通常人们所使用的智能门锁、锁头作为独立的开门机构,锁头与电动离合器是分离的互不关联的,运用各自的传动机构从而实现独自的开门工作。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种锁头结合离合器一起传动的联动装置,利用锁头 1 、锁头转接片 2 、锁头离合块 3 、弹簧 4 、离合器组件 5 之间的装配和结构关系,来实现锁头转动带动离合器转动,达到开门与锁门的目的;此装置结构简单,节约空间,使用方便。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种锁头与离合器联动装置,包括锁头 1 、连接在锁头 1 上的锁头转接片 2 ,依次装配的锁头离合块 3 、弹簧 4 、离合器组件 5 ;锁头 1 有连接片 11 ,锁头转接片 2 上有一字槽 21 ,锁头转接片 2 的一字槽 21 嵌合在锁头 1 的连接片 11 上,锁头 1 的旋转带动锁头转接片 2 旋转,锁头转接片 2 上有半圆弧形的凹槽 22 ,锁头离合块 3 上有半圆弧形的第一端面 31 ,第一端面 31 装在凹槽 22 内;锁头离合块 3 的第二端面 32 可装配至离合器组件 5 的方形槽 51 内,弹簧 4 装在锁头离合块 3 的圆柱孔内。
锁头离合块 3 的第二端面 32 呈方形。
锁头 1 、锁头转接片 2 、锁头离合块 3 、弹簧 4 、离合器组件 5 是同心装配,可绕同一轴心旋转。

如图 1 、图 2 所示,锁头 1 上的连接片 11 嵌合到锁头转接片 2 的一字槽 21 里,锁头转接片 2 的凹槽 22 与锁头离合块 3 的第一端面 31 相吻合,弹簧 4 装配到锁头离合块 3 的圆柱孔里,锁头离合块 3 第二端面 32 嵌入至离合器组件 5 的方形槽 51 里。图 1 重点体现了锁头 1 的连接片 11 嵌合到锁头转接片 2 的一字槽 21 里以及锁头离合块 3 的第二端面 32 可嵌合至离合器组件 5 的方形槽 51 里。图 2 重点体现了锁头离合块 3 上第一端面 31 与锁头转接片 2 的半圆弧形凹槽 22 的装配关系。
如图 3 所示,锁头 1 在锁门状态下,嵌合在锁头连接片 11 上的锁头转接片 2 的凹槽 22 谷底 221 与锁头离合块 3 的第一端面 31 相接触,使第一端面 31 完全嵌入凹槽 22 ,形成了锁头离合块 3 的第二端面 32 与离合器组件 5 的方形槽 51 相分离,从而实现了锁门工作。
如图 4 所示,当用钥匙转动锁头 1 时,锁头转接片 2 随锁头 1 轴向转动,同时由于锁头离合块 3 为方形结构,受自身形状所限,锁头离合块 3 无法作轴向转动,随着锁头转接片 2 的转动,锁头转接片 2 的凹槽 22 的顶部 222 会与锁头离合块 3 的第一端面 31 相抵,从而推动锁头离合块 3 的轴向移动,此时其第二端面 32 与离合器组件 5 的方形槽 51 相嵌合,从而实现了开门工作。
综上所述,本实用新型是利用锁头 1 、锁头转接片 2 、锁头离合块 3 、弹簧 4 、离合器组件 5 的结构装配关系来达到用锁头控制离合器进行开门,锁门的动作。
