本实用新型涉及一种保护装置，具体涉及一种快开盲板保护装置。
背景技术
目前的快开盲板一般采取在泄压阀的手柄上焊接一段锁定销的方式对快开盲板进行保护，这种方式的缺点在于锁定位置较难准确定位，一般需要最后装配完成后再配钻定位孔，并且由于手柄和锁定销之间有一个夹角，泄压阀的开关不够灵活，有时会有卡阻的现象发生。这种方式的另一个缺点在于锁定销被拔出盲板时，泄压阀不一定会处于全开状态，这会导致快开门无法快速泄压。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种快开盲板保护装置，使得快开盲板在需要开启快开门时不会因锁定销的卡阻而导致泄压阀动作不灵活或无法开启；同时，在装配时可以不需要配钻锁定销孔，减小装配的工作量，提高工作效率。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种快开盲板保护装置，包括泄压阀、连接于泄压阀上的手柄、连接于泄压阀上的泄压阀接头、凸轮和锁定销组件，凸轮通过压紧螺母与手柄连接，锁定销组件上设有弹簧，锁定销组件与凸轮通过锁定座连接。
作为优选，所述锁定座材料为聚四氟乙烯。
作为优选，锁定销组件外壁设有锁定销连接体。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：凸轮与手柄通过压紧螺母连接，凸轮与锁定销组件连接，这样可实现锁定销组件与手柄的联动；泄压阀全开时，凸轮随着手柄联动，手柄远离锁定销组件，锁定销组件在弹簧的作用下从快开盲板内拔出。凸轮和锁定销并不直接接触，而是通过锁定座连接，这样可以使凸轮转动时的摩擦力降至最低，保证了泄压阀可以轻易的启闭。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示，一种快开盲板保护装置，包括泄压阀1、连接于泄压阀1上的手柄2、连接于泄压阀1上的泄压阀接头3、凸轮4和锁定销组件6，凸轮4通过压紧螺母5与手柄2连接，锁定销组件6上设有弹簧8，锁定销组件6与凸轮4通过锁定座9连接。作为优选，所述锁定座9材料为聚四氟乙烯。作为优选，锁定销组件6外壁设有锁定销连接体7。
使用时，泄压阀接头3与快开门筒体11连接。当泄压阀1全开时，手柄2转动，带动凸轮4转动，凸轮4脱离与锁定销组件6的连接，锁定销组件6在弹簧8的作用下拔出快开盲板10。锁定销连接体7设置于锁定销组件6外壁，用于保护锁定销组件6和与快开盲板10连接。凸轮4与锁定销组件6通过锁定座9连接，可以使凸轮4转动时的摩擦力降至最低，保证了泄压阀1可以轻易的启闭。

1.一种快开盲板保护装置，其特征在于：包括泄压阀、连接于泄压阀上的手柄、连接于泄压阀上的泄压阀接头、凸轮和锁定销组件，凸轮通过压紧螺母与手柄连接，锁定销组件上设有弹簧，锁定销组件与凸轮通过锁定座连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快开盲板保护装置，其特征在于：所述锁定座材料为聚四氟乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的快开盲板保护装置，其特征在于：锁定销组件外壁设有锁定销连接体。
