Abstract

L'invention concerne un kit de détection ou de diagnostic du cancer de la prostate, comprenant un anticorps adsorbé par la δ-caténine, une solution tampon de revêtement, une solution tampon de lavage, une solution tampon de blocage, un anticorps de détection de la δ-caténine et un anticorps marqué par l'enzyme, ou comprenant un anticorps adsorbé par la δ-caténine, une solution tampon de revêtement, une solution tampon de lavage, une solution tampon de blocage, un anticorps de détection de la δ-caténine et un marqueur de boîte nano-quantique. Le kit permet de détecter dans l'urine tout changement de la protéine δ-caténine. De plus, il s'applique au diagnostic du cancer, et offre les avantages d'absence de pouvoir envahissant et d'une grande sensibilité et spécificité.
