Abstract
Description
本願は、2012年2月24日に日本に出願された特願2012-038601号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
この発明の一実施形態に係る圧縮機のバンドル案内装置は、ローターと、該ローターを回転可能に支持する静止部とを備えるバンドルを、略筒状のケーシングの内部に挿入させる圧縮機のバンドル案内装置であって、前記バンドルの前記ケーシングへの挿入方向前側に取り付けられ、前記ケーシングの内周面上で挿入方向に沿って転動する内部ローラーと、前記バンドルの前記ケーシングへの挿入方向後側に取り付けられ、前記ケーシングが配置される基面上に固定されたレール部材上を走行する外部ローラーと、前記基面または前記レール部材と前記バンドルとの何れか一方に設けられた受け部と、前記基面または前記レール部材と前記バンドルとの何れか他方に設けられ、挿入方向と直交する水平方向に向けて前記受け部に調整力を作用させて前記バンドルの水平方向の位置を調整する位置調整機構とを備えることを特徴としている。
このように構成することで、位置調整機構によりバンドルの挿入方向と直交する水平方向に向けて受け部に調整力が作用して、バンドルを挿入方向とは直交する水平方向に変位させることができる。そのため、バンドルの軸線とケーシングの軸線とに生じる平面視での角度差を修正することが可能になる。
このように構成することで、バンドルをケーシングに挿入する際に、位置調整機構と受け部との摩擦抵抗を低減して、バンドルを挿入方向へ円滑に移動させることができる。さらに、金属製のローラーを用いていることで、例えば、樹脂製等のローラーを用いている場合と比較して弾性変形等を抑制できるため、より正確に水平方向のバンドル位置を調整することができる。
このような方法によれば、バンドルの水平方向の位置を調整する作業はバンドルを停止させた状態で行われ、バンドルの移動中は位置調整機構から受け部に対して調整力が作用しない状態となっている。従って、レール部材等の寸法誤差や取り付け誤差に影響を受けることなく、また位置調整機構とレール部材との間の摩擦力の影響を受けることもなく、バンドルを正確且つ円滑に移動させることができる。
図1は、この実施形態の圧縮機のバンドル案内装置100の概略構成を示す構成図である。
図1に示すように、圧縮機1は、垂直分割型の圧縮機であって、主に、略円柱状のバンドル2と、略円筒状のケーシング3とから構成されている。バンドル2は、その内部に収容されたローター4と、ローター4を回転可能に支持する静止部Cとを備える。
また、架台10には、レール部材13に沿って油圧シリンダー22が取り付けられている。この油圧シリンダー22によって、バンドル2をケーシング3内に収容する際には、バンドル2をレール部材13に沿って押圧可能であるとともに、バンドル2をケーシング3から取り出す際には、バンドル2をレール部材13に沿って引き出すことが可能となっている。
つまり、これら外部ローラー36は、上述したレール部材13の上面14をレール部材13の延在方向に転動可能とされている。上述したブラケット31、支持ポスト33、支持部35、及び外部ローラー36を主要構成として、上述した後部走行機構21が構成されている。即ち、バンドル2の後部は、この後部走行機構21を介してレール部材13上に支持されている。
ボルトbは、各端部が受け部30の内側面30aに当接するようにナットnに螺合されている。即ち、ボルトbの端部がレール部材13の幅方向両外側に延びて受け部30に当接するため、後部走行機構21の水平方向への変位が規制される。
なお、上述したナットnとボルトbとは、いわゆるボールネジの構成であってもよい。
まず、バンドル2の後端部を、後部走行機構21を介してレール部材13上に載置する。そして、この際、バンドル2前部の内部ローラー20を内側レール部材17上に載置する。
後部走行機構21は、上述した第一実施形態と同様に、ブラケット31と、支持ポスト33と、支持部35と、外部ローラー36とを備えている。なお、左右に取り付けられた後部走行機構21は、左右対称な構成であるため、この実施形態の説明では、一方の後部走行機構21のみを説明する(以下、第三実施形態も同様)。
なお、この第三実施形態のバンドル案内装置100は、上述した第一実施形態と比較して、後部走行機構21及び、位置調整機構240の構成が異なるだけであるため、同一部分に同一符号を付して説明すると共に、重複する説明を省略する。
なお、本実施形態では位置調整機構340を後部走行機構21に設けたが、これに限られず、バンドル2の軸線方向における中間部すなわち内部ローラー20と外部ローラー36との間の位置に中間部ローラーが設けられている場合には、この中間部ローラーに位置調整機構340を設けてもよい。
まず、バンドル2の後端部を、後部走行機構21を介してレール部材13上に載置する。そして、この際、バンドル2前部の内部ローラー20を内側レール部材17上に載置する。
例えば、上述した第一実施形態のボルトbおよび第二実施形態のローラー部材50を、第三実施形態のように、支持ポスト33を挟んで走行方向両側に設けるようにしても良い。
さらに、上述した各実施形態においては、走行用のレール部材13が受け部30を支持する場合を一例に説明したが、架台10の基面11が受け部30を支持するようにしても良い。また、バンドル2の後部走行機構21に位置調整機構40、140,240,340を設ける場合について説明したが、後部走行機構21側に受け部30を設けるとともに、基面11またはレール部材13側に位置調整機構40,140,240,340を設けるようにしても良い。この場合、基面11またはレール部材13側には、バンドル2の挿入方向に複数の位置調整機構40,140,240,340を設ければよい。
本発明によれば、バンドルをケーシングへ収容する作業時間を短縮して、作用者の負担を軽減することが可能になる。

Claims (3)
- ローターと、該ローターを回転可能に支持する静止部とを備えるバンドルを、略筒状のケーシングの内部に挿入させる圧縮機のバンドル案内装置であって、
前記バンドルの前記ケーシングの挿入方向前側に取り付けられ、前記ケーシングの内周面上で挿入方向に沿って転動する内部ローラーと、
前記バンドルの前記ケーシングへの挿入方向後側に取り付けられ、前記ケーシングが配置される基面上に固定されたレール部材上を走行する外部ローラーと、
前記基面または前記レール部材と前記バンドルとの何れか一方に設けられた受け部と、
前記基面または前記レール部材と前記バンドルとの何れか他方に設けられ、挿入方向と直交する水平方向に向けて前記受け部に調整力を作用させて前記バンドルの水平方向の位置を調整する位置調整機構とを備える圧縮機のバンドル案内装置。 - 前記位置調整機構は、前記受け部に当接して挿入方向に転動可能な金属製のローラーを備える請求項1に記載の圧縮機のバンドル案内装置。
- ローターと、該ローターを回転可能に支持する静止部とを備えるバンドルを、略筒状のケーシングの内部に挿入させる圧縮機のバンドル案内方法であって、
前記ケーシングが配置される基面または基面上に固定された前記レール部材と前記バンドルとの何れか一方に設けられた受け部に対し、何れか他方に設けられた位置調整機構から調整力を作用させない状態において、前記バンドルを前記レール部材上から前記ケーシングの内部へと移動させる工程と、
前記バンドルの移動を停止させた状態で、前記位置調整機構から前記受け部に対して挿入方向と直交する水平方向に向けて調整力を作用させることにより、前記バンドルの水平方向の位置を調整する工程と、
を含む圧縮機のバンドル案内方法。
