述泵送机构包括泵送缸 (1 )、 摆动 缸 (2)、 第一换向阔 (3 )、 第二换向阔 (4)、 主泵 (5) 和摆动泵 (6), 所 述主泵 (5) 驱动所述泵送缸 (1 ) 并通过所述第一换向阔 (3) 控制所述泵 送缸 (1 ) 的运动方向, 所述摆动泵 (6) 驱动所述摆动缸 (2) 并通过所述 第二换向阔 (4) 控制所述摆动缸 (2) 的运动方向, 其特征在于, 所述控 制方法包括控制步骤: 根据所述泵送缸(1 ) 的活塞杆和 /或所述摆动缸(2) 的活塞杆的运动行程, 控制所述第一换向阔 (3 ) 和第二换向阔 (4) 换向 并且 /或者控制所述主泵 (5) 改变排量。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中, 当所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞杆的运动行程达到第一预定行程
(L1 ) 时, 使所述第一换向阔 (3) 换向。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中, 当所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞杆的运动行程达到第二预定行程 (L2) 时, 使所述第二换向阔 (4) 换向, 所述第二预定行程(L2) 比所述 第一预定行程(L1 )更接近所述泵送缸(1 ) 的活塞杆的运动方向的行程末
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中, 当所述摆动缸 (2) 的活塞杆到达第三预定行程 (L3) 时, 使得所述第一换向阔 (3 ) 换向。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中, 当所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞杆的运动行程到达第四预定行程
(L4) 时, 使得所述主泵 (5) 降低排量, 所述第四预定行程 (L4) 比所述 第一预定行程(L1 )更远离所述泵送缸(1 ) 的活塞杆的运动方向的行程末
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中, 当所述摆动缸 (2) 的活塞杆的运动行程达到第五预定行程 (L5 ) 时, 使得所述主泵 (5)提高排量, 所述第五预定行程 (L5) 比所述 第三预定行程(L3)更接近所述摆动缸(2) 的活塞杆的运动方向的行程末
23、 根据权利要求 17至 22中任意一项所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括以下步骤: 根据工况在专家库中获取向所述第 一换向阔 (3 )、 第二换向阔 (4) 或主泵 (5 ) 发送控制信号时所述泵送缸 ( 1 ) 的活塞杆和 /或所述摆动缸 (2) 的活塞杆所在的运动行程, 所述专家 库用于存储多种工况下所述控制器 (7) 向所述第一换向阔 (3)、 第二换向 阔 (4)或主泵(5)发送控制信号时所述泵送缸(1 ) 的活塞杆和 /或所述摆 动缸 (2) 的活塞杆所在的运动行程。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 该控 制方法还包括:
工况采集步骤: 采集当前工况信息; 以及
工况匹配步骤: 根据所述工况采集步骤采集到的工况信息, 从所述专 家库中找出与所述工况信息最接近的发送控制信号时的运动行程。
25、 根据权利要求 23所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 该控 制方法还包括运行性能检测步骤: 检测所述泵送机构的运行性能;
在所述控制步骤中, 根据该运行性能调节所述发送控制信号时的运动 行程, 以优化所述运行性能。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述 运行性能包括: 所述泵送机构的液压系统是否存在压力冲击、 所述泵送缸
( 1 ) 的活塞是否撞缸或不到位、 所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞换向与所述摆动 缸 (2) 的换向是否匹配。
27、 根据权利要求 26所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述控制步骤中: 当所述泵送机构的液压系统存在压力冲击时, 调节所述第 二预定行程 (L2); 并且 /或者当所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞撞缸或不到位时, 调节所述第一预定行程 (L1 ); 并且 /或者当所述泵送缸 (1 ) 的活塞换向与 所述摆动缸 (2) 的换向不匹配时, 调节所述第五预定行程 (L5 )。
28、 根据权利要求 25所述的泵送机构的控制方法, 其特征在于, 该控 制方法还包括更新步骤: 将当前工况信息以及调节后的所述发送控制信号 时的运动行程更新到所述专家库中。
