Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de traitement de rabais promotionnel de produits de services de santé en ligne-hors ligne. Ce procédé consiste : à recevoir, lorsqu'un terminal de balayage de code balaie un code bidimensionnel de rabais d'un terminal mobile, le code bidimensionnel de rabais balayé provenant du terminal de balayage de code, et calculer le nombre de codes bidimensionnels de rabais balayés pendant une période de temps prédéfinie ; et à ajuster dynamiquement la plage de rabais de produits de services de santé dans les codes bidimensionnels de rabais, en fonction du nombre de codes bidimensionnels de rabais balayés.
