以上のように、本実施形態によれば、液化不活性ガスに加え、容器100内に不活性ガスを供給しているため、容器100内の酸素置換を十分に行うことができる。その結果、容器100内に残存する酸素量を低減することができる。特に、不活性ガスを注入することで、酸素置換量の制御を液化不活性ガスの注入時だけで調整する必要がなくなるため、液化不活性ガスの注入から封止までの時間、液化不活性ガスの滴下量の調整を、容器の容積の調整に比重をおいて行うことができる。したがって、酸素置換量の制御及び容器の容積の制御を正確に行うことができる。

前記内容物は、前記2個のガイド部材の間から前記容器内に供給される、請求項3に記載の封入装置。 - 前記不活性ガス供給部は、前記ガイド部材に取り付けられるガス供給管を備えている、請求項3または4に記載の封入装置。
- 袋状の容器に内容物を供給して封入する封入方法であって、
開口が開いた前記容器に内容物を供給するステップと、
前記容器に不活性ガスを供給するステップと、
前記不活性ガスの供給後に、前記容器に液化不活性ガスを供給するステップと、
前記液化不活性ガスの供給後に、前記容器の開口を封止するステップと
を備えている、封入方法。 - 前記不活性ガスを供給するステップは、前記内容物を供給するステップにおいて行われる、請求項6に記載の封入方法。
- 前記不活性ガスを供給するステップは、
不活性ガスを注入するガス供給管を容器の内部に挿入するサブステップと、
前記ガス供給管から不活性ガスを排出するサブステップと、
を備えている、請求項6または7に記載の封入方法。
