一种把手复位装置,包括把手1、锁面2、涡簧3、转圈4;把手1,涡簧3,转圈4依次装配在锁面2上;所述锁面2上设有第一挡边21、第二挡边22、凹槽23;涡簧3卡进凹槽23内;第一挡边21和第二挡边22分别限制上抬或下压把手1的旋转角度,把手1在涡簧3的弹力作用下旋转复位。
所述把手1上设有凹槽,转圈4上设有凸块,转圈4上的凸块嵌入把手1上的凹槽中,形成把手1和转圈4的嵌合结构。
所述涡簧3两端分别设有第一触角31、第二触角32。
所述转圈4上设有第三挡边41、第四挡边42。

如图1所示,为本实用新型的门锁的爆炸图。包括把手1、锁面2、蜗簧3、转圈4;所述锁面2上设有第一挡边21、第二挡边22、凹槽23;蜗簧3两端分别设有第一触角31、第二触角32;转圈4上设有第三挡边41、第四挡边42;蜗簧3卡进凹槽23内,第一挡边21和第二挡边22分别限制上抬或下压把手1的旋转角度,把手1在蜗簧3的弹力作用下复位。
如图2所示,为本实用新型的门锁的剖面图。把手1上设有凹槽,转圈4上设有凸块,转圈4上的凸块嵌入把手1上的凹槽中,形成把手1和转圈4的嵌合结构;由于转圈4上的凸块和把手1上的凹槽之间的相互咬合的嵌合结构,所以转圈4可以随把手1一起转动。
如图4所示,为本实用新型的门锁上抬把手(未安装转圈)的结构示意图。
蜗簧3卡进凹槽23内,第一触角31靠近第一挡边21,第二触角32靠近第二挡边22;在外力作用下上抬把手1,第一触角31由于第一挡边21的限制静止不动,第二触角32和转圈4随把手1一起逆时针旋转到一定角度时,第三挡边41由于第一挡边21的限制停止转动,把手1和第二触角32也停止转动;此时取消外力的作用,转圈4和把手1在蜗簧3的弹力作用下自动顺时针复位到初始位置,如图3和图5所示;同理,下压把手1也可以自动逆时针复位到初始位置,因此也就实现了把手1的复位装置。

  1. 1 、一种把手复位装置,包括把手(1)、锁面(2)、蜗簧(3)、转圈(4);所述锁面(2)上设有第一挡边(21)、第二挡边(22)、凹槽(23),蜗簧(3)卡进凹槽(23)内,第一挡边(21)和第二挡边(22)分别限制上抬或下压把手(1)的旋转角度,把手(1)在蜗簧(3)的弹力作用下旋转复位。
    2 、根据权利要求1所述的一种把手复位装置,其特征在于:所述把手(1)上设有凹槽,转圈(4)上设有凸块,转圈(4)上的凸块嵌入把手(1)上的凹槽中,形成把手(1)和转圈(4)的嵌合结构。
