Abstract
Description
特許文献1の技術を適用したリニアモータにおいては、特許文献1の図1や図9に示されるように、磁石がはしご状の部材に固定される。すなわち、磁石を保持する部材が必要となり、可動子の質量が増加することになる。
なお、以下の実施例ではすべて、固定子を一次側、可動子を二次側として説明する。
図1は、本実施例のリニアモータの1相分の固定子と可動子の模式図である。図1の固定子と可動子とを複数個並べることで、複数の相で駆動するリニアモータを構成する。例えば、3相のリニアモータの場合、図1に示したユニットを3つ並べることで構成が可能である。
磁石はZ方向に複数個配置され、磁石のZ方向のピッチはτである。磁石3は、Z軸方向に沿って着磁され、隣り合う磁石で着磁方向が向かい合うように並べられ、磁性体のはしご状部材4に固定される。磁性体のはしご状部材4に溝5が設けられている。溝5は磁石の両脇(X方向)に設けられている。

- 磁石と、前記磁石を保持する磁性体のはしご状部材とが直動方向に交互に配置された二次側と、
前記二次側を前記直動方向と垂直な方向に挟み込むように配置された磁極、および複数の前記磁極の間を接続する磁性体コアを有し、複数の前記磁極に共通の巻線が配置された一次側と、を有し、
前記磁性体のはしご状部材に溝が設けられたリニアモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアモータであって、
前記溝が、複数の前記磁石間に設けられたリニアモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアモータであって、
前記溝が、複数の前記磁石の長手方向の位置に設けられたリニアモータ。 - 請求項3に記載のリニアモータであって、

前記磁極、または複数の前記磁極を接続する磁性体コアが薄板コアで構成され、薄板コア間に接着層が設けられたリニアモータ。 - 請求項1に記載のリニアモータであって、
