Description

一种液晶显示装置用钣金件、 制造方法及液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示装置用钣金件、 制造方法及液晶显示装置。
【背景技术】
现有的液晶显示装置包括背光模组, 背光模组又具体包括前框、 中框、 背 板、 光源、 导光板、 液晶面板等部件, 其中前框、 背板都可以由薄型钣金沖压 而成, 这些钣金件为了与其它的部件连接, 会在钣金件上设置螺釘孔, 为了增 加与螺釘的配合长度,如图 1和图 2所示,一般会在钣金件上制作出内孔翻边 1 , 然后在翻边 1的内孔 2上做出内螺纹 3。 为了降低成本, 现在采用的钣金件厚度 越来越薄, 螺釘孔的壁厚也越来越薄, 导致螺釘孔的强度降低, 螺釘孔可承受 的扭力越来越小, 导致锁附可靠性降低, 以 M4的螺釘孔为例, 在同样的螺纹配 合长度、同样的螺纹牙深情况下,采用厚度为 0.8mmSECC材料(电解镀辞钢板) 的钣金件时, 能承受的扭力为 18kgf, 而采用厚度为 0.6mmSECC材料的钣金件 时, 能承受扭力只有 9kgf, 容易达不到扭力要求, 而且影响钣金件的进一步薄 板化。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶显示装置用钣金件、 制造方法 及液晶显示装置, 所述钣金件上的螺釘孔强度更高, 能承受更大的扭力。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件上设有内 孔翻边, 所述翻边设有内螺纹, 所述内孔横截面圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向 凸出的凸出部。
优选的, 所述凸出部的轮廓线为内弧线、 外弧线或直线。
优选的, 所述内孔横截面圓周上有多处凸出部, 所述多处凸出部均匀地布 置在内孔圓周上。 凸出部均匀布置, 可以使螺釘孔的壁厚呈规则状态, 可承受 的扭力更稳定。
优选的, 所述内孔横截面圓周上有二处凸出部, 所述两处凸出部相隔 180 度布置。
优选的, 所述内孔横截面圓周上有三处凸出部, 所述三处凸出部相隔 120 度布置。
优选的, 所述内孔横截面圓周上有二处凸出部, 每个凸出部的轮廓线为半 个橢圓形, 二处凸出部的轮廓线组成一个完整的橢圓。
优选的, 所述钣金件为背板。
本发明还公开了一种液晶显示装置用钣金件的制造方法, 包括以下步骤: 在钣金件上预先沖出小孔, 所述小孔圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的 凸出部;
然后在小孔处进行内孔翻边, 所述翻边内孔横截面的圓周上至少有一处向 圓心方向凸出的凸出部;
在翻边上攻出内螺纹。
优选的, 在钣金件上预先沖出小孔步骤之前, 还包括步骤: 在钣金上沖出 凸包, 然后把凸包的顶部压平, 所述凸包的顶部用于成型所述小孔及内孔翻边。
该方法不增加工序, 不引入新技术, 在现有沖压方式的基础上, 只需更换 不同的沖压模具沖头, 即把原来圓柱状的沖头更换为带有内凹部的沖头即可。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括上面所述的钣 金件。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明所述液晶显示装置用钣金件包括内孔翻边, 所述翻边设有内螺纹, 所述内孔横截面圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的凸 出部, 所述凸出部改变了内孔的形状, 使内孔不再是完整的圓孔, 在翻边上攻 出标准的内螺纹后, 在凸出部处螺纹的牙深较深, 承受更多的扭力, 其它部位 处的螺纹的牙深较浅, 螺纹壁厚较厚, 提高内孔的强度, 从而在整体上提高螺 釘孔锁附的可靠性。 【附图说明】

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括钣金件, 作为本发明液晶显示装置用 钣金件的实施例一, 如图 3至图 5所示, 所述钣金件上设有内孔翻边 1 , 所述翻 边 1设有内螺纹 3 ,所述内孔 2横截面圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的凸出 部 4。 本实施例中, 所述内孔 2横截面圓周上有二处凸出部 4, 所述两处凸出部 4相隔 180度布置。
本发明所述液晶显示装置用钣金件包括内孔翻边 1 ,所述翻边 1设有内螺纹 3 , 所述内孔 2横截面圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的凸出部 4, 所述凸出 部 4改变了内孔 2的形状, 使内孔 2不再是完整的圓孔, 在翻边 1上攻出标准 的内螺纹 3后, 如图 4所示, 在凸出部处螺纹的牙深较深, 承受更多的扭力, 如图 5所示, 其它部位处的螺纹的牙深较浅, 螺纹壁厚较厚, 提高内孔 2的强 度, 从而在整体上提高螺釘孔锁附的可靠性。
现有技术中液晶显示装置用钣金件, 以背板为例, 最薄的背板厚度为 0.6mm, 而采用本发明所述钣金件结构的背板, 只需要厚度为 0.5mm的钣金, 螺釘孔就可以获得同等的扭力水平, 显著地降低材料成本。 当然所述钣金件也 可为前框。
本发明还公开了一种液晶显示装置用钣金件的制造方法, 包括以下步骤: 在钣金件上预先沖出小孔, 所述小孔圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的 凸出部;
然后在小孔处进行内孔翻边, 所述翻边内孔横截面的圓周上至少有一处向 圓心方向凸出的凸出部;
在翻边上攻出内螺纹。
本发明液晶显示装置用钣金件的制造方法可以制造出上面所述的钣金件, 并实现上面所述的有益效果, 该方法不增加工序, 不引入新技术, 在现有沖压 方式的基础上, 只需更换不同的沖压模具沖头, 即把原来圓柱状的沖头更换为 带有内凹部的沖头即可。
在钣金件上预先沖出小孔和在小孔处进行内孔翻边, 可以由一套沖压模具 在一次沖压过程中完成, 只需要模具沖头具有台阶结构即可。
为了防止钣金件的翻边与液晶显示装置的内部结构相互干涉, 在钣金件上 预先沖出小孔步骤之前, 还包括步骤: 在钣金上沖出凸包, 然后把凸包的顶部 压平, 所述凸包的顶部用于成型所述小孔及内孔翻边。 本方法成型的翻边低于 钣金件的平面, 不会与液晶显示装置的内部结构相互干涉。
在液晶显示装置用钣金件的实施例一中,所述凸出部 4的轮廓线为外弧线, 当然也可为直线, 或者内弧线。
在液晶显示装置用钣金件的实施例一中, 所述内孔 2横截面圓周上有二处 凸出部 4, 所述两处凸出部 4相隔 180度布置, 当然也可以为多处凸出部, 所述 多处凸出部均匀地布置在内孔圓周上, 凸出部均匀布置, 可以使螺釘孔的壁厚 呈规则状态, 可承受的扭力更稳定, 比如为三处凸出部, 所述三处凸出部相隔 120度布置, 又或者如图 6所示液晶显示装置用钣金件的实施例二中, 所述内孔 2横截面圓周上有六处凸出部 4, 所述六处凸出部相隔 60度布置。
作为本发明液晶显示装置用钣金件的实施例三, 如图 7所示, 所述内孔 2 横截面圓周上有二处凸出部 4, 所述凸出部 4长度较长, 所述凸出部 4的轮廓线 为内弧线, 同样能实现如实施例一中所述的有益效果。
作为本发明液晶显示装置用钣金件的实施例四, 如图 8所示, 所述内孔 2 横截面圓周上有二处凸出部 4, 每个凸出部 4的轮廓线为半个橢圓形, 二处凸出 部 4的轮廓线组成一个完整的橢圓, 能实现如实施例一中所述的有益效果。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述凸出部的轮廓 线为内弧线、 外弧线或直线。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述内孔横截面圓 周上有多处凸出部, 所述多处凸出部均勾地布置在内孔圓周上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述内孔横截面圓 周上有二处凸出部, 所述两处凸出部相隔 180度布置。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述内孔横截面圓 周上有三处凸出部, 所述三处凸出部相隔 120度布置。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述内孔横截面圓 周上有二处凸出部, 每个凸出部的轮廓线为半个橢圓形, 二处凸出部的轮廓线 组成一个完整的橢圓。

8、 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件的制造方法, 包括以下步骤:
在钣金件上预先沖出小孔, 所述小孔圓周上至少有一处向圓心方向凸出的 凸出部;
然后在小孔处进行内孔翻边, 所述翻边内孔横截面的圓周上至少有一处向 圓心方向凸出的凸出部;
在翻边上攻出内螺纹。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件的制造方法, 其中, 在钣金 件上预先沖出小孔步骤之前, 还包括步骤: 在钣金上沖出凸包, 然后把凸包的 顶部压平, 所述凸包的顶部用于成型所述小孔及内孔翻边。
