本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的锁芯内部锁舌联动装置,利用装配在锁体壳上的零件斜舌组件、斜舌拨片、方舌、方舌拨块、钥匙拨块之间的一系列联动来达到打出和缩进大方舌和斜舌的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种锁舌联动装置,一种锁舌联动装置,其特征在于:包括斜舌组件( 1 )、可以拨动斜舌组件( 1 )的斜舌拨片( 2 )、方舌( 3 )以及可拨动方舌( 3 )的方舌拨块( 4 )、可以拨动方舌拨块( 4 )和斜舌拨片( 2 )的钥匙拨块( 5 )、锁体壳( 6 );斜舌组件( 1 )、方舌( 3 )、方舌拨块( 4 )、钥匙拨块( 5 )装配在锁体壳( 6 )上,斜舌拨片( 2 )装配在方舌拨块( 3 )上。
斜舌拨片( 2 )的一端与斜舌组件( 1 )相连,另一端与钥匙拨块( 5 )相连;斜舌拨片( 2 )上有圆柱形凸点( 21 ),方舌拨块( 4 )上有凹槽( 41 ),凸点( 21 )装配于凹槽( 41 )内,并可以在凹槽( 41 )内移动。

本装置包括斜舌组件( 1 )、可以拨动斜舌组件( 1 )的斜舌拨片( 2 )、方舌( 3 )以及可拨动方舌( 3 )的方舌拨块( 4 )、可以拨动方舌拨块( 4 )和斜舌拨片( 2 )的钥匙拨块( 5 )、锁体壳( 6 );斜舌组件( 1 )、方舌( 3 )、方舌拨块( 4 )、钥匙拨块( 5 )装配在锁体壳( 6 )上,斜舌拨片( 2 )装配在方舌拨块( 3 )上。
如图 1 所示,当钥匙拨块( 5 )受到外力作用绕自身的中心做顺时针旋转运动时,钥匙拨块( 5 )上的凸出部分转到某一角度可以顺时针拨动方舌拨块( 4 ),方舌拨块( 4 )绕自身的圆柱形第一凸台( 42 )旋转,方舌拨块( 4 )在旋转时由于其上的第二凸台( 43 )装配于方舌( 3 )的孔( 31 )内(见图 4 所示),所以可带动方舌( 3 )运动,使方舌( 3 )缩进锁体壳( 6 )内部,进入如图 2 所示的状态。
如图 2 所示,当方舌( 3 )缩进锁体壳( 6 )的内部时,钥匙拨块( 5 )继续顺时针转动,钥匙拨块( 5 )上的突出部分拨动斜舌拨片( 2 )的端点,使斜舌拨片( 2 )绕自身的圆柱形凸点( 21 )顺时针旋转,同时斜舌拨片( 2 )的另一端点拨动斜舌组件( 1 ),斜舌组件( 1 )由于自身的弹簧系统限位,在未受到外力作用的前提下,永远保持打出锁体壳( 6 )的状态,当斜舌组件( 1 )受到外力作用时弹簧受压缩产生形变,使斜舌组件( 1 )缩进锁体壳( 6 )内部,如图 3 所示。
如图 3 所示,当钥匙拨块( 5 )转到一定位置,斜舌组件( 1 )与方舌( 1 )缩进锁体壳内部时,钥匙拨块( 5 )的旋转运动被限位,无法继续旋转,此时斜舌组件( 1 )自身的弹簧系统处于被压缩的状态,弹簧产生复位力,迫使斜舌组件( 1 )复位弹出锁体壳( 6 ),斜舌组件( 1 )反作用于斜舌拨片( 2 ),使斜舌拨片( 2 )绕自身自身的圆柱形凸点( 21 )逆时针旋转复位,回到图 2 所示的状态。
如图 2 所示,方舌( 3 )处于缩进锁体壳( 6 )的状态,当钥匙拨块( 5 )受到外力作用绕自身的中心做逆时针旋转运动时,钥匙拨块( 5 )上的凸出部分转到某一角度可以逆时针拨动方舌拨块( 4 ),方舌拨块( 4 )绕自身的圆柱形第一凸台( 42 )旋转,方舌拨块( 4 )在旋转时由于其上的第二凸台( 43 )装配于方舌( 3 )的孔( 31 )内(如图 4 所示),所以可带动方舌( 3 )运动,使方舌( 3 )打出锁体壳( 6 ),进入如图 1 所示的状态。

    2 、如权利要求 1 所述的一种锁舌联动装置,其特征在于,斜舌拨片( 2 )的一端与斜舌组件( 1 )相连,另一端与钥匙拨块( 5 )相连;斜舌拨片( 2 )上有圆柱形凸点( 21 ),方舌拨块( 4 )上有凹槽( 41 ),凸点( 21 )装配于凹槽( 41 )内,并可以在凹槽( 41 )内移动。
