所述转圈5上设有第一凸块51,蜗簧3上设有第一触角31、第二触角32,锁面2上设有第二凸块23,第二凸块23上设有第一挡边231、第二挡边232;第一触角31与第一挡边231相抵,第二触角32与第二挡边232相抵,第一触角31和第二触角32同时也卡装在第一凸块51的两边。

所述把手1上设有凹槽、卡簧槽11,转圈5上设有凸台,转圈5上的凸台嵌入把手1上的凹槽中,形成把手1和转圈5的嵌合结构,转圈5可以和把手1互相驱动;卡簧6卡入卡簧槽11内,从而可以很好的把把手1和转圈5固定起来。
如图4所示,转圈5上设有第一凸块51,蜗簧3上设有第一触角31、第二触角32,锁面2上设有第二凸块23,第二凸块23上设有第一挡边231、第二挡边232,第一触角31与第一挡边231相抵,第二触角32与第四挡边232相抵,第一触角31和第二触角32同时也卡装在第一凸块51的两边。
所述离合复位齿轮组8包括第一复位块81、第二复位块82、复位簧83,复位簧83套装在第二复位块82的内部,第二复位块82又套装在第一复位块81的内部,第一复位块81、第二复位块82、复位簧83绕同一中心轴旋转;锁面2上的小孔22内设有第三凸块221,第二复位块82内设有第二凹槽821,第三凸块221装配在第二凹槽821内,实现第三凸块221对第二复位块82的定位作用;所述离合复位装置是通过离合器组件7上的第一齿轮71和第一复位块81上的第二齿轮811的连接,实现离合器组件7和离合复位齿轮组8之间的传动。
执行销伸出离合器组件外部
如图5所示,为执行销72伸出离合器组件7外部时,右开门状态结构示意剖面图。当执行销72伸出离合器组件7外部时,转圈5可以带动离合器组件7一起旋转;在外力作用下下压把手1,由于把手1和转圈5被紧固在一起,所以转圈5可随把手1一起逆时针旋转;当转圈5随把手1一起逆时针旋转时,蜗簧3上的第一触角31由于受第一挡边231的限制静止不动,第二触角32随转圈5一起逆时针旋转,从而使蜗簧3产生逆时针的周向力;此时,转圈5可以带动离合器组件7一起逆时针旋转;与此同时,离合器组件7逆时针转动带动离合复位齿轮组8顺时针转动;离合复位齿轮组8顺时针转动时,对复位簧83的第三触角831施加顺时针的周向力,迫使第三触角831随第一复位块81一起顺时针转动, 而此时锁面2上的小孔22内的第三凸块221装配在第二复位块82上的第二凹槽821内,从而起到对第二复位块82的定位作用,所以第二复位块82不随复位簧83一起顺时针转动,且第二复位块82上的第三挡边822与复位簧83上的第四触角832相抵,从而使复位簧83周向压缩,产生逆时针的周向回复力。
当作用于把手1 上的外力消失时,蜗簧3产生顺时针的周向回复力,迫使第二触角32顺时针自动复位,第二触角32反向驱动第一凸块51,使转圈5一起顺时针旋转复位;与此同时,复位簧83产生逆时针的周向回复力反作用与第一复位块81,使第一复位块81逆时针旋转复位,再通过第二齿轮811和第一齿轮71的齿轮传动使离合器组件7顺时针复位到原始位置,如图4所示。
执行销缩进离合器组件内部
如6,图7所示,当执行销72缩进离合器组件7内部时,转圈5不能带动离合器组件7一起转动,即不能开门,保持锁门状态。在外力作用下下压把手1,由于把手1和转圈5被紧固在一起,所以转圈5可以随把手1一起逆时针旋转;当转圈5随把手1一起逆时针旋转时,蜗簧3上的第一触角31由于受到第一挡边231的限制静止不动,第二触角32随转圈5一起逆时针旋转,从而使蜗簧3产生逆时针的周向力。
当作用于把手1上的外力消失时,蜗簧3产生顺时针的周向回复力,迫使第二触角32顺时针自动复位,第二触角32反向驱动第一凸块51,使转圈5一起顺时针旋转复位。
