背景技术
喷墨打印通过喷头喷射墨滴到打印介质上形成所需的打印图像。观察者看每一种油墨或者多种油墨组合的水在打印介质上有一个特定的颜色(比如:黄色、青色、品红色等)。这要求打印图像最好打印在白色或者接近白色的打印介质上以保证观察者看到的最终打印图像上的颜色是正确的,否则,观察者看到的图像会被打印图像底部的颜色干涉。

发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种喷墨打印装置及其打印方法。

在背景色打印模式下,第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2和第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2进行喷墨工作,第一排彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1不喷墨。
在双图像打印模式下,第一排彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1、第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2、第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2同时进行喷墨工作。
在双速打印模式下,第一排彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1和第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2进行喷墨工作,第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2不喷墨。
图6为本发明的喷墨打印方法的流程图,开始打印时,控制系统接收打印图像数据,用户根据打印需求选择单通道或者多通道模式,在单通道模式下可进行双速打印模式,控制系统控制第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷涂喷射彩色图像,由于同一色油墨使用两颗串接的喷头打印,其速度可提高两倍;在多通道模式下用户有三种选择,分别为前景色打印模式,背景色打印模式和双图像打印模式,在前景色打印模式下第一排彩色油墨喷头和第二排涂层油墨喷头工作,第三排彩色油墨喷头不工作;在背景色打印模式下第一排彩色油墨喷头不工作,第二排涂层油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头不工作;在双图像打印模式下,第一排彩色油墨喷头、第二排涂层油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头同时工作,其中第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头喷射的图像数据可以为相同也可以为不同,当第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头喷射的图像数据为相同时,其中一层彩色图像的透明度为可以调节的。
下面通过实施例分别说明采用本发明的喷墨打印装置可实现多种打印模式。
实施例一
多通道打印模式下的双图像模式的打印装置如图5所示,在该模式下控制打印小车垂直走纸方向做往返运动,第一排彩色油墨喷头、第二排涂层油墨喷头及第三排彩色油墨喷头均进行打印工作,打印时,控制系统控制油墨从彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1喷射第一打印图像于打印介质上,然后控制第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2喷射白色油墨于第一打印图像上,最后控制第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2喷射第二打印图像于白色油墨层上。本发明中的第一打印图像和第二打印图像可以为相同的图像,也可以为不同的图像。
当打印介质为半透明介质,如在打印灯箱布时,第一打印图像和第二打印图像为相同的打印图像,其第一打印图像的透明度为可以调节。通过合适的透明度可保证在夜晚和白天灯箱布上打印图像的色彩浓度均合适。
当打印介质为透明材质,如玻璃时,第一打印图像和第二打印图像为相同或不同的图像,且第一打印图像和第二打印图像的透明度均为不可调节的。
实施例二
图7为多通道打印模式下的前景色打印示意图,在该模式下控制系统控制打印小车垂直走纸方向做往返运动,第一排彩色油墨喷头和第二排涂层油墨喷头进行打印工作,第三排彩色油墨喷头不工作。打印介质的运动方向如图所示,控制系统控制第一彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1喷射打印图像到打印介质上,然后控制第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2喷射涂层油墨到打印图像上。该模式下的打印介质为透明介质,如玻璃。
实施例三
图8为多通道打印模式中背景色打印示意图,在该模式下控制打印小车垂直走纸方向做往返运动,第三排彩色油墨喷头、第二排涂层油墨喷头进行打印工作,第一排彩色油墨喷头不工作。打印时,控制系统控制第二排涂层油墨喷头w1,w2将涂层油墨喷色到打印介质上,然后第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2喷射的打印图像与涂层油墨上。通常背景色打印的打印介质为非白色的,为增加色彩鲜艳度,在非白打印介质上先打印一层白色油墨。本发明的涂层油墨也可以根据实际需要为一颜色油墨。
实施例四
图9为单通道打印模式下的双速打印示意图,在该模式下控制打印小车垂直走纸方向做往返运动,第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头进行打印工作,涂层油墨喷头不工作。该模式下只打印单层彩色图像,不打印涂层油墨。打印时,控制系统控制油墨从第一排彩色油墨喷头c1,m1,y1,k1和第三排彩色油墨喷头c2,m2,y2,k2中喷出。由于在该模式下每一色墨水彩色两颗喷头打印,因此其打印速度为单颗喷头打印速度的两倍。
本发明中的彩色油墨喷头和涂层油墨喷头可以串接一个或多个喷头以提高打印速度。
需要指出的是根据本发明的具体实施方式所作的任何变形,均不脱离本发明的精神以及权利要求记载的范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种喷墨打印装置,包括
    a) 至少一个喷射涂层油墨的喷头;
    b) 多个喷射彩色油墨的喷头;
    c) 一控制系统,用于控制各喷头的工作;
    其特征是,所述涂层油墨喷头和彩色油墨喷头成三排排列,第一排喷头为彩色油墨喷头,第二排喷头为涂层油墨喷头,第三排喷头为彩色油墨喷头。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印装置,其特征是,所述打印装置中喷射同一色彩色油墨的喷头的数量相同。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印装置,其特征是,所述第一排喷头与第二排喷头沿喷头喷嘴排列方向间隔设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印装置,其特征是,所述第二排喷头与第三排喷头沿喷头喷嘴排列方向首尾相接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印装置,其特征是,所述涂层油墨为白色油墨。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印装置,其特征是,所述涂层油墨为透明色油墨。
  7. 如权利要求1所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述控制系统控制所述第一排彩色油墨喷头喷射第一打印图像于打印介质上,第二排涂层油墨喷头喷射涂层油墨于第一打印图像上,第三排彩色油墨喷头喷射第二打印图像于涂层油墨上实现双图像打印模式。
  8. 如权利要求7所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述第一打印图像和第二打印图像为相同的打印图像。
  9. 如权利要求8所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述第一打印图像的透明度为可调节的。
  10. 如权利要求7所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述第一打印图像与第二打印图像为不同的打印图像。
  11. 如权利要求7所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述涂层油墨为白色油墨。
  12. 如权利要求1所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述控制系统控制第一排彩色油墨喷头喷射打印图像于打印介质上,然后控制第二排涂层油墨喷头喷射涂层油墨于打印图像上,第三排彩色油墨喷头不喷射油墨,实现前景色打印模式。
  13. 如权利要求12所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述打印介质为透明的介质,如玻璃。
  14. 如权利要求1所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述控制系统控制第二排涂层油墨喷射涂层油墨于打印介质上,然后控制第三排彩色油墨喷头喷射打印图像于涂层油墨上,第一排彩色油墨喷头不喷射油墨,实现背景色打印。
  15. 如权利要求14所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述打印介质为非白打印介质。
  16. 如权利要求14所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述涂层油墨为白色油墨。
  17. 如权利要求1所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述控制系统控制第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头同时喷射打印图像于打印介质上,所述第二排涂层油墨喷头不喷墨。
  18. 如权利要求17所述喷墨打印装置的打印方法,其特征是,所述控制系统控制第一排彩色油墨喷头和第三排彩色油墨喷头喷射同一打印图像的打印数据实现双速打印模式。
