본 발명은 자동차 및 건축물 등의 유리에 부착되어 태양광을 차단하는 고투명성 솔라필름에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비산성 또는 저산성 점착제를 사용하고, 산화방지층을 형성하여 우수한 산화방지 효과를 나타내는 고투명성 솔라필름에 관한 것이다.
솔라필름은 자동차 및 건축물 등의 유리에 부착되어 태양광을 차단하거나, 프라이버시 보호용 및 냉난방의 효율을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 사용되고 있는데, 최근에는 차량의 전면 및 측면 유리 부착용으로 사용되는 비율이 증가하고 있다.
차량의 부착용으로 사용되고 있는 종래에 솔라필름은 폴리에스터로 이루어진 기재의 상부면에 하드코팅을 실시하고, 하드코팅된 기재층의 하부면에 점착제를 도포하여 사용되고 있는데, 이러한 솔라필름은 태양광 차단효율이 낮은 문제점이 있었다.
전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 폴리에스터로 이루어진 기재의 일측면에 금속층을 형성하여, 태양광 차단효율이 향상된 솔라필름이 사용되고 있으나, 전술한 구조로 이루어진 솔라필름은 점착제에 함유된 산성분과 수분 및 기체가 침투되어 전술한 금속층의 산화가 진행되기 때문에 솔라필름의 물성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 전술한 종래에 솔라필름은 차량의 유리면 등에 부착되는 공정에서 접착제 성분이 유리면에 전사되어 공정효율을 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 금속층이 형성되어 탁월한 태양광 차단효과를 나타내는 산화방지 효율이 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 비산성 또는 저산성의 점착제를 사용하고, 산화방지층의 형성을 통해 수분이나 기체의 투과를 차단하여 금속층의 산화가 억제된 산화방지 효율이 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 유리 등과 같은 피착물에 전사되지 않는 점착제를 사용하여 공정효율이 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 상기 Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어진 필름층을 형성하여 투명성이 우수한 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 이형층, 상기 이형층의 상부면에 형성되는 점착층, 상기 점착층의 상부면에 형성되는 산화방지층, 상기 산화방지층의 상부면에 형성되는 금속층, 상기 금속층의 상부면에 형성되는 프라이머층, 상기 프라이머층의 상부면에 형성되는 제1필름층 및 상기 제1필름층의 상부면에 형성되는 하드코팅층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공함에 의해 달성된다.
본 발명의 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 점착층과 상기 산화방지층의 사이에 개재되는 제2필름층 및 상기 제2필름층과 상기 산화방지층 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2필름층을 상기 산화방지층에 접착하는 접착층을 더 포함하는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 제2필름층은 Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 접착층은 우레탄계 접착제로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 점착층은 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 100 중량부, 메틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 30 중량부, n-부틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 45 중량부 및 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 점착층에는 아크릴산 1 내지 7 중량부가 더 함유되는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 산화방지층은 폴리우레탄, 아크릴멜라민니트로셀룰로스 공중합체 및 폴리에스터로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 금속층은 알루미늄 증착 또는 금속 스퍼터링으로 형성되는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 프라이머층은 폴리에스터, 아크릴로니트릴멜라민 공중합체 및 우레탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 제1필름층은 Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명의 더욱 더 바람직한 특징에 따르면, 상기 하드코팅층은 우레탄아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 광개시제, 슬립윤활제 및 희석용제로 이루어지는 것으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효율이 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름은 태양광 차단효과가 우수한 금속층이 형성되어 탁월한 태양광 차단효과를 나타낸다.
또한, 비산성 또는 저산성의 점착제를 사용하고, 산화방지층을 형성하여 산성분, 수분 및 기체투과 등에 의한 금속층의 산화가 억제되어, 산화방지 효율이 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
또한, 유리 등과 같은 피착물에 전사되지 않는 점착제를 사용하여 공정효율이 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
또한, Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어진 필름층이 형성되어 우수한 투명성을 나타낸다.

본 발명은 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이형층, 전술한 이형층의 상부면에 형성되는 점착층, 전술한 점착층의 상부면에 형성되는 산화방지층, 전술한 산화방지층의 상부면에 형성되는 금속층, 전술한 금속층의 상부면에 형성되는 프라이머층, 전술한 프라이머층의 상부면에 형성되는 제1필름층 및 전술한 제1필름층의 상부면에 형성되는 하드코팅층으로 이루어진다.
전술한 적층 구조로 이루어진 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름은 비산성 또는 저산성 점착제를 사용하고, 산화방지층과 필름층을 형성하여 산성분, 수분 및 기체투과에 의한 금속층의 산화가 억제되어 우수한 산화방지 효과를 나타낸다.
이하에는, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예와 각 성분의 물성을 상세하게 설명하되, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것이지, 이로 인해 본 발명의 기술적인 사상 및 범주가 한정되는 것을 의미하지는 않는다.
본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름은 이형층(10), 전술한 이형층(10)의 상부면에 형성되는 점착층(20), 전술한 점착층(20)의 상부면에 형성되는 산화방지층(30), 전술한 산화방지층(30)의 상부면에 형성되는 금속층(40), 전술한 금속층(40)의 상부면에 형성되는 프라이머층(50), 전술한 프라이머층(50)의 상부면에 형성되는 제1필름층(60) 및 전술한 제1필름층(60)의 상부면에 형성되는 하드코팅층(70)으로 이루어진다.
전술한 이형층(10)은 23 내지 50 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는데, 전술한 점착층(20)의 표면이 오염되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
전술한 이형층(10)은 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 유리면 등에 적용하기 전에 제거된다.
전술한 점착층(20)은 전술한 이형층의 상부면에 3 내지 10 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 유리면에 부착하는 역할을 하는데, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 100 중량부, 메틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 30 중량부, n-부틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 45 중량부 및 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 10 중량부가 함유된 점착제로 이루어지는데, 전술한 성분으로 이루어진 점착제는 pH가 5 내지 7을 나타내기 때문에, 전술한 금속층을 산화시키는 반응이 거의 발생하지 않는다.
이때, 전술한 점착제는 관능기를 갖는 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트가 함유되어 습윤성(Wetting properties)이 향상되고, 가교반응을 통해 분자량이 증가하여 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 자동차나 건축물의 유리면에 적용할 때, 유리면에 전사되지 않는 효과를 나타낸다.
또한, 전술한 점착층에는 아크릴산 1 내지 7 중량부가 더 함유될 수도 있는데, 아크릴산도 관능기를 가지고 있어, 전술한 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트와 유사한 역할을 하며, 아크릴산이 더 함유된 점착제로 이루어진 점착층(20)은 점착력과 전사방지 효율이 더욱 향상된다.
전술한 아크릴산이 함유된 점착제는 pH가 3 내지 4를 나타내는데, 이때, 아크릴산에 함유되어 있는 산 성분으로 인해 전술한 금속층(40)의 산화발생을 억제하기 위해 전술한 점착층의 상부면에 산화방지층(30)을 형성한다.
전술한 산화방지층(30)은 전술한 점착층(20)의 상부면에 0.2 내지 2 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 전술한 점착층(20)을 형성하는 점착제에 함유된 산 성분으로 인해 금속층(40)이 산화되는 것을 억제하는 역할을 하는데, 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴멜라민니트로셀룰로스 공중합체 및 폴리에스터로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어진다.
또한, 전술한 성분으로 이루어지는 산화방지층(30)은 전술한 점착제에 함유되어 있는 산 성분 이외에도, 수분이나 기체투과를 차단하여 금속층(40)의 산화를 억제하는 역할을 한다.
전술한 금속층(40)은 전술한 산화방지층(30)의 상부면에 0.02 내지 0.1 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 태양광을 차단하는 역할을 하는데, 전술한 산화방지층(30)의 상부면에 알루미늄 증착 또는 금속 스퍼터링 공정을 실시하여 형성된다.
이때, 전술한 금속 스퍼터링 공정에 사용되는 금속은 태양광 차단효과를 나타내며, 스퍼터링 공정을 통해 전술한 산화방지층(30)의 상부면에 형성될 수 있는 금속이라면 특별히 한정되지 않지만, 구리, 인듐틴옥사이드(ITO), 니켈 및 크롬 등을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
전술한 프라이머층(50)은 전술한 금속층(40)의 상부면에 0.1 내지 2 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 폴리에스터, 아크릴로니트릴멜라민 공중합체 및 우레탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어지는데, 전술한 성분으로 이루어진 플라이머층(50)은 전술한 금속층(40)과 전술한 제1필름층(60)의 결합력을 증가시켜 금속층(40)과 제1필름층(60)이 분리되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
또한, 프라이머층(50)은 전술한 금속층(40)으로 수분이 침투하는 것을 억제하여, 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름의 산화방지 효과를 더욱 향상시킨다.
전술한 제1필름층(60)은 전술한 프라이머층의(50)의 상부면에 23 내지 75 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는데, 이때, 폴리에스터 필름의 Haze는 1.0%이하로 고투명성을 나타내어 시야확보 효율을 향상시키며, 솔라필름에 스티프니스(Stiffness)를 향상시켜, 작업성을 개선한다.
이때, 전술한 제1필름층(60)이 23 마이크로미터 미만의 두께로 형성되면, 솔라필름을 유리면에 부착할 때, 솔라필름에 주름이나 우글거림 현상이 발생하게 되어 외관이 불량해지고 작업성이 저하되며, 75 마이크로미터를 초과하게 되면, 두께가 지나치게 두터워서 유리면에 시공하기가 매우 어려워지므로 차량의 전면 유리 등에는 적용할 수 없게 된다.
전술한 하드코팅층(70)은 전술한 제1필름층(60)의 상부면에 2 내지 3 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름의 외관 품질을 개선하고, 외부의 충격으로 인해 솔라필름에 스크래치가 발생하는 것을 억제하는 역할을 한다.
이때, 전술한 하드코팅층(70)은 우레탄아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 광개시제, 슬립윤활제 및 희석용제로 이루어지는데, 이때, 전술한 우레탄아크릴레이트는 올리고머 형태인 것이 사용되고, 전술한 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트는 모노머 형태인 것이 사용된다.
또한, 전술한 광개시제는 L-히드록시시클로헥실페닐케톤으로 이루어지며, 전술한 슬립윤활제는 변성폴리에스터인 폴리디메틸실록산으로 이루어지고, 전술한 희석용제는 메틸에틸케톤이나 이소프로필알코올을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
전술한, 이형층(10), 점착층(20), 산화방지층(30), 금속층(40), 프라이머층(50), 제1필름층(60) 및 하드코팅층(70)으로 이루어진 솔라필름은 전사가 발생되지 않는 비산성(Acid Free) 또는 저산성(Low Acid)을 나타내는 점착제 성분으로 이루어진 점착층(20)이 형성되어 솔라필름을 유리면 등에 부착할 때, 우수한 고정효율을 나타내며, 솔라필름을 부착한 후에는 산성분으로 인한 금속층(40)의 산화발생이 억제되고, 태양광 차단효율이 우수한 금속층(40)이 형성되어 우수한 태양광 차단효과를 나타내며, 산화방지층(30)이 형성되어 전술한 금속층(40)의 산화가 억제되고, 시야 확보성능이 우수하여 차량의 전면 유리에 적합하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름은 전술한 점착층(20)과 전술한 산화방지층(30) 사이에는 제2필름층(80) 및 전술한 제2필름층(80)과 전술한 산화방지층(30) 사이에 개재되어 전술한 제2필름층(80)을 전술한 산화방지층(30)에 접착하는 접착층(90)이 더 형성될 수도 있다.
전술한 제2필름층(80)은 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지며 23 내지 75 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되는데, 이때, 제2필름층(80)을 구성하는 폴리에스터 필름의 Haze는 1.0%이하로 고투명성을 나타내어 시야확보 효율을 향상시키며, 솔라필름에 스티프니스(Stiffness)를 향상시켜, 솔라필름을 유리면에 부착할 때, 공정효율을 더욱 향상시키는 역할을 한다.
전술한 접착층(90)은 2 내지 10 마이크로미터의 두께로 형성되며, 전술한 제2필름층(80)과 전술한 산화방지층(30) 사이에 개재되어 전술한 제2필름층(80)을 전술한 산화방지층(30)에 접착하는 역할을 하는데, 산성분이 함유되지 않거나 미량 함유되며, 유리전이온도(Tg)가 80 내지 120℃인 우레탄계 접착제로 이루어져 접착성이 우수하며, 시공시 작업효율을 더욱 향상시킨다.
또한, 전술한 접착층(90)에는 유기염료를 더 함유하여 다양한 색상을 나타내는 솔라필름을 제조할 수 있다.
전술한, 제2필름층(80)과 전술한 접착층(90)이 더 형성된 솔라필름은 스티프니스가 우수하여 작업효율은 향상시키나, 시야 확보효율은 자동차 전면유리에 적용할 수 있는 정도를 나타내지 못하므로, 자동차의 측면유리나 건축물의 유리면에 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
차량의 전면 또는 측면 유리면에 적용했을 때, 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름을 제공한다.
Claims (11)
- 이형층;상기 이형층의 상부면에 형성되는 점착층;상기 점착층의 상부면에 형성되는 산화방지층;상기 산화방지층의 상부면에 형성되는 금속층;상기 금속층의 상부면에 형성되는 프라이머층;상기 프라이머층의 상부면에 형성되는 제1필름층; 및상기 제1필름층의 상부면에 형성되는 하드코팅층;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 점착층과 상기 산화방지층의 사이에 개재되는 제2필름층; 및상기 제2필름층과 상기 산화방지층 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2필름층을 상기 산화방지층에 접착하는 접착층;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2필름층은 Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 접착층은 우레탄계 접착제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 점착층은 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 100 중량부, 메틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 30 중량부, n-부틸아크릴레이트 15 내지 45 중량부 및 2-히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 점착층에는 아크릴산 1 내지 7 중량부가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 산화방지층은 폴리우레탄, 아크릴멜라민니트로셀룰로스 공중합체 및 폴리에스터로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 금속층은 알루미늄 증착 또는 금속 스퍼터링으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 폴리에스터, 아크릴로니트릴멜라민 공중합체 및 우레탄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1필름층은 Haze가 1.0% 이하인 폴리에스터 필름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하드코팅층은 우레탄아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 광개시제, 슬립윤활제 및 희석용제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화방지 효과가 우수한 고투명성 솔라필름.
