本发明属于通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种远程会议控制方法、 终端设备、 MCU及视讯系统。 背景技术
视讯会议作为远程会议的一种, 通过多点控制单元 ( Multipoint Control Unit, MCU )、视频输入输出设备和音频输入输出设备在两个或者多个地点的 用户之间举行会议, 实时的传送图像和声音。
现有的视讯会议在召开的过程中, 当用户因某种事务(如午休、 就餐等) 需要中断会议, 只能釆用两种方式: 一是结束会议, 等待事务处理完后再重新 召集会议。 方式一在结束会议的过程中, 由于入会会场可能被其他会议或会场 呼叫、 会场的配置参数可能受到更改, 从而影响会议的重新召集, 而且对于组 网较为复杂的会议如级联、多线路类型混合会议,重新召集会议的操作较繁瑣, 影响用户体验; 二是不结束会议, 参会人员去处理事务, 但入会设备仍正常运 行, 在参会人员处理完事务后继续使用。 方式二占用了过多的带宽资源, 也造 成了入会设备功耗的浪费。
现有技术一釆用发送蓝屏、 黑屏或者执行静闭音的方式在 会议召开的 过程中中断会议。 现有技术一只能屏蔽本端图像, 其它会场的图像还是可见; 静闭音也只能针对特定会场; 而且仍然占用带宽资源, 所有入会设备仍满功率 运行; 现有技术二通过定义会议模板,即在召开会议之前将会议参数等信息按一 定格式保存成可解析的文件, 方便会议结束或中断后重新召集会议。现有技术 二重新召集会议的过程还是不够简便, 而且在结束会议时,仍无法有效解决入 会会场可能被其它会议或会场呼叫的问题。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种远程会议控制方法、终端设备、 MCU及视讯系统, 以解决现有技术在进行远程会议中断及恢复的过程中 ,操作复杂或者资源浪费 的问题。
本发明实施例一方面提供了一种远程会议控制方法, 所述方法包括: 当入会终端在视讯会议进行过程中接收到多点控制单元 MCU发送的中断 会议指示信息时, 所述入会终端根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息, 关闭其媒 体通道, 保存通道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态;
当所述入会终端在接收到所述 MCU发送的恢复会议指示信息时, 所述入 会终端根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息以及所保存的通道参数,打开其媒体 通道, 恢复工作状态。
本发明实施例另一方面提供了一种终端设备, 所述终端设备包括: 接收器, 用于接收来自 MCU的中断会议指示信息或恢复会议指示信息; 会议中断单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的中断会议指示信息 时, 根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息, 关闭当前终端设备自身的媒体通道, 并将当前终端设备进入待机或者休眠状态;
存储器, 用于保存当前会议的通道参数; 会议恢复单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的恢复会议指示信息 时, 根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息, 以及所述存储器中保存的通道参数, 打开当前终端设备的媒体通道, 恢复当前终端设备的工作状态。
本发明实施例再一方面还提供一种视讯系统, 所述视讯系统包括: 多点控制单元和至少三个所述终端设备,所述多点控制单元和终端设备通 过网络连接, 其中:
所述多点控制单元包括: 接收器, 用于接收中断会议请求信息或者恢复会 议请求信息; 处理器, 包括构建单元, 其中该构建单元用于根据所述接收器接 收到的中断会议请求信息,构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢复 会议请求信息, 构建恢复会议指示; 发送器, 用于发送所述构建单元构建的中 断会议指示或恢复会议指示。

处理器, 包括构建单元, 其中该构建单元用于根据所述接收器接收到的中 断会议请求信息, 构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢复会议请求 信息, 构建恢复会议指示;
发送器, 用于发送所述构建单元构建的中断会议指示或恢复会议指示。 本发明实施例与现有技术相比的有益效果是:釆用中断会议的方式而不是 结束会议的方式, 不存在入会会场可能被其它会议或会场呼叫, 以及会场的配 置参数被修改的问题,保证了会议顺利的重新召开; 通过发送会议中断或者恢 复指示来快速、 简单的实现会议的中断和恢复, 随时可中断、 随时可恢复; 会 议中断过程中, 所有媒体发送或接收通道都被关闭, 所有入会设备都进入待机 或者休眠状态, 既不占用带宽资源, 又防止了入会设备的损耗, 易用性好、 实 用性强。 附图说明

为了说明本发明所述的技术方案, 下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一:
图 1示出了本发明实施例一提供的视讯系统的结构, 为了便于说明, 仅示 出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
本发明实施例提供的远程会议控制方法可以应用于该视讯系统中,该视讯 系统至少包括:
多点控制单元(MCU ) 1和通过所述多点控制单元 1控制的多个入会终端 设备 2;
所述 MCU1是视讯系统的控制核心, 当入会终端设备 2的数量多于两个 时, 需经过 MCU1进行调控, 所述 MCU1与终端设备 2、 以及所述终端设备 2 之间都通过网络连接, MCU1按照 IDO协议或者国际标准 H.221、H.242、H.243、 H.245等协议的规定实现图像和语音的交换与混合, 实现所有会场的控制等相 关功能。
所述多点控制单元 1包括: 接收器, 用于接收中断会议请求信息或者恢复 会议请求信息; 处理器, 包括构建单元, 其中该构建单元用于根据所述接收器 接收到的中断会议请求信息,构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢 复会议请求信息, 构建恢复会议指示; 发送器, 用于发送所述构建单元构建的 中断会议指示或恢复会议指示。
优选的是, 所述构建单元用于根据所述接收器接收到的中断会议请求信 息, 构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢复会议请求信息, 构建恢 复会议指示, 具体为:

实施例二:
图 2示出了本发明实施例二提供的远程会议控制方法的实现流程,该方法 过程详述如下: 在步骤 S201中, 当入会终端在视讯会议进行过程中接收到多点控制单元 MCU发送的中断会议指示信息时, 所述入会终端根据该接收到的中断会议指 示信息, 关闭其媒体通道, 保存通道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态。
在本实施例中,所述入会终端在视讯会议进行过程中通过会控通道接收所 述 MCU发送的中断会议指示信息。 其中, 所述中断会议指示信息为预先定义 的扩展的会议控制信息。 所述媒体通道包括接收和发送媒体通道, 用于发送或 者接收媒体码流; 所述通道参数包括音视频的格式、音视频可供选择的编码类 型、 音视频速率以及通信速率等。
需要说明的是, 所述入会终端在接收到所述中断会议指示信息后, 只关闭 入会终端的媒体通道, 用于发送或者接收会议控制信令的会控通道还将打开, MCU与各入会终端通过所述会控通道保持正常的呼叫。
在步骤 S202中, 当所述入会终端在接收到所述 MCU发送的恢复会议指 示信息时,所述入会终端根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息以及所保存的通道 参数, 打开其媒体通道, 恢复工作状态。
在本实施例中,所述入会终端在待机或者休眠状态下通过会控通道接收所 述 MCU发送的恢复会议指示信息。 其中, 所述恢复会议指示信息为预先定义 的扩展的会议控制信息。
实施例三:
图 3示出了本发明实施例三提供的远程会议控制方法的实现流程,该方法 过程详述如下:
1、 多点控制单元 MCU向入会终端发送中断会议指示信息。
本实施例中的 MCU根据定义的扩展的会议控制信息, 向各入会终端发送 中断或恢复的会议指示信息来实现会议的中断或恢复。其中, 定义的扩展的会 议控制信息(企业标准会控(IDO )协议的信息) 包括但不局限于如表一所示 部分:

优选的是, 任一个取得中断权限(如主席权限)的入会终端都可以随时向
MCU发送中断请求信息, MCU在接收到具有中断权限的入会终端发送的中断 会议请求信息后, 向所有或者部分入会终端发送中断会议指示信息 (如图 2 所示) 。 需要说明的是,

2、 所述入会终端在接收到所述中断会议指示信息后, 关闭其媒体通道, 并保存通道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态。
在本实施例中, 入会终端与 MCU之间可以包含多个媒体通道, 每个媒体 通道都可以用于发送或者接收媒体码流,入会终端在接收到 MCU发送的中断 会议指示信息后, 将关闭该入会终端的媒体通道, 并保存通道参数。 其中, 所 述通道参数包括音视频的格式、音视频可供选择的编码类型、音视频速率以及 通信速率等。 如图 4所示入会终端 T1和主 MCU存在一条通道, 通过该通道 发送或者接收媒体码流, 当 T1接收到 MCU发送的中断会议指示信息后, T1 将关闭该通道。
作为本发明的一个实施例, 当具有中断权限的入会终端向 MCU发送中断 请求信息后, MCU向所述具有中断权限的入会终端发送响应信息, 然后再向 其他入会终端发送中断会议指示信息。所述具有中断权限的入会终端在接收到 所述响应信息后,关闭其媒体通道,并保存通道参数,进入待机或者休眠状态。 而其他入会终端在接收到所述中断会议指示信息后, 关闭其媒体通道, 并保存 通道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态。 在本实施例中, 为了避免入会设备运行的功耗, 所有入会终端在关闭媒体 发送或接收通道、保存通道参数后,将进入待机或者休眠状态。需要说明的是, 当入会终端较复杂, 如存在多个 CPU时, 可以仅运行主 CPU, 其他 DSP和外 部设备全部休眠。 当然也可以将主 CPU也强制休眠。
优选的是, 为了保证在断电等情况下中断后的会议仍能顺利的重新召开, 本实施例的入会终端在接收到中断会议指示信息后, 还将保存当前的会议参 数。 其中, 所述会议参数包括该入会终端当前的观看画面 (如入会终端 T1输 出入会终端 T3和 T4的画面, 或者入会终端 T1选看入会终端 T2的画面) 、 是否具有中断权限等。
作为本发明的另一实施例, 所述方法还包括:
在所述 MCU向所有入会终端发送中断会议指示信息后, 关闭 MCU的媒 体通道, 并保存通道参数、 当前会议数据及各入会终端的状态。
在本实施例中, 所述会议数据包括所有入会终端的会议参数; 所述通道参 数包括 MCU与所有入会终端连接通道的参数; 各入会终端的状态包括各入会 终端广播、 观看、 点名以及发言等状态。 需要说明的是, MCU在向所有入会 终端发送中断会议指示信息后, 将保存当前会议数据, 则本实施例中各入会终 端保存的会议参数相当于是该会议数据的备份。 当然也可以将 MCU保存的当 前会议数据作为各入会终端会议参数的备份,目的都是保证会议中断后能顺利 的重新召开。
3、 多点控制单元 MCU向所述入会终端发送恢复会议指示信息。
在本实施例中, MCU根据如表一所示的扩展的会议控制信息, 向各入会 终端发送恢复会议指示信息来实现会议中断后的恢复。 需要说明的是, 如果 MCU的媒体通道关闭了, MCU在向所述入会终端发送恢复会议指示信息前, 需要先打开 MCU的媒体通道。 复请求信息, MCU在接收到具有中断权限的入会终端发送的恢复会议请求信 息后, 打开 MCU的媒体通道(在 MCU的媒体通道关闭的情况下 ) , 向所有 或者部分入会终端发送恢复会议指示信息(如图 4所示)。 需要说明的是, 所

优选的是, 所述 MCU还可以预先设定恢复时间或者在中断会议时就设定 好恢复时间, 在预设的恢复时间到达时打开 MCU的媒体通道, 向所有或者部 分入会终端发送恢复会议指示信息。
需要说明的是, 除具有中断权限的入会终端或者 MCU外, 其他入会终 端都无权恢复会议。 4、 所述入会终端在接收到所述恢复会议指示信息后, 根据预存的通道参 数打开其媒体通道。
在本实施例中,由于各入会终端在会议中断时,保存了其对应的通道参数, 所以各入会终端在接收到所述恢复会议指示信息后,将根据存储的通道参数打 开对应的媒体通道, 以继续接收或者发送媒体码流, 恢复中断后的会议。
本实施例在会议中断后, 可以通过具有中断权限的入会终端或者 MCU发 送会议控制信令的方式快速的恢复会议, 操作简单, 具有较强的实用性。
在本实施例中, 当所述 MCU同时控制多个会议, 其中只有一个会议需要 中断或恢复时, MCU可以根据预先存储的会议信息,对其中一个会议进行中 断或恢复, 或者识别出与所述具有权限的请求终端相关的所有入会终端, 只向 这些终端发送中断或恢复指示,或者向所有终端发送中断或恢复指示时携带这 些终端的标识, 以便于对选定的入会终端进行中断或恢复控制。 其中, 所述会 议信息包含会议标识和与该会议相关的入会终端的信息。
例如: 如图 4, 具有中断权限的入会终端 T2向 MCU发送中断会议请求 信息, 所述中断会议请求信息中携带有需要中断入会终端的唯一标识符 Tl、 Τ2, 即对入会终端 T1和 Τ2进行会议中断, MCU在接收到该携带有唯一标识 符的中断会议请求信息后, 向入会终端 T1和 Τ2发送中断会议指示信息, 入 会终端 T1和 Τ2在接收到所述中断会议指示信息, 关闭其媒体通道, 保存通 道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态。 具有中断权限的入会终端 Τ2向 MCU发送 恢复会议请求信息,所述恢复会议请求信息中携带有需要恢复入会终端的唯一 标识符 Tl、 Τ2, 即对入会终端 T1和 Τ2进行会议恢复, MCU在接收到该携 带有唯一标识符的恢复会议请求信息后, 向入会终端 T1和 Τ2发送恢复会议 指示信息,入会终端 T1和 T2在接收到所述 MCU发送的所述恢复会议指示信 息时, 根据所保存的通道参数打开其媒体通道, 恢复工作状态。
实施例四: 仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
该终端设备可以是运行于各视讯系统内的硬件单元或者软硬件相结合的 单元。
该终端设备 2包括接收器 21、会议中断单元 22、存储器 23及会议恢复单 元 24, 其具体功能如下:
接收器 21 , 用于接收来自 MCU的中断会议指示信息或恢复会议指示信 息;
会议中断单元 22,用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的中断会议指示信 息时,根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息,关闭当前终端设备自身的媒体通道, 并将当前终端设备进入待机或者休眠状态;
存储器 23 , 用于保存当前会议的通道参数;
会议恢复单元 24,用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的恢复会议指示信 息时,根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息,以及所述存储器中保存的通道参数, 打开当前终端设备的媒体通道, 恢复当前终端设备的工作状态。
进一步的, 所述存储器 23 , 还用于保存会议参数以及存储该终端设备当 前的状态, 所述当前状态包括休眠、 待机状态或工作状态;

在本实施例中, 所述中断会议请求信息、 恢复会议请求信息、 中断会议指 示信息和恢复会议指示信息为预先定义的扩展的会议控制信息。 本实施例提供的终端设备可以使用在前述对应的远程会议控制方法 ,详情 参见上述远程会议控制方法实施例二和三的相关描述, 在此不再赘述。

图 6示出了本发明实施例五提供的 MCU的组成结构, 为了便于说明, 仅 示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
该 MCU可以是运行于各视讯系统内的硬件单元或者软硬件相结合的单 元。
该 MCU1包括接收器 11、 处理器 12及发送器 13 , 其中所述处理器 12包 括构建单元 121 , 其具体功能如下:
接收器 11 , 用于接收中断会议请求信息或者恢复会议请求信息; 处理器 12, 包括构建单元 121 , 其中该构建单元 121用于根据所述接收器 11 接收到的中断会议请求信息, 构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到 的恢复会议请求信息, 构建恢复会议指示;

在本实施例中, 所述中断会议请求信息、 恢复会议请求信息、 中断会议指 示信息和恢复会议指示信息为预先定义的扩展的会议控制信息。
本实施例提供的 MCU可以使用在前述对应的远程会议控制方法, 详情参 见上述远程会议控制方法实施例三的相关描述, 在此不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解为实施例四和五所包括的各个单元只是按 照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分, 只要能够实现相应的功能 即可; 另外, 各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分, 并不用于限制 本发明的保护范围。
综上所述, 本发明实施例釆用中断会议的方式而不是结束会议的方式, 不 存在入会会场可能被其它会议或会场呼叫, 以及会场的配置参数被修改的问 题, 保证了会议顺利的重新召开; 通过 MCU或者任一个具有中断权限的入会 终端发送会议控制信令的方式快速、 简单的实现会议的中断和恢复, 随时可中 断、 随时可恢复; 会议中断过程中, 所有媒体发送或接收通道都被关闭, 所有 入会设备都进入待机或者休眠状态, 既不占用带宽资源, 又防止了入会设备的 损耗, 易用性好、 实用性强。
本领域普通技术人员还可以理解 ,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以在存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 包括 ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种远程会议控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当入会终端在视讯会议进行过程中接收到多点控制单元 MCU发送的中断 会议指示信息时, 所述入会终端根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息, 关闭其媒 体通道, 保存通道参数, 进入待机或者休眠状态;
当所述入会终端在接收到所述 MCU发送的恢复会议指示信息时, 所述入 会终端根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息以及所保存的通道参数,打开其媒体 通道, 恢复工作状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 会议请求信息,使得 MCU向所有或部分入会终端发送所述中断或者恢复会议 指示信息;
其中, 所述中断或者恢复会议请求信息为预先定义的会议控制信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于: 会议请求信息, 具体为: 会议请求信息,该中断或者恢复会议请求信息中携带有需要中断或者恢复会议 的会议标识信息; 恢复会议请求信息,该中断或者恢复会议请求信息中携带有需要中断或者恢复 会议的一个或多个入会终端的标识符; 恢复会议请求信息, 该中断或者恢复会议请求信息中,携带有需要中断或者恢 复会议的一个或多个入会终端的标识符及会议标识信息。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述入会终端在 接收到所述 MCU发送的中断会议指示信息后, 还包括:
保存会议参数。
5、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备包括:
接收器, 用于接收来自 MCU的中断会议指示信息或恢复会议指示信息; 会议中断单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的中断会议指示信息 时, 根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息, 关闭当前终端设备自身的媒体通道, 并将当前终端设备进入待机或者休眠状态;
存储器, 用于保存当前会议的通道参数;
会议恢复单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的恢复会议指示信息 时, 根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息, 以及所述存储器中保存的通道参数, 打开当前终端设备的媒体通道, 恢复当前终端设备的工作状态。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述存储器, 还 用于保存会议参数。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
请求信息发送单元, 用于向所述 MCU发送中断会议请求信息或者恢复会 议请求信息, 使得所述 MCU向所有或部分入会终端发送中断或者恢复会议指 示信息;
其中, 所述中断或者恢复会议请求信息为预先定义的会议控制信息。
8、 如权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于:
所述会议中断单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的中断会议指示 信息时,判断所述中断会议指示信息中携带的入会终端的标识符是否与当前终 端的标识符相同,或者判断所述中断会议指示信息中携带的会议标识信息是否 与当前终端当前参与的会议的会议标识相同,或者判断所述中断会议指示信息 中携带的会议标识信息是否与当前终端当前参与的会议的会议标识相同且所 述中断会议指示信息中携带的入会终端的标识符是否与当前终端的标识符相 同, 如果是, 则
根据该接收到的中断会议指示信息, 关闭当前终端设备自身的媒体通道, 并将当前终端设备进入待机或者休眠状态;
所述会议恢复单元, 用于当所述接收器接收到来自 MCU的恢复会议指示 信息时,判断所述恢复会议指示信息中携带的入会终端的标识符是否与当前终 端的标识符相同,或者判断所述恢复会议指示信息中携带的会议标识信息是否 与当前终端当前参与的会议的会议标识相同,或者判断所述恢复会议指示信息 中携带的会议标识信息是否与当前终端当前参与的会议的会议标识相同且所 述恢复会议指示信息中携带的入会终端的标识符是否与当前终端的标识符相 同, 如果是, 则
根据该接收到的恢复会议指示信息, 以及所述存储器中保存的通道参数, 打开当前终端设备的媒体通道, 恢复当前终端设备的工作状态。
9、 一种视讯系统, 其特征在于, 所述视讯系统包括: 多点控制单元和至 少三个终端设备, 所述多点控制单元和终端设备通过网络连接, 其中:
所述终端设备为如权利要求 5至 8任一项所述的终端设备; 所述多点控制单元包括: 接收器, 用于接收中断会议请求信息或者恢复会 议请求信息; 处理器, 包括构建单元, 其中该构建单元用于根据所述接收器接 收到的中断会议请求信息,构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢复 会议请求信息, 构建恢复会议指示; 发送器, 用于发送所述构建单元构建的中 断会议指示或恢复会议指示。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的视讯系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备中至少包 括一个:
具有中断权限的终端设备,用于向所述多点控制单元发送中断或者恢复会 议请求信息;
11、 如权利要求 9所述的视讯系统, 其特征在于, 所述构建单元用于根据 所述接收器接收到的中断会议请求信息,构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器 接收到的恢复会议请求信息, 构建恢复会议指示, 具体为:
所述构建单元,用于判断所述接收器接收到的中断会议请求信息或者恢复 会议请求信息中是否携带有会议标识, 如果有, 则获得该会议标识对应会议的 所有入会终端信息; 构建中断会议或者恢复会议的指示, 该中断会议或者恢复 用于判断所述接收器接收到的中断会议请求信息或者恢复会议请求信息 中是否携带有一个或多个入会终端的标识; 如果有, 构建携带有该一个或多个 入会终端标识的中断会议或者恢复会议的指示。
12、 如权利要求 9或 11所述的视讯系统, 其特征在于, 所述处理器还包 括:
休眠 /待机单元, 用于在向所有终端设备发送中断会议指示信息后, 关闭 当前 MCU的媒体通道, 保存通道参数、 当前会议数据及所有当前入会终端的 状态,所述通道参数包括当前多点控制单元与所述所有终端设备连接通道的参 数, 所述当前会议数据包括所述所有终端设备的会议参数。
13、 一种多点控制单元 MCU, 其特征在于, 所述 MCU包括:
接收器, 用于接收中断会议请求信息或者恢复会议请求信息;
处理器, 包括构建单元, 其中该构建单元用于根据所述接收器接收到的中 断会议请求信息, 构建中断会议指示; 根据所述接收器接收到的恢复会议请求 信息, 构建恢复会议指示;
发送器, 用于发送所述构建单元构建的中断会议指示或恢复会议指示。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的 MCU, 其特征在于,
所述处理器还包括判断单元,该判断单元用于对所述接收器接收到信息的 请求者的权限进行判断, 如果是有权限终端发送的信息, 则触发所述构建单元 进行组装。
