Le procédé consiste à : choisir un contenu principal d'informations à transmettre ; coder le contenu principal sur la base d'un format spécifié à l'aide d'un outil spécial de transmission d'informations, et obtenir des informations formatées après le codage ; générer des informations à transmettre qui comprennent des informations de code bidimensionnel et des informations de texte, les informations de code bidimensionnel comprenant au moins un code bidimensionnel principal et un premier code bidimensionnel auxiliaire, le code bidimensionnel principal étant converti selon les informations formatées et le premier code bidimensionnel auxiliaire étant converti selon une adresse de téléchargement de l'outil spécial de transmission d'informations, et les informations de texte comprenant au moins l'adresse de téléchargement de l'outil spécial de transmission d'informations ; et envoyer à un terminal intelligent récepteur les informations de code bidimensionnel et/ou les informations de texte dans les informations à transmettre. La présente invention réalise une diffusion rapide de l'outil spécial de transmission d'informations de sorte que les informations puissent être transmises pratiquement et rapidement entre des terminaux intelligents installés avec l'outil spécial de transmission d'informations.
