Claims (8)
- 건설기계의 엔진룸 내부에 장착되는 머플러로부터 발생되는 열 확산을 방지하는 열 확산 방지구조에 있어서:상기 엔진룸 바닥에 상기 머플러 외측으로 장착되는 다수개의 프레임과,상기 머플러를 이의 외곽에서 빙둘러 감싸도록 상기 프레임에 의해 지지되어 상기 엔진룸 내에 차폐구역을 형성하는 차폐막과,상기 차폐막의 일측에 형성되는 착탈수단을 포함하는 건설기계용 머플러의 열확산 방지구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머플러로부터 발생되어 차폐구역 내에 모아지는 열이 엔진후드쪽으로 배출될 수 있도록, 상기 차폐막에 의해 이뤄지는 차폐구역의 상부는 개방되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은 상기 엔진룸 바닥에 장착되는 앵글부재로 이뤄지고, 상기 프레임에 의해 지지되는 차폐막의 장력을 증대시키도록 상기 앵글부재의 앵글면에 장공이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐막은 메시구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 청구항 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차폐막은 유리섬유재나, 직물재 또는 실리콘재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐막은 이중으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차폐막의 일측에 배기관이 통과할 수 있는 관통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지구조.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착탈수단은 똑딱이 단추로 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 머플러 열확산 방지 구조.
