前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とが所定間隔だけ離間する、レーザ溶接されるべき第2の領域と
を備え、
前記第1の領域においてスポット溶接されている、若しくは、前記第2の領域においてレーザ溶接されている、リッドボックスの接合構造。 - 前記第1の領域から前記第2の領域に向かって、前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面との離間距離が漸次増加している、請求項1に記載のリッドボックスの接合構造。
- 前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面および前記リッドボックス側の接合面の少なくとも一方に段部が設けられており、前記段部により前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とが隔てられている、請求項1に記載のリッドボックスの接合構造。
- 車体のサイドアウタパネルに対してリッドボックスを接合するリッドボックスの接合方法であって、
前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とが対面する接合領域が、前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とが接する、スポット溶接されるべき第1の領域と、前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とが所定間隔だけ離間する、レーザ溶接されるべき第2の領域とを備えるように、前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とを対面させるステップと、
前記第1の領域におけるスポット溶接または前記第2の領域におけるレーザ溶接をおこなうステップと
を含む、リッドボックスの接合方法。 - 前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とを対面させるステップの際、
前記第1の領域から前記第2の領域に向かって、前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面との離間距離が漸次増加するように対面させる、請求項4に記載のリッドボックスの接合方法。 - 前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面と前記リッドボックス側の接合面とを対面させるステップの際、
前記サイドアウタパネル側の接合面および前記リッドボックス側の接合面の少なくとも一方に設けられた段部により、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域とが隔てられるように対面させる、請求項4に記載のリッドボックスの接合方法。
