- the waist stretchable portion according to the present embodiment is configured to stretch in the product width direction, but the waist stretchable portion may be configured to stretch in the product width direction and the product longitudinal direction. Good.
- the crotch unit 200 includes the crotch expansion / contraction unit 200a.
- the crotch stretchable part 200a is configured to maintain a flat shape more easily than other parts of the absorbent body 40 when the disposable diaper is worn.
- the crotch part 200 includes a crotch expansion / contraction part 200a that can expand and contract at least in the product longitudinal direction L or the product width direction W.
- the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is provided separately from the leg expansion / contraction part 75 and overlaps the absorbent core 40a (in this embodiment, a position between the core wrap 40b that wraps the absorption core 40a and the back seat 60a).
- the absorbent core 40a is configured to contract 60% or more of the length in the width direction at the overlapping position.
- the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region and the rear waistline region located outside the product longitudinal direction from the crotch stretchable part 200a is not shrunk by the crotch stretchable part 200a, so the entire absorber is in close contact with the body Without the crotch part 200 being appropriately placed along the body.
- the crotch stretchable part 200a is preferably composed of a stretchable sheet.
- the stretchable sheet can be constituted by a stretchable sheet similar to the leg stretchable part 75, for example.
- the crotch stretchable portion 200a may be configured by arranging a plurality of thread-like or strip-like elastic members made of polyurethane elastic fiber or natural rubber.
- the interval between the elastic members is 7 mm or less, more preferably 5 mm or less.
- it is desirable that the difference in the spacing between adjacent elastic members is 0.5 mm or less.
- the expansion / contraction rate of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is preferably 1.2 times or more and 1.8 times or less.
- the expansion / contraction ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is set to 1.4 times.
- the expansion / contraction ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a means the degree of expansion / contraction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a in the expansion / contraction direction (product longitudinal direction L in this embodiment), and is defined as follows.
- Stretch rate of the crotch stretchable portion 200a (length in the stretch direction of the crotch stretchable portion 200a in the maximum stretched state) / (length in the stretch direction of the crotch stretchable portion 200a in the natural state)
- this expansion / contraction rate shall be measured as follows, for example.
- the disposable diaper 10 is sealed in a package or the like, the disposable diaper 10 is taken out of the package, and in that state, the atmosphere is 20 ° C. ⁇ 2 ° C. and relative humidity 60% ⁇ 5% RH 60. Leave for a minute and measure the length of the crotch stretch along the stretch direction. This length is defined as “the length in the expansion / contraction direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a in the natural state”.
- the length in the stretch direction of the desired region in such a state ie, the natural state
- the expansion ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is less than 1.2 times, the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is not sufficiently contracted in the natural state, and the disposable diaper 10 is compared with the case where the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is not provided.
- the difference in easiness of bending is small, and the front waistline region 20 cannot stand up at a desired position.
- the expansion ratio of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is larger than 1.8 times, the contraction dimension in the contraction direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a becomes too large.
- the disposable diaper 10 is likely to be in a close contact state, and easily displaced downward from the wearer.
- the center of the crotch expansion / contraction portion 200a in the product longitudinal direction L is arranged on the front waistline region 20 side of the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L.
- the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is arrange
- the thickness of the elastic member to be used and the pitch to be arranged can be appropriately selected. It is preferable that the entire side edge portion in the product width direction W of the absorbent core 40a is in a contracted state.
- a notch 115 (notch 125) is formed in the crotch region 25 of the absorber 40.
- the notch 115 and the notch 125 are regions where the absorbent core 40a constituting the absorber 40 is not present.
- the notch 115 and the notch 125 correspond to a low-rigidity part in which the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a is lower than other parts of the absorbent core 40a.
- the area of the notch 115 and the notch 125 may be such that the basis weight of the absorbent core 40a is lower than the other parts of the absorbent core 40a.
- the notch 115 and the notch 125 exist along the edge in the product longitudinal direction L of the crotch part 200. Even if the notch 115 and the notch 125 are formed, the absorbent core 40a located in the front waistline region 20 and the rear waistline region 30 and the absorbent core 40a located in the crotch region 25 must be completely separated. In particular, it is preferable that it is continuous in the width direction.
- the notches 115 and 125 become longer in the product longitudinal direction L as they go outward in the product width direction W. With such a shape, the outer side of the absorbent core 40a in the product width direction W is more easily contracted, so that a flat “bottom” is more easily formed. Furthermore, the absorbent core 40a located closer to the front waistline region 20 than the notch 115 and the absorbent core 40a located closer to the rear waistline region 30 than the notch 125 rise from the “bottom”, and the wearer's body ( Since it becomes easy to curve along the roundness of the abdomen and buttocks), the shape of the disposable diaper itself can be closer to the shape of the wearer's body.
- the edge of the notch 115 (notch 125) close to the front waistline region 20 (rear waistline region 30) is arcuate.
- the edge of the notch 115 (notch 125) is shaped such that the center of the arc is located in the rear waistline region 30 (front waistline region 20) with respect to the edge. With such a shape, deformation along the roundness of the wearer's body is easier and more likely to occur.
- FIG. 3 is a view showing the absorber 40.
- 3A is an enlarged plan view viewed from the top sheet 50 side
- FIG. 3B is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 3A
- FIG. 3C is FIG. FIG.
- the absorber 40 is disposed adjacent to the first region 41 on the front waistline side of the first region 41 at least partially in the crotch region 25 and more than the first region 41.
- the first region 41 and the third region 43 are provided over the entire absorber in the product width direction.
- a compressed portion 45 in which the absorbent body 40 is compressed in the product thickness direction is formed in the first region 41 and the third region 43.
- a plurality of compressed portions 45 are formed intermittently across the entire first region 41.
- the pressing part 45 is not formed in the second region 42. Therefore, the bending rigidity of the first region 41 and the bending rigidity of the third region are configured to be higher than the bending rigidity of the second region 42.
- the bending rigidity in this Embodiment is based on the rigidity value based on the Taber method (JISP8125), and can also be confirmed by the measurement of the following method.
- a sample for example, an absorber
- the sample is prepared with a dimension of 38 mm in the width direction orthogonal to the sample length 70 mm ⁇ sample length direction along the product width direction or the product longitudinal direction with respect to the measurement target portion. If the sample includes an elastic elastic member, the elastic member is removed.
- a Taber stiffness tester manufactured by Yasuda Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is used as a tester for measuring the rigidity value.
- the number of samples is 10, and it measures about each sample and makes the average value the rigidity value.
- the measurement procedure is as follows (a) to (e).
- the rigidity value is obtained by the following formula.
- Rigidity value (mN ⁇ m) (((B) + (C)) / 2) ⁇ (auxiliary weight coefficient) ⁇ 9.8 1 ⁇ 10 ⁇ 2 If the width of the test piece cannot be 38 mm, it is converted into a bending moment of 38 mm width.
- the plurality of compressed portions 45 are configured such that the length in the product longitudinal direction is longer than the length in the product width direction, and are arranged in a staggered manner.
- the pressing part 45 is discontinuously arrange
- the uncompressed part has a lower bending rigidity than the compressed part and can be flexibly deformed. Therefore, while increasing the bending rigidity of the first region 41 and the third region 43, the uncompressed part is increased along the rounded body line.
- One region 41 and a third region 43 can be arranged.
- the compressed portion 45 may be formed by being compressed in the thickness direction from the outside of the core wrap 40b in a state where the absorbent core 40a is wrapped with the core wrap 40b, or when the absorbent material constituting the absorbent core 40a is laminated. Further, the weight of the absorbent material such as the first region 41 may be higher than that of the absorbent material of the second region 42, and the absorbent core 40a may be compressed in the thickness direction.
- the absorbent body of the present embodiment is configured such that the bending rigidity of the first region 41 and the bending rigidity of the third region 43 are increased by forming the squeezed portion 45.
- the bending rigidity of the first region 41 and the bending rigidity of the third region 43 may be higher than those of the second region 42.
- the bending stiffness in the first region and the bending stiffness in the third region only need to be higher than the bending stiffness in the second region, and the bending stiffness in the first region is higher than that in the third region. You may be comprised, and you may be comprised low.
- the absorbent core 40a of the absorbent body 40 is provided with a constricted region 46 in which the length of the absorbent body in the product width direction becomes shorter toward the inside in the product longitudinal direction.
- the absorbent core 40a of the absorber 40 is configured such that the length in the product width direction of the crotch region of the absorber is shorter than the length of the front waistline region and the rear waistline region in the product width direction.
- An end portion 41R on the rear waist region side of the first region 41 extends in the width direction through an inner end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the notch 115, and is located behind the end portion on the front waist region side of the crotch stretchable portion. It is arranged on the waist area side. Therefore, a part of the first region 41 is disposed so as to overlap the crotch stretchable part 200a.
- the end portion 41F on the front waistline region side of the first region 41 is disposed closer to the front waistline region than the center in the product longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper, and is disposed in the constricted region 46.
- An end portion 41F on the front waistline region side of the first region 41 is an end portion 42R on the rear waistline region side of the second region 42, and is a boundary between the first region and the second region.
- FIG. 3 shows a boundary line BL12 that virtually shows the boundary between the first region 41 and the second region 42, and a boundary line BL23 that virtually shows the boundary between the second region 42 and the third region 43.
- the boundary between the second region and the third region is an end portion 42F on the front waistline region side of the second region and an end portion 43R on the rear waistline region side of the third region.
- the boundary between the second region and the third region is disposed closer to the crotch region than the end portion on the crotch region side of the waistline holding portion in the front waistline region.
- the waistline holding portion in the front waistline region is a range extending in the width direction from the region where the target portion 95 is provided. Therefore, the boundary between the second region and the third region is disposed closer to the crotch region than the end portion 95 ⁇ / b> R on the crotch region side of the target portion 95.
- the front waistline region side end 43F of the third region is disposed closer to the front waistline region than the crotch region side end of the waistline holding portion in the front waistline region.
- the end portion 43F on the front waistline region side of the third region is disposed closer to the front waistline region side than the end portion 95R on the crotch region side of the target portion 95.
- the end portion 43F on the front waistline region side of the third region 43 coincides with the end portion 40F on the front waistline region side of the absorber 40. It is preferable that the end portion 43F on the front waistline region side and the end portion 40F on the front waistline region side of the absorber 40 do not coincide with each other. If the bending rigidity is high up to the end 40F on the front waistline region side of the absorber 40, there is a risk that the wearer may feel uncomfortable wearing around the waist due to the improved fit. However, since the end portion 43F on the front waistline region side of the third region 43 is disposed closer to the rear waistline region than the end portion 40F on the front waistline region side of the absorbent body 40, the uncomfortable feeling around the waist can be suppressed.
- the disposable diaper When the so-called disposable diaper is attached to the wearer, the disposable diaper is held around the wearer's waist by the waistline holding portion. Moreover, the crotch region connects the front waistline region side and the back waistline region, and is in contact with the wearer's crotch.
- the wearer wearing the disposable diaper configured as described above moves his / her leg, force is applied to the absorbent body and the like with the waistline holding portion and the crotch region in close contact with the wearer. Specifically, a force from the outer side in the width direction toward the inner side in the width direction is applied to the crotch region of the absorber.
- the first region 41 having relatively high bending rigidity is provided in the crotch region on the ventral side of the absorbent body, and the deformation of the crotch region 25 of the absorbent body 40 can be suppressed by the first region 41. Therefore, it can suppress that the length of the width direction of the absorber of a comparatively short crotch region in a natural state becomes still shorter. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in fit and leakage of body fluid.
- a second region having a relatively low bending rigidity is provided adjacent to the first region.
- An end 42F on the front waistline region side of the second region 42 is disposed in the constricted region 46.
- the constricted region is a portion where the width of the absorber is shortened, and a force toward the inner side in the width direction is easily applied by the flange portion. Since the second region is disposed in the constricted region, even when force is applied by the buttocks, the deformation of the absorber is suppressed, and the absorber can be easily disposed along the body.
- the second region is provided adjacent to the first region, the second region is deformed when the force is applied to the absorber and absorbs the external force, and the crotch region and the third region are absorbed. Deformation can be suppressed. Furthermore, for example, even when a crease is formed in the first region, the crease can be absorbed by the second region and the propagation of the crease to the third region can be suppressed.
- the third region is disposed so as to overlap with the waistline holding portion in the longitudinal direction.
- the waistline holding part that holds the disposable diaper around the wearer can be made difficult to bend by the third region, and the adhesion of the waistline can be maintained.
- the crotch region 25 is pulled up to the wearer side by the crotch stretchable part 200a that contracts at least in the product longitudinal direction. Therefore, the crotch part 200 is disposed at a position close to the wearer. Therefore, the absorber 40 is easily arranged along a position close to the body even when an external weight or load is applied.
- the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is contracted at least in the product longitudinal direction, and has a higher bending rigidity than the surrounding non-contracting part. Therefore, the boundary between the crotch stretchable part 200a and its periphery becomes an inflection point due to the difference in rigidity.
- the leg stretchable part 75 and / or the leg side gathers 80 exist in the product longitudinal direction beyond the end part on the front waistline area side and the end part on the rear waistline area side of the crotch stretchable part 200a. Therefore, inflection points are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a, and the crotch expansion / contraction part is deformed to be a bottom part.
- the crotch stretchable part 200a located in the crotch region 25 constitutes the bottom and can be placed facing the wearer's crotch. Further, the front waistline region side and the back waistline region side of the crotch stretchable part 200a are deformed so as to rise to the wearer side with the product longitudinal direction outer side end part of the crotch stretchable part as a base point. Since the first region overlaps with a part of the crotch stretchable part 200a, the deformation by the crotch stretchable part 200a can be transmitted to the abdomen, and the front waistline region can be easily placed along the wearer's body.
- the crotch stretchable portion 200a is formed by an elastic element such as a stretchable sheet, it tends to return to a natural state when deformed by an external force. Therefore, when a force is applied by the wearer so that the width of the crotch part 200 becomes narrow, the crotch part 200 tries to return to the original state.
- the width of the crotch region 25 can be suppressed together with the first region 41.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 schematically show the wearing state of the disposable diaper according to this embodiment to the wearer.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 schematically show the first region 41, the second region 42, and the third region 43 of the absorbent body disposed inside the disposable diaper.
- the third region 43 having relatively high bending rigidity is provided in a region that overlaps a part of the waistline holding portion of the disposable diaper, the waistline holding portion that holds the disposable diaper around the wearer is bent by the third region. It can be made difficult and the adhesion around the waist can be maintained.
- the first region having relatively high bending rigidity is disposed in the crotch region, even if a force is applied from the outside in the product width direction to the inside in the product width direction, the length in the width direction is long. Can be prevented from becoming too short.
- the constricted region 46 in the front waistline region is a region where the disposable diaper 10 should gently bend along the body line so that the disposable diaper 10 is directed from the wearer's ventral waist to the wearer's crotch. Since the second region having a relatively low rigidity is provided in the constricted region 46, even if the force from the outer side in the width direction to the inner side in the width direction is applied to the absorbent body by the collar portion, The region is deformed and placed along the body. Therefore, the first region and the third region can be arranged along the body in a smooth state, and the second region can be arranged gently along the buttocks.
- a first region 41 having a relatively high bending rigidity is provided in the crotch region on the ventral side of the absorber, and the deformation of the crotch region 25 of the absorber 40 can be suppressed by the first region 41.
- region is a part where the width
- At least a part of the third region is disposed so as to overlap with the waistline holding portion in the longitudinal direction.
- the waistline holding part that holds the disposable diaper around the wearer can be made difficult to bend by the third region, and the adhesion of the waistline can be maintained.
- a plurality of compressed parts of the disposable diaper 10 are intermittently formed over the entire first region and third region. Therefore, the bending rigidity of the entire first region and the third region can be increased substantially uniformly. Furthermore, since a plurality of compressed portions are intermittently arranged in the first region and the third region, the compressed portion and the uncompressed portion are mixed in the first region and the third region. .
- the uncompressed part has a lower bending rigidity than the compressed part and can be flexibly deformed. Therefore, the first area 41 and the third area 43 are increased in rigidity while the first area along the rounded body line. A region and a third region can be arranged.
- the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a is provided in the absorber, the product longitudinal direction end part of the crotch expansion / contraction part 200a becomes an inflection point, and the absorber is easily deformed.
- a low-rigidity part is formed inside the product longitudinal direction from the crotch expansion and contraction part, the absorption core 40a located closer to the front waistline area 20 than the low-rigidity part, and closer to the rear waistline area 30 than the low-rigidity part
- the positioned absorbent core 40a rises from the “bottom” and is easily bent along the roundness of the wearer's body (abdomen and buttocks), so that the shape of the disposable diaper itself is closer to the shape of the wearer's body. it can.
- an open type disposable diaper has been described as an example, but the present invention can also be applied to a pants-type disposable diaper.
- pants-shaped diapers having a waistline opening and a pair of leghole openings by joining the left and right edges of the outer layer sheet forming the front waistline and the back waistline, the outer layers of the front waistline and the back waistline
- the sheet has an elastic element that can be contracted and extended in the product width direction W, and the disposable diaper is held around the wearer's waist by contracting them. That is, the range where the left and right side edges extending in the product longitudinal direction L are joined is the waistline holding portion.
- the length of the absorbent body in the product width direction is shorter in the crotch region than the front waistline region, the deformation in the width direction of the absorbent body arranged on the ventral side is suppressed, and leakage of body fluids and fit properties
- the disposable diaper which can suppress a fall can be provided.
