本实用新型涉及一种门锁把手双向定位机构, 其特别有关于在一锁面内部的结构上装配两个复位片,用弹簧将两个复位片连接,两个复位片与弹簧一起形成一个封闭结构,对装配在门锁和把手上的定位块起到限位作用,定位块与把手相连可以与把手互相驱动,从而利用弹簧的回复弹力促进把手复位功能,对把手起到定位作用。
背景技术
目前市场上的门锁种类多种多样,把手的定位结构种类也越来越多,大部分的定位结构都是选用弹簧的结构特征,例如涡簧和拉簧;其中涡簧一般为环形,利用涡簧的向心扭力的特性来实现把手定位;拉簧一般为长条形,利用拉簧的回复力,实现定位功能;为了实现把手的双向复位平衡以及定位功能,在门锁把手定位结构中拉簧的应用数量一般需要两根,把手受到不同方向外力的时候会使两根拉簧分别受拉,从而达到门锁把手双向定位的功能,如何精简零件数量,简化产品结构,成为一项新的技术研究方向。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的门锁把手双向定位机构,跟之前的双向把手定位机构相比,具有精简了零件,节约成本,减小体积,装配方便,生产成本低等特点。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种 门锁把手双向定位机构 ,把手组件1、锁面2、复位组件3,其特征在于,包括:锁面2上有定位柱21、圆孔22,把手组件1上有正方形结构,把手组件1装配在锁面2的圆孔22内并可绕圆孔22旋转;复位组件3的一端装配在锁面2的定位柱21上,另一端卡装在把手组件1的正方形结构上,复位组件3受把手组件1驱动。
所述复位组件3由第一复位片31、第二复位片32、拉簧33组成,第一复位片31上有第一圆孔311,第一端点312,第二复位片32上有第二圆孔321,第二端点322,第一圆孔311和第二圆孔321依次套装在定位柱21上;拉簧33的一端装配在第一端点312上,拉簧33的另一端装配在第二端点322上; 第一复位片31和第二复位片32分别位于把手组件1的正方形结构的对边,对把手组件1形成限位结构。
所述把手组件1由把手11和定位块12组成,把手11上至少有一个卡掣块,定位块12上至少有一个凹槽,把手11上的卡掣块与定位块12上的凹槽相嵌合固定。
所述把手组件(1)上的正方形结构也可以是菱形的。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
如图1,图2所示,在锁面2内部的定位柱21上上下依次装配两个复位片:第一复位片31和第二复位片32,用拉簧33将两个复位片的另一头连接,两个复位片与拉簧33一起形成一个封闭结构,两个复位片夹紧了定位块12的正方形的两个对边从而对定位块12起到限位作用,定位块12与把手11相连且可以与把手11互相驱动,从而利用拉簧33的回复弹力促进把手11定位功能,对把手11起到定位作用。
如图2,图3所示,当把手组件1受到外力作用进行逆时针旋转动作时,把手组件1上的正方形结构对装配在两边的第一复位片31和第二复位片32产生向外侧的推动力,此时装配在两个复位片上的拉簧33受到拉力,产生形变,使两个复位片更加夹紧了把手组件1,当把手11旋转45°时,方形结构的对角与两个复位片相接触,拉簧33的形变达到最大;如图4所示,把手11继续旋转,达到90°时停止,此时方形结构的另外两个对边被两个复位片夹紧而重新被定位。
显而易见,当把手组件1受到外力做顺时针旋转时,把手组件1上的正方形结构对装配在两边的第一复位片31和第二复位片32产生向外侧的推动力,此时装配在两个复位片上的拉簧33受到拉力产生形变,使两个复位片更加夹紧了把手组件1,当把手11旋转45°时,方形结构的对角与两个复位片相接触,拉簧33的形变达到最大;如图4所示,把手11继续旋转,达到90°时停止,此时方形结构的另外两个对边被两个复位片夹紧而重新被定位。
综上,本实用新型是一种门锁把手双向定位机构,无论把手逆时针旋转还是顺时针旋转当把手旋转到位时,本机构总能将把手相对于锁面定位。

    2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种 门锁把手双向定位机构 ,其特征在于复位组件(3)由第一复位片(31)、第二复位片(32)、拉簧(33)组成,第一复位片(31)上有第一圆孔(311),第一端点(312),第二复位片(32)上有第二圆孔(321),第二端点(322),第一圆孔(311)和第二圆孔(321)依次套装在定位柱(21)上;拉簧(33)的一端装配在第一端点(312)上,拉簧(33)的另一端装配在第二端点(322)上; 第一复位片(31)和第二复位片(32)分别位于把手组件(1)的正方形结构的对边,对把手组件(1)形成限位结构。
