202:所述电话交换设备判断所述被叫方的号码是否为长途号码; 电话交换设备可以根据预先设置的前缀判断被叫方号码是否为 国内长途或者国际长途, 例如, 可以设置前缀加拨 0的被叫方号码为 国内长途, 加拨 00的被叫方号码为国际长途, 本发明对于判断长途 号码的方法不进行限定。
203 : 若所述被叫方的号码是长途号码, 所述电话交换设备查询 权限关系表,所述权限关系表包括内线号码和具有长途呼叫权限的外 线用户的号码;
示例性的,该权限关系表可以由内线号码以及内线号码对应的属 性值组成,所述内线号码的属性值包括具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户 的号码, 也可以为空或者其他号码, 当某一内线号码的属性值为对应 的外线用户的号码时,该内线号码和外线号码绑定并具有相同的长途 呼叫权限。 具体的, 配置权限关系表可以包括, 电话交换设备将其内线号码和具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的 号码储存在权限关系表内, 示例性的,每个长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号码与某一内线号码 对应, 例如, 可以利用员工将内线号码与外线号码进行对应, 某一员 工的内线号码与该员工的外线号码在权限关系表中具有对应关系。 电话交换设备将权限关系表中具有对应关系的内线号码和外线 号码绑定并设置相同的长途呼叫权限。
参见表 1 , 该权限关系表可以以文档的形式储存于该电话交换设 备内, 该文档内每个内线号码的后面均设置有属性值, 若某一内线号 码后面的属性值设置为外线号码, 则该外线号码具有长途呼叫权限, 该外线号码可以是多个, 可以为手机或者固话。若某一内线号码用户 后面的属性值设置为空或者其他, 则表示该属性值没有长途呼叫权 限。 表 1

当需要增加具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户时,将该外线用户的外 线号码设置为对应的内线号码的属性值即可,当需要删除具有长途呼 叫权限的外线用户时, 将该外线号码删除即可。 当然, 该权限关系表可以以其他形式表示和储存, 只要能满足内 线号码和具有长途呼叫权限的外线号码的对应关系即可,电话交换设 备再根据权限关系表预先将其中对应的内线号码和外线号码绑定并 设置相同的长途呼叫权限。本实施例对于权限关系表的具体形式不做 限定。
当确定该呼叫申请的被叫方的号码是长途号码时,电话交换设备 查询该呼叫申请的外线号码是否在该权限关系表内。
204: 当所述第一外线用户的号码在所述权限关系表内时, 所述 电话交换设备接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
参见表 1 , 以上述的包含内线号码和内线号码的属性值的权限关 系表为例进行说明,即查询该呼叫申请的外线号码是否被设置为内线 号码的属性值。 以号码为 123456的外线用户为例进行说明, 在确定被叫号码为 国际长途或者国内长途后,在储存内线号码的文档内查询该外线用户 的号码 123456 , 经查询得到外线号码 123456是内线号码 6001的属 性值, 说明该外线用户的号码 123456和内线号码 6001已绑定并且具 有相同的长途呼叫权限, 电话交换设备接通该外线号码 123456 的呼 叫。
或者, 当判断该呼叫申请的被叫方的号码不是长途号码时, 查询 该被叫方的号码是否为内线号码。若被叫方的号码为内线号码, 则接 通该外线号码 123456的呼叫, 若被叫方的号码不是内线号码, 则拒 绝接通该外线号码 123456的呼叫。
其中, 接通该外线号码 123456呼叫的具体过程如下: 电话交换设备根据该被叫方的号码查询该被叫方的 IP 地址信 息,
电话交换设备通过 IP网络呼叫被叫方一侧的电话交换设备,并 向被叫方一侧的电话交换设备发送该被叫方的 IP地址信息,被叫方 一侧的电话交换设备根据被叫方的 IP地址信息呼叫被叫方,被叫方 应答后接通呼叫。
例如图 5所示, 第二终端 50通过电话交换设备 30向被叫方发 起呼叫, 被叫方的号码为长途号码, 且第二终端 50 的号码在权限 关系表内, 则电话交换设备 30 根据该被叫方的号码查询该被叫方 的 IP地址信息 ,并通过 IP网络呼叫被叫方一侧的电话交换设备 60, 并向被叫方一侧的电话交换设备 60发送该被叫方的 IP地址信息, 被叫方一侧的电话交换设备 60根据被叫方的 IP地址信息呼叫被叫 方, 被叫方应答后接通呼叫。
205 : 当所述第一外线用户的号码不在所述权限关系表内时, 所述电话交换设备拒绝接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。 假设外线号码为 321654, 若电话交换设备经查询预设的对应权 限关系表, 判断上述外线号码 321654 不是内线号码的属性值, 则 拒绝接通该外线号码 321654的呼叫。 本发明实施例提供的控制用户呼叫的方法,接收第一外线用户呼 叫申请且确定该呼叫申请的被叫方的号码为长途号码后,通过查询权 限关系表来控制该第一外线用户的长途呼叫。 无需借助其他设备, 即 可控制外线用户通过 VoIP拨打国内或者国际长途。 解决了借助其他 设备控制外线用户通过内部 VoIP系统进行长途呼叫时带来的成本高 和操作复杂的缺陷, 实现高效迅捷、 低成本的长途呼叫控制。 本发明的实施例还提供了一种控制用户呼叫的设备,用于实现本 发明图 1和图 2所示的方法。 参见图 3 , 所述设备包括接收模块 301 , 判断模块 302 , 查询模块 303和执行模块 304。 其中: 所述接收模块 301 , 用于接收第一外线用户的呼叫申请, 所述呼 叫申请包括所述第一外线用户的号码以及被叫方的号码;
通常所述设备部署在电话交换设备中,例如图 5所示的电话交换 设备 30和 60。 所述电话交换设备可以是 IP PBX。
示例性的, 参见图 5 , 该电话交换设备 30可以通过局域网 ( Local Area Network, 简称 LAN ) 和多个第一终端 40连接, 该第一终端 40 可以为软件电话或者硬件电话, 软件电话是指在电脑上下载软件, 然 后通过耳麦实现和对方 (固话或手机) 进行通话; 硬件电话是指通过 语音网关连接的普通电话机。
通过 LAN和该电话交换设备 30连接的所有第一终端 40均为该电 话交换设备的内线用户。 相应的, 该电话交换设备 30的所有内线用户 的号码称为该电话交换设备 30的内线号码, 并储存在该电话交换设备 30内。
除通过 LAN和该电话交换设备 30连接的第一终端 40之外的所有 终端均为该电话交换设备 30的外线用户, 外线用户的号码称为外线号 码。 所述判断模块 302 , 用于判断所述被叫方的号码是否为长途号 码;
示例性的,所述判断模块 302可以根据预先设置的前缀判断所述 被叫方的号码是否为国内长途或者国际长途, 例如, 可以设置前缀加 拨 0的被叫方的号码为国内长途, 加拨 00的被叫方的号码为国际长 途, 本发明对于判断长途号码的方法不进行限定。
查询模块 303 , 用于在所述判断模块 302确定所述被叫方的号码 为长途号码后, 查询权限关系表, 所述权限关系表中包括内线号码和 具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号码。 示例性的,该权限关系表可以由内线号码以及内线号码对应的属 性值组成,所述内线号码的属性值包括具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户 的号码, 也可以为空或者其他号码, 当某一内线号码的属性值为对应 的外线用户的号码时,该内线号码和外线号码绑定并具有相同的长途 呼叫权限。 执行模块 304 , 用于在所述查询模块 303确定所述第一外线用户 的号码在所述权限关系表内时, 接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
可选的, 所述设备还可以包括储存模块, 用于储存所述权限关 值, 所述内线号码的属性值包括具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号 码 。
参见表 1 , 该权限关系表可以以文档的形式储存于该电话交换设 备 30内, 该文档内每个内线号码的后面均设置有属性值, 若某一内 线号码后面的属性值设置为外线号码,则该外线号码具有长途呼叫权 限, 该外线号码可以是多个, 可以为手机或者固话。 若某一内线号码 用户后面的属性值设置为空或者其他,则表示该属性值没有长途呼叫 权限。
进一步的, 参见图 4 , 所述执行模块 304具体可以包括查询子 模块 3041 , 呼叫子模块 3042和发送子模块 3043 ; 查询子模块 3041 , 用于根据所述被叫方的号码查询所述被叫方 的地址信息; 呼叫子模块 3042 , 用于通过 IP 网络呼叫被叫方一侧的电话交 换设备;
发送子模块 3043 , 用于发送所述被叫方的地址信息, 以便于所 述被叫方一侧的电话交换设备根据所述被叫方的地址信息呼叫所 述被叫方, 接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
所述执行模块 304 , 还可以用于在所述查询模块确定所述第一 外线用户的号码不在所述权限关系表内时, 拒绝接通所述第一外线 用户的呼叫。 本发明实施例提供的控制用户呼叫的设备,接收第一外线用户呼 叫申请且判断该呼叫申请的被叫方的号码为长途号码后,通过查询权 限关系表来控制该第一外线用户的长途呼叫。 无需借助其他设备, 即 可控制外线用户通过 VoIP拨打国内或者国际长途。 解决了借助其他 设备控制外线用户通过内部 VoIP系统进行长途呼叫时带来的成本高 和操作复杂的缺陷, 实现高效迅捷、 低成本的长途呼叫控制。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程 序代码的介质。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范 围内, 可轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种控制用户呼叫的方法, 其特征在于: 包括: 接收第一外线用户的呼叫申请,所述呼叫申请包括所述第一外线 用户的号码以及被叫方的号码;
当所述被叫方的号码为长途号码时, 查询权限关系表, 所述权限 关系表中包括内线号码和具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号码; 若所述第一外线用户的号码在所述权限关系表内, 则接通所述 第一外线用户的呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的一种控制用户呼叫的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述权限关系表中包括内线号码以及内线号码对应的属性值, 所述内线号码的属性值包括具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号 码 。
3、 如权利要求 1 或 2所述的一种控制用户呼叫的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫具体包括: 根据所述被叫方的号码查询所述被叫方的地址信息;
通过网际协议 IP网络呼叫被叫方一侧的电话交换设备,并发送 所述被叫方的地址信息; 所述被叫方一侧的电话交换设备根据所述被叫方的地址信息 呼叫所述被叫方, 接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的一种控制用户呼叫的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 若所述第一外线用户的号码不在所述权限关系表内, 则拒绝接 通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
5、 一种控制用户呼叫的设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收第一外线用户的呼叫申请, 所述呼叫申请包 括所述第一外线用户的号码以及被叫方的号码; 判断模块, 用于判断所述被叫方的号码是否为长途号码; 查询模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述被叫方的号码为长途号 码后, 查询权限关系表, 所述权限关系表中包括内线号码和具有长途 呼叫权限的外线用户的号码; 执行模块,用于所述查询模块确定所述第一外线用户的号码在所 述权限关系表内时, 接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的一种控制用户呼叫的设备, 其特征 在于, 所述设备还包括储存模块, 用于储存所述权限关系表, 所述 权限关系表中包括内线号码以及内线号码对应的属性值, 所述内线 号码的属性值包括具有长途呼叫权限的外线用户的号码 。
7、 根据权利要求 5 或 6所述的一种控制用户呼叫的设备, 其 特征在于, 所述执行模块包括查询子模块, 呼叫子模块和发送子模 块;
所述查询子模块, 用于根据所述被叫方的号码查询所述被叫方 的地址信息; 所述呼叫子模块,用于通过 IP网络呼叫被叫方一侧的电话交换 设备;
所述发送子模块, 用于发送所述被叫方的地址信息, 以便于所 述被叫方一侧的电话交换设备根据所述被叫方的地址信息呼叫所 述被叫方, 接通所述第一外线用户的呼叫。
8、 根据权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的一种控制用户呼叫的设 备, 其特征在于, 所述执行模块还用于所述查询模块确定所述第一 外线用户的号码不在所述权限关系表内时, 拒绝接通所述第一外线 用户的呼叫。
