本实施例中 VoIP服务器连接企业内网与企业外网, 实现企业内网之间, 及 企业内网与外网之间的通信, 其中企业内网包括: 客户端、 虚拟服务器、 语音 通信话机和显示器 /键盘 /鼠标等,而企业外网即为与 VoIP服务器所连接的 PSTN 电话网。
如果系统中的客户端为瘦客户端 (Thin Client ), 则可以通过电话线接口 如已注册的插孔(Registered Jack, RJ ) 11与语音通信话机连接。 其中瘦客户 端指的是在客户端-服务器网络体系中的一个基本无需应用程序的计算机终 端, 它通过一些协议和服务器通信, 进而接入局域网。 这种情况下, 瘦客户端 只连接鼠标和键盘, 可以将其鼠标 /键盘等输入传送到服务器处理, 服务器再 把处理结果回传至客户端显示。
该系统中由 VoIP服务器按照如下的步骤进行通信,本实施例中的通信方法 是对企业网络系统中语音通信话机进行呼叫时的通信方法,本实施例中语音通 信话机以 POTS话机为例说明, 流程图如图 3所示, 包括:
步骤 101 , 接收呼叫请求;
在本实施例中, 该呼叫请求可以是该企业网络系统中的 POTS话机之间, 及 POTS话机与 PSTN电话网之间通话的请求, 可以是 VoIP服务器通过 PSTN电 话网接收的企业外网的呼叫, 也可以是接收的企业内网的 POTS话机的呼叫。
如果该呼叫请求是对企业内网中 POTS话机的呼叫, 包括企业外网对该
POTS话机的呼叫, 和企业内网中 POTS话机之间的呼叫, 则在呼叫请求中包含 的企业内网中被呼叫的分机号码, 则 VoIP服务器执行步骤 102; 如果该呼叫请 求是对企业外网 (即 PSTN电话网) 的呼叫, 则 VoIP服务器将该呼叫请求转到 PSTN电话网中。
步骤 102, 根据呼叫请求中包含的被呼叫的分机号码, 及预置的用户标识 与分机号码的第一对应关系, 获取被呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识; 本实施例中,需要 VoIP服务器预先为企业内网的每个用户分配一个对应的 分机号码, 并在 VoIP服务器中预置每个用户标识与分机号码的第一对应关系。 而不是为每个办公座位分配一个固定的分机号码,使得分机号码与办公座位没 有关联关系。
VoIP服务器得到被呼叫用户标识是通过将被呼叫的分机号码与预置的第 一对应关系进行匹配,则相匹配的分机号码对应的用户标识即为被呼叫用户标 识。
步骤 103, 根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获取被呼叫用 户标识对应的第一客户端信息;
在本实施例中的企业网络系统中部署着虚拟桌面系统,包括客户端和虚拟 服务器, 用户通过第一客户端注册到第一虚拟服务器时, 可以通过用户注册请 求将用户标识和该第一客户端信息(比如端口信息、 标识信息等)发送给第一 虚拟服务器,第一虚拟服务器则将用户标识及其对应的第一客户端信息发送给 VoIP服务器储存;
当 VoIP服务器接收到第一虚拟服务器发送的用户标识及其对应的第一客 户端信息, 将该用户标识及其对应的第一客户端信息储存在 VoIP服务器中, 并 为该接收的用户标识分配一个分机号码,且将接收的用户标识和分配的分机号 码的第一对应关系进行储存。
需要说明的是,如果用户移动办公座位后, 当通过另一个客户端登陆到该 第一虚拟服务器,可以通过用户登陆请求将该用户的用户标识与另一个客户端 信息发送给第一虚拟服务器; 这样第一虚拟服务器接收到用户登陆请求后,发 现发送用户登陆请求的客户端与第一虚拟服务器中储存的该用户标识对应的 第一客户端不一致, 则需要更新第一虚拟服务器中储存的第一客户端信息,修 改为当前发送用户登陆请求的客户端;并将更新后的用户标识与客户端信息的 对应关系发送给 VoIP服务器进行更新,而 VoIP服务器会将本地存储中与该登录 第一虚拟服务器的用户标识相关的第一客户端信息更新为用户登陆虚拟服务 器的客户端信息。
可见本步骤中, VoIP月良务器在获取被呼叫用户标识对应的虚拟桌面系统中 的第一客户端信息时,具体可以从本地存储中查找得到该被呼叫用户标识对应 的第一客户端信息。
步骤 104,将呼叫请求发送给与步骤 103获取的第一客户端信息相应的第一 客户端,以便第一客户端将该呼叫请求对应的呼叫转接到与第一客户端所连接 的具有语音通信功能的话机(以下筒称语音通信话机)上, 比如 POTS话机。
这里 VoIP服务器在获得被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息后,将呼叫 请求发送给相应的第一客户端; 这样第一客户端接收到呼叫请求后, 则通过电 话通路将呼叫转接至与该第一客户端连接的 POTS话机上, 具体地将呼叫通过 第一客户端的电话接口比如 RJ11转接到与该第一客户端所连接的 POTS话机 上。
本实施例中,虚拟桌面系统中的客户端可以是瘦客户端,且通过电话线插 口如 RJ11连接语音通信话机比如 POTS话机。 其中瘦客户端指的是在客户端- 服务器网络体系中的一个基本无需应用程序的计算机终端,本实施例中在瘦客 户端上增加连接电话线的接口来连接语音通信话机比如 POTS话机。
可见, 本实施例中, 在 VoIP服务器中预置用户标识与分机号码的第一对应 关系, 当 VoIP服务器接收到呼叫请求后, 如果其中包含被呼叫的分机号码, 则 根据该被呼叫的分机号码及预置的第一对应关系,得到被呼叫用户标识; 并将 呼叫请求发送给该被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端,这样第一客户端就可以 将呼叫转接到与第一客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机上。本实施例中 企业内网的分机号码并不是固定于办公座位, 而是随着用户的不同而不同, 这 样用户在移动办公座位时, 虽然该用户使用的语音通信话机改变,但是分机号 码没有变化,解决了现有技术中分机号码与办公座位关联所带来了使用不方便 的问题。
且本实施例中,客户端可以直接连接语音通信话机, 并将呼叫转接到语音 通信话机, 使得系统中不用通过另外的 IAD设备来连接语音通信话机与企业 IP 网络, 筒化了系统的结构。
参考图 4所示, 在一个具体的实施例中, 本实施例中的通信方法是对企业 网络系统中语音通信话机进行呼叫来实现语音通信时,需要触发与该语音通信 话机相关联的虚拟服务器和客户端来实现数据业务通信的方法,本实施例中语 音通信话机以 POTS话机为例说明, VoIP服务器通过如下步骤 201到 206来进行 通信:
步骤 201 , 接收呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中包含被呼叫的分机号码; 本实施例中呼叫请求是对企业内网中 POTS话机的呼叫, 则在呼叫请求中 包含企业内网中被呼叫的分机号码。
步骤 202, 根据呼叫请求中包含的被呼叫的分机号码, 及预置的用户标识 与分机号码的第一对应关系, 获取被呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识; 步骤 203, 根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获取被呼叫用 户标识对应的第一客户端信息; 步骤 204, 根据获取的第一客户端信息, 及预置的虚拟桌面系统中的客户 端标识信息与虚拟服务器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到第一客户端对应的第 一虚拟服务器的标识;
可以理解,在企业内网中部署着虚拟桌面系统,包括客户端和虚拟服务器, 其中虚拟服务器是用来执行应用的底层操作的,并向客户端提供执行应用的虚 拟桌面; 由客户端发送具体的操作指令来控制虚拟服务器进行应用的执行。
企业内每个用户的客户端在注册到虚拟服务器后,虚拟服务器会将用户标 识及其注册的客户端信息(比如客户端端口号, 客户端的设备标识等信息)发 送给 VoIP服务器; VoIP服务器则会将该客户端标识信息和虚拟服务器标识信息 的对应关系进行储存。 需要说明的是, 如果用户移动办公座位后, 当通过另一 个客户端登陆到虚拟服务器后,虚拟服务器会将该用户的用户标识及登陆虚拟 服务器的客户端信息发送给 VoIP服务器; VoIP服务器则将储存的第二对应关系 中与该用户标识相关的客户端信息更新为用户登陆虚拟服务器的客户端信息。
VoIP服务器可以通过将步骤 203中获得的客户端信息与第二对应关系进行 匹配得到虚拟服务器标识。
步骤 205 ,将呼叫请求发送给与步骤 203获取的第一客户端信息相应的第一 客户端,以便第一客户端将该呼叫请求对应的呼叫转接到与第一客户端所连接 的语音通信话机上, 比如 POTS话机;
步骤 206, 根据获取的第一虚拟服务器标识, 发送触发消息给相应的第一 虚拟服务器,该触发消息用于触发第一触发虚拟服务器向第一客户端提供与呼 叫请求有关的视频信息或短消息。
这里 VoIP服务器发送的触发消息中可以包含第一客户端信息,比如第一客 户端的设备标识,地址标识等信息; 在触发消息中还包含与呼叫请求相应呼叫 的信息, 比如呼叫连接后传输的视频信息、 语音信息等。 其中, 第一客户端信 息可以在呼叫请求中解析到;而与呼叫请求相应呼叫的信息可以是在呼叫建立 后, 从呼叫传输的业务数据中获取, 也可以根据呼叫请求获取到。
这样当第一虚拟服务器接收到触发消息后,就会向相应的第一客户端提供 视频信息, 也可以将与呼叫有关的信息通过短消息提供给相应的第一客户端, 从而实现了虚拟服务器与客户端传输数据业务信息。 可以理解, VoIP服务器在执行上述步骤 205和 206时并没有绝对的顺序关 系, 图 4中所示的只是一种具体的例子。 且通过上述步骤 201到 206, 使得语音 通信话机比如 POTS话机在接听呼叫的同时, VoIP服务器会发送触发消息给关 联的虚拟服务器及客户端一起工作, 使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机比如 POTS话机与客户端结合起来进行通信, 这样既能通过语音通信话机实现语音 业务, 也可以通过虚拟服务器和客户端实现数据业务。
参考图 5所示, 在另一个具体的实施例中, 本实施例中的通信方法是企业 网络系统中语音通信话机进行主动呼叫来实现语音业务通信时,需要触发与该 语音通信话机相关联的虚拟服务器和客户端来实现数据业务通信的方法,本实 施例中语音通信话机以 POTS话机为例说明, VoIP服务器通过如下步骤 301到 304来进行通信:
步骤 301 , VoIP服务器接收呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中包含与主动呼叫的 语音通信话机比如 POTS话机所连接的第二客户端信息;
本实施例中, 呼叫请求是企业内网中 POTS话机进行的主动呼叫, 则与主 动呼叫的 POTS话机所连接的第二客户端会发送呼叫请求给 VoIP服务器, 且在 呼叫请求中包含发送呼叫请求的第二客户端信息。
步骤 302, VoIP服务器根据呼叫请求中第二客户端信息, 及预置的虚拟桌 面系统中的客户端标识信息与虚拟服务器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到第二 客户端对应的第二虚拟服务器的标识;
这里预置的第二对应关系与上述步骤 204中的第二对应关系类同, 在此不 再赘述。
步骤 303 , VoIP服务器根据获取的第二虚拟服务器标识, 发送触发消息给 相应的第二虚拟服务器,该触发消息用于触发第二虚拟服务器向第二客户端提 供虚拟桌面, 请求第二客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息;
这里发送的触发消息中可以包含第二客户端信息,比如第二客户端的设备 标识, 地址标识等信息, 其中, 第二客户端信息可以从步骤 301中接收的呼叫 请求中解析到,而该触发消息请求触发第二客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息 具体是: 请求触发与主动呼叫的 POTS话机所连接的第二客户端发出数据业务 信息,则该触发消息所请求触发第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息即为 数据业务信息。
这样当第二虚拟服务器接收到触发消息后,就会向相应的第二客户端提供 虚拟桌面, 在虚拟桌面上显示要求提供本地视频信息或短消息。
且当第二客户端将本地视频信息或短消息通过虚拟桌面提供给第二虚拟 服务器后,由第二虚拟服务器将第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息发送 给 VoIP服务器。
步骤 304, VoIP服务器接收第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息, 则 将步骤 301中接收的呼叫请求及第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息转发 到呼叫对端,其中第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息是由第二虚拟服务 器发送的。
如果该呼叫请求是企业内网中的 POTS话机呼叫企业外网 (即 PSTN电话 网)的请求, 则 VoIP服务器会将第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息, 及 该呼叫请求转到企业外网中的呼叫对端; 如果该呼叫请求是企业内网的 POTS 话机之间的呼叫, 则 VoIP服务器会将与主动呼叫的 POTS话机所连接的第二客 户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息, 通过第二虚拟服务器转到与被呼叫的 POTS话机所连接的客户端,将该呼叫请求转到该客户端对应的被呼叫的 POTS 话机。
可以理解, 在本实施例中, 当企业内网中的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机 拨号呼叫时, VoIP服务器会发送触发消息给关联的虚拟服务器及客户端一起工 作, 使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机如 POTS话机与客户端结合起来进行通 信, 这样既能通过语音通信话机如 POTS话机实现语音业务, 也可以通过虚拟 服务器和客户端实现数据业务。
需要说明的是, 上述第一、 第二客户端, 及第一、 第二虚拟服务器并不代 表顺序的关系, 而是表示不同的客户端和不同的虚拟服务器。
参考图 6所示,在另一个具体的实施例中, VoIP服务器除了通过如图 3到图
5所示的流程进行通信外, 可以通过如下步骤 401到 403进行通信, 本实施例中 的通信方法是当企业网络系统的虚拟桌面系统中客户端与虚拟服务器进行数 据业务通信时,需要触发与该客户端相关联的语音通信话机进行语音业务的通 信方法, 本实施例中语音通信话机以 POTS话机为例说明: 步骤 401 , VoIP服务器接收虚拟桌面系统中虚拟服务器发送的触发请求, 该触发请求用于请求触发 VoIP服务器呼叫与该虚拟服务器对应的客户端所连 接的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机;
企业内网的虚拟桌面系统中包括虚拟服务器和客户端,其中虚拟服务器是 用来执行应用的底层操作, 并向客户端提供执行应用的虚拟桌面, 由客户端发 送具体的操作指令来控制虚拟服务器进行应用的执行。
用户可以通过显示器 /键盘 /鼠标操作客户端, 使得客户端与虚拟服务器之 间进行通信, 这样客户端可以通过虚拟服务器实现多个应用, 比如客户端与虚 拟服务器进行通信实现图片的处理等应用;且客户端还可以通过虚拟服务器与 另一客户端进行通信,比如企业内网中的客户端与企业外网的另一客户端进行 QQ视频或 QQ音频呼叫等通信业务, 企业内网中的两个客户端之间进行 QQ视 频或 QQ音频呼叫等通信业务, 如果在通信过程中有需要传输的音频信息, 比 如执行应用程序的背景音乐, QQ通信中另一客户端的语音信息等, 则虚拟桌 面系统中的虚拟服务器可以向企业内网中的 VoIP服务器发送触发请求,来呼叫 与该虚拟桌面系统中进行通信的客户端所连接的 POTS话机,使用 POTS话机来 传输音频信息。
这里接收的触发请求中包含客户端信息, 比如客户端的设备标识, 或地址 标识等, 其中触发请求中包含的是企业内网中的客户端,且该客户端当前正与 虚拟服务器进行通信进行音频信息的传输。
步骤 402, VoIP服务器根据触发请求中包含的客户端信息, 发送呼叫给相 应的客户端, 以便客户端将呼叫转接到与该客户端所连接的语音通信话机。
在触发请求中包含客户端信息, 则 VoIP 务器在发送呼叫时,是根据触发 请求中包含的客户端信息进行发送, 当客户端接收到呼叫后,将呼叫转接到与 该客户端所连接的语音通信话机,这样在语音通信话机摘机后就可以建立呼叫 通道, 可以通过该呼叫通道传输音频信息。
步骤 403、 VoIP服务器将虚拟桌面系统中虚拟服务器与客户端通信过程中 的音频信息, 通过步骤 402转接的呼叫的通道发送给语音通信话机比如 POTS 话机,并将该语音通信话机呼出的语音信息转发给连接该语音通信话机的客户 端对应的虚拟服务器。 具体地,对于客户端与虚拟服务器进行通信的音频信息, 比如执行应用程 序的背景音乐, QQ通信中另一客户端的语音信息等信息, 虚拟服务器会发送 给 VoIP服务器, 由 VoIP服务器转发给与该客户端所连接的 POTS话机。
如果虚拟桌面系统中的客户端通过虚拟服务器与另一客户端进行通信的 过程中有音频信息, 则用户可以通过 POTS话机呼出语音信息, 而与该 POTS话 机所连接的客户端会将该呼出的语音信息发送给 VoIP服务器;由 VoIP服务器根 据预置的虚拟桌面系统中的客户端标识信息与虚拟服务器标识信息的第二对 应关系, 查找到发送语音信息的客户端对应的虚拟服务器的标识, 并根据查找 到的虚拟服务器的标识, 将 POTS话机的语音信息发送给该虚拟服务器, 这样 虚拟服务器会将 POTS话机呼叫的语音信息发送给另一客户端。
这里预置的第二对应关系与上述步骤 204中的第二对应关系类同, 在此不 再赘述。
可以理解,在本实施例中, 当企业内网中客户端与虚拟服务器进行数据业 务通信时, VoIP服务器会接收虚拟服务器发送的触发请求, 并根据该触发请求 来呼叫与相应客户端所连接的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机一起工作, 比如通 过 POTS话机接收音频信息, 或通过 POTS话机的麦克风呼出, 使得企业网络系 统中 POTS话机与客户端结合起来进行通信。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信方法,本实施例中的通信方法是当企业网络 系统的虚拟桌面系统中客户端与虚拟服务器进行数据业务通信时,需要触发与 该客户端相关联的语音通信话机进行语音业务的通信方法, 适用于如图 2所示 的企业网络系统,该系统部属的虚拟桌面系统中虚拟服务器可以按照如下的步 骤进行通信, 本实施例中语音通信话机以 POTS话机为例说明, 流程图如图 7 所示, 包括:
步骤 501 , 接收客户端发送的消息指令;
在本实施例中的企业网络系统中部署着虚拟桌面系统,包括客户端和虚拟 服务器, 企业内每个用户通过显示器 /键盘 /鼠标操作客户端, 在客户端与虚拟 服务器进行通信之前, 客户端需要注册到虚拟服务器, 具体地, 客户端可以发 送用户注册请求给虚拟服务器, 且在用户注册请求中包含该用户的用户标识, 及注册的客户端的信息比如端口信息、标识信息等。 而虚拟服务器就会储存该 用户标识及注册的客户端的信息, 且还会将用户标识及客户端的信息发送给 VoIP 务器进行对应地储存。
这样用户可以通过客户端向虚拟服务器发送消息指令,使得客户端与虚拟 服务器进行通信,这样客户端可以通过虚拟服务器实现多个应用, 比如客户端 与虚拟服务器进行通信实现图片的处理等应用;且客户端还可以通过虚拟服务 器与另一客户端进行通信 ,比如企业内网中的客户端与企业外网的另一客户端 进行 QQ视频或 QQ音频呼叫等通信业务, 企业内网中的两个客户端之间进行 QQ视频或 QQ音频呼叫等通信业务。
步骤 502, 当有音频信息要传输, 发送触发请求给企业内网中的 VoIP服务 器,该触发请求用于请求触发 VoIP服务器呼叫与虚拟服务器对应的客户端所连 接的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机。
如果在客户端与虚拟服务器的通信过程中有需要传输的音频信息,比如执 行应用程序的背景音乐, QQ通信中另一客户端的音频信息等, 则虚拟桌面系 统中的虚拟服务器发送触发请求, 这样当 VoIP服务器接收到该触发请求后, 其 实现方式与上述步骤 401到 403的实现方式类同, 在此不进行赞述。
作为一种可选的实现方式, 图 7所述的实施例的实现方式可以和上述图 3 至图 5所示的实现方式相结合, 在分机号码与用户标识关联的同时实现形式多 样的通信方式。
可见在本实施例中, 当企业内网中客户端与虚拟服务器进行通信时,如果 有音频信息要传输, 则该虚拟服务器会发送触发请求给 VoIP服务器, 来呼叫与 相应该虚拟桌面系统中客户端所连接的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机一起工 作, 比如通过 POTS话机接收音频信息, 或通过 POTS话机的麦克风呼出, 使得 企业网络系统中语音通信话机比如 POTS话机与客户端结合起来进行通信。
参考图 8所示,在一个具体的实施例中,虚拟服务器还可以执行如下步骤, 本实施例中的通信方法是企业网络系统中语音通信话机进行主动呼叫,或对企 业网络系统中语音通信话机进行呼叫来实现语音业务通信时,需要触发与该语 音通信话机相关联的虚拟服务器和客户端来实现数据业务通信的方法,本实施 例中语音通信话机以 POTS话机为例说明:
步骤 503, 接收 VoIP服务器发送的触发消息; 可以理解, 当 VoIP服务器接收到呼叫请求后, 如果呼叫请求中包含企业内 网中在转接呼叫的过程, VoIP服务器会向虚拟服务器发送触发消息, 如果 VoIP 服务器接收的呼叫请求是对企业内网中的 POTS话机的呼叫, 则 VoIP服务器发 送的触发消息是用来触发虚拟服务器向客户端提供与呼叫有关的视频信息或 短消息, 且这种情况下, 触发消息中包含客户端信息, 及呼叫请求相应呼叫的 信息, 则虚拟服务器执行步骤 504;
如果 VoIP服务器接收的呼叫请求的主动呼叫是企业内网中的 POTS话机, 则 VoIP服务器发送的触发消息是用来触发虚拟服务器向客户端提供虚拟桌面, 并在虚拟桌面上显示请求客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息, 且这种情况下, 触发消息中包含客户端信息, 则虚拟服务器执行步骤 505。
步骤 504, 向客户端提供与呼叫请求相关的视频信息或短消息。
虚拟服务器会向触发消息中包含的客户端信息相应的客户端提供视频信 息, 也可以将与呼叫有关的信息通过短消息提供给相应的客户端。
步骤 505, 向客户端提供虚拟桌面, 请求客户端提供本地视频信息或短消 息, 并将客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息发送给 VoIP服务器。
可以理解, VoIP服务器在接收到本地视频信息或短消息后, 与呼叫请求一 同转发到该呼叫请求呼叫的对端。
作为一种可选的实现方式, 图 8所述的实施例的实现方式可以和上述图 3 至图 5所示的实现方式相结合, 在分机号码与用户标识关联的同时实现形式多 样的通信方式。
可见在本实施例中, 当企业内网中的语音通信话机比如 POTS话机拨号呼 叫或接听呼叫时, VoIP服务器会发送触发消息给关联的虚拟服务器及客户端一 起工作, 使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机 POTS话机与客户端结合起来进行 通信, 这样既能通过语音通信话机实现语音业务,也可以通过虚拟服务器和客 户端实现数据业务。
本发明实施例还提供一种瘦客户端, 结构示意图如图 9所示, 包括显示屏 (在图中没有画出)、 与鼠标和键盘所连接的接口、 与语音通信话机比如传统 电话业务 POTS话机所连接的电话线接口 1 ,及呼叫单元 10和转发单元 11 ,其中: 显示屏是用来显示虚拟服务器提供的虚拟桌面;且可以通过与鼠标和键盘 所连接的接口来接收用户通过鼠标和键盘操作的指令;
呼叫单元 10, 用于接收 VoIP服务器发送的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求是所述 VoIP服务器根据呼叫请求对应呼叫的被叫分机号码与客户端的对应关系确定 所述瘦客户端后发送的;
转发单元 11 , 用于根据所述呼叫单元 10接收的呼叫请求, 通过所述电话线 接口 1将所述呼叫请求转接到与该瘦客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话 机;或将所述瘦客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能话机的呼叫转接到 VoIP服务 器。
在一个具体的实施例中, 瘦客户端还可以包括: 接收触发单元 12, 用于接 收虚拟桌面系统中虚拟服务器发送的虚拟桌面,所述虚拟桌面显示请求提供本 地视频信息或短消息, 并将本地视频信息或短消息发送给虚拟服务器。
本实施例的瘦客户端可以通过电话线接口 1连接语音通信话机, 并通过呼 叫转发单元 11转发语音通信话机与 PSTN电网之间的通信, 其中语音通信话机 可以是 POTS话机,由于 POTS话机比较广泛应用,可以不使用昂贵的 VoIP话机。
且当与本实施例的瘦客户端所连接的语音通信话机发起呼叫时, VoIP服务 器在接收到该语音通信话机的呼叫请求时,会发送触发消息给虚拟服务器来向 该瘦客户端提供虚拟桌面,当接收触发单元 12接收到虚拟服务器发送的虚拟桌 面进行显示, 这样用户可以通过鼠标和键盘来操作瘦客户端, 并向虚拟服务器 提供本地视频信息或短消息,使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机与客户端结合 起来进行通信。
本发明实施例还提供一种基于网络协议的语音 VoIP服务器,结构示意图如 图 10所示, 包括:
呼叫接收单元 20, 用于接收呼叫请求;
用户信息获得单元 21 ,用于若呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求中包含被呼 叫的分机号码,则根据所述呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求中的被呼叫的分机 号码,及预置的用户标识与分机号码的第一对应关系,得到所述被呼叫的分机 号码对应的被呼叫用户标识;
客户端获得单元 22, 用于根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获取所述用户信息获得单元 21获得的被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息; 呼叫发送单元 23 ,用于将所述呼叫请求发送给客户端获得单元 22获得的第 一客户端信息对应的第一客户端,以便所述第一客户端将该呼叫请求对应的呼 叫转接到与所述第一客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机上。
本实施例的服务器中预置用户标识与分机号码的第一对应关系,当呼叫接 收单元 20接收到呼叫请求后,如果呼叫请求中包含被呼叫的分机号码, 则用户 信息获得单元 21根据其中包含的被呼叫的分机号码及预置的第一对应关系,得 到被呼叫用户标识;并由呼叫发送单元 23根据客户端获得单元 22获得的被呼叫 用户标识对应的第一客户端信息,将呼叫请求发送给该呼叫用户标识对应的第 一客户端,这样第一客户端就可以将呼叫转到与第一客户端所连接的语音通信 话机上。本实施例中企业内网的语音通信话机分机号码并不是固定于办公座位 上, 而是随着用户的不同而不同, 这样用户在移动办公座位时, 虽然该用户使 用的语音通信话机改变,但是分机号码没有变化,解决了现有技术中分机号码 与办公座位关联所带来了使用不方便的问题。
参考图 11所示, 在一个具体的实施例中, 本发明实施例的 VoIP服务器除了 包括如图 10所示的结构外, 还可以包括: 第一虚拟服务器获得单元 24、 第一触 发发送单元 25、 信息接收单元 26、 分配储存单元 27和更新单元 28, 其中: 第一虚拟服务器获得单元 24,用于根据所述客户端获得单元 22获得的第一 客户端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中客户端标识信息与虚拟服务器标识信息 的第二对应关系, 得到所述获得的第一客户端对应的第一虚拟服务器的标识; 第一触发发送单元 25,用于根据所述第一虚拟服务器获得单元 24获取的第 一虚拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给相应的第一虚拟服务器, 并通知所述呼 叫发送单元 23将呼叫请求发送给相应的第一客户端;
该触发消息用于触发所述第一虚拟服务器向所述第一客户端提供与所述 呼叫请求有关的视频信息或短消息;
信息接收单元 26,用于接收虚拟桌面系统中的第一虚拟服务器发送的用户 标识和第一客户端信息,所述用户标识和第一客户端信息是在所述第一虚拟服 务器接收到相应第一客户端发送的用户注册请求中包含的;
分配储存单元 27,用于为所述用户接收单元 26接收的用户标识分配一个分 机号码, 并存储所述接收的用户标识与分配的分机号码的第一对应关系,且存 储所述接收的用户标识与第一客户端信息的对应关系;
更新单元 28,用于接收到所述第一虚拟服务器发送的登录所述第一虚拟服 务器的客户端信息和用户标识,将所述分配储存单元 27储存的用户标识与客户 端信息的对应关系中,与登录所述第一虚拟服务器的用户标识对应的第一客户 端信息更新为登录所述第一虚拟服务器的客户端信息。
本实施例的服务器中,呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求中包含的呼叫的分 机号码为企业内网中被呼叫的分机号码;
当客户端获得单元 22获得第一客户端信息之后 ,第一虚拟服务器获得单元 24获得第一客户端对应的第一虚拟服务器的标识,则第一触发发送单元 25发送 触发消息,触发第一虚拟服务器向第一客户端提供与呼叫请求有关的视频信息 或短消息, 并通知呼叫发送单元 23将呼叫请求发送给相应第一的客户端。这样 通过服务器的各个单元之间按照图 4所示流程进行通信, 当企业内网中的语音 通信话机接听呼叫时,本实施例的 VoIP服务器会发送触发消息给关联的虚拟服 务器及客户端一起工作,使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机与客户端结合起来 进行通信。
且本实施例的服务器中预置的第一对应关系是在信息接收单元 26接收到 用户标识和第一客户端信息后,由分配储存单元 27为接收的用户标识分配对应 的分机号码, 并将第一对应关系进行储存,且将该用户标识与第一客户端信息 的对应关系储存。
需要说明的是,当更新单元 28接收到登录第一虚拟服务器的用户标识和客 户端信息后, 发现分配储存单元 27储存的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系 中, 该登录第一虚拟服务器的用户标识对应的第一客户端信息, 与更新单元 28 接收的登录第一虚拟服务器的客户端信息不一致,则更新单元 28还会将第一虚 拟服务器中已经储存用户标识与客户端信息的对关系中,与该登录第一虚拟服 务器的用户标识对应的第一客户端信息更新为更新单元 28接收的登录虚拟服 务器的客户端信息。
参考图 12所示, 在另一个具体的实施例中, VoIP服务器除了包括如图 10 所示的结构外, 还可以包括: 第二虚拟服务器获得单元 29、 第二触发发送单元 30、 呼叫信息转发单元 31、 信息接收单元 26、 分配储存单元 27和更新单元 28, 其中:
第二虚拟服务器获得单元 29,用于若所述呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求 中包含与主动呼叫的语音通信话机所连接的第二客户端信息,根据所述呼叫请 求中包含的第二客户端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中的客户端标识信息与虚 拟服务器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到所述第二客户端对应的第二虚拟服务 器的标识;
第二触发发送单元 30,用于根据所述第二虚拟服务器获得单元 29获得的第 二虚拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给相应的第二虚拟服务器, 所述触发消息 用于触发所述第二虚拟服务器向所述第二客户端提供虚拟桌面,请求所述第二 客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息;
所述呼叫信息转发单元 31 ,用于将所述呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求及 所述第二虚拟服务器返回的第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息转发到 呼叫对端。
本实施例的服务器中,呼叫接收单元 20接收的呼叫请求中包含与主动呼叫 的语音通信话机所连接的第二客户端信息;
则第二虚拟服务器获得单元 29获得第二客户端对应的第二虚拟服务器的 标识, 则第二触发发送单元 30发送触发消息,触发第二虚拟服务器向所述第二 客户端提供虚拟桌面,请求所述第二客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息; 当该 第二虚拟服务器返回第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息,则呼叫信息转 发单元 31会将呼叫请求和该第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息进行转 发。
这样通过服务器的各个单元之间按照图 5所示流程, 当企业内网中的语音 通信话机比如 POTS话机拨号呼叫时, 本实施例的 VoIP服务器会发送触发消息 给关联的虚拟服务器及客户端一起工作,使得企业网络系统中语音通信话机与 客户端结合起来进行通信。
且本实施例中信息接收单元 26、 分配储存单元 27和更新单元 28之间的结 构, 与图 11所述的服务器中信息接收单元 26、 分配储存单元 27和更新单元 28 的结构类同, 在此不进行赘述。
参考图 13所示, 在另一个具体的实施例中, VoIP服务器除了包括如图 10 所示的结构外, 还可以包括: 触发接收单元 32, 触发呼叫单元 33和语音信息转 发单元 34, 其中:
触发接收单元 32 ,用于接收所述虚拟桌面系统中虚拟服务器发送的触发请 求,该触发请求用于请求触发 VoIP服务器呼叫与所述虚拟服务器对应的客户端 所连接的语音通信话机;
可以理解, 该触发请求中可以包括需要触发的语音通信话机比如 POTS话 机所连接的客户端信息,
触发呼叫单元 33, 用于根据所述触发接收单元 32接收的触发请求,发送呼 叫给相应的客户端,以便客户端将呼叫转接到与该客户端所连接的 POTS话机; 语音信息转发单元 34,用于将所述虚拟服务器与客户端通信的语音信息发 送给所述呼叫的语音通信话机,并将所述语音通信话机的语音信息转发给连接 该语音通信话机的客户端对应的虚拟服务器。
这样通过 VoIP服务器的各个单元之间按照图 6所示流程, 当企业内网中客 户端与虚拟服务器进行通信时,触发呼叫单元 33会根据触发接收单元 32接收的 触发消息, 触发 VoIP服务器呼叫与相应客户端所连接的语音通信话机一起工 作, 比如接收音频信息, 或通过语音通信话机的麦克风呼出, 使得企业网络系 统中语音通信话机与客户端结合起来进行通信。
本发明实施例还提供一种如图 1所示的通信的系统, 包括: 基于网络协议 的语音 VoIP服务器、虚拟服务器和至少一个客户端,客户端分别与基于网络协 议的语音 VoIP服务器和虚拟服务器连接,且所述客户端通过电话线接口与具有 语音通信功能的话机连接, 本实施例中以与传统电话业务 POTS话机连接为例 说明, 其中:
客户端主要用于接收所述 VoIP服务器发送的呼叫请求,通过电话线接口将 所述呼叫请求对应呼叫转接到与该客户端所连接的 POTS话机; 并将所述客户 端所连接的 POTS话机的呼叫转接到所述 VoIP服务器, 该客户端可以是如图 9 所示的瘦客户端。
而 VoIP服务器主要用于接收呼叫请求,所述呼叫请求中包含被呼叫的分机 号码, 则根据呼叫请求中的被呼叫的分机号码,及预置的用户标识与分机号码 的第一对应关系,得到所述被呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识; 并根据 预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系,获取所述用户信息获得单元获得的 被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息;将所述呼叫请求发送给所述客户端获 得单元获得的第一客户端信息对应的第一客户端。该 VoIP服务器的结构可以参 考图 10所示的 VoIP服务器。
在一个具体的实施例中, 通信系统中的 VoIP服务器的结构还可以如图 11 到 13任一个所示的 VoIP服务器。
本实施例的通信系统的客户端、服务器和客户端之间按照如图 3到图 8所示 流程图的方法进行通信。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读 存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器( ROM )、随机存取存储器( RAM )、 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的通信的方法、系统和装置,进行了详细介绍, 本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的 说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本领域的一般 技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收呼叫请求; 所述呼叫请求中包含被呼叫的分机号码, 则根据所述被呼 叫的分机号码, 以及预置的用户标识与分机号码的第一对应关系, 获取所述被 呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识;
根据预先设置的用户标识与客户端的对应关系,获取所述被呼叫用户标识 对应的第一客户端信息,将所述呼叫请求发送给第一客户端, 以使所述第一客 户端将所述呼叫请求对应的呼叫转接到与所述第一客户端所连接的具有语音 通信功能的话机上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收呼叫请求之前还包 括:
接收虚拟桌面系统中的第一虚拟服务器发送的用户标识和第一客户端信 息,所述用户标识和第一客户端信息是在所述虚拟服务器接收到所述第一客户 端发送的用户注册请求中包含的;
为所述接收的用户标识分配一个分机号码,并存储所述接收的用户标识与 分配的分机号码的第一对应关系,以及存储所述用户标识与第一客户端信息的 对应关系。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述第一虚拟服务器发送的登录所述第一虚拟服务器的客户端信息 和用户标识,将所述用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系中, 与登录所述第一虚 拟服务器的用户标识对应的第一客户端信息更新为登录所述第一虚拟服务器 的客户端信息。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述客户端是虚拟 桌面系统的瘦客户端, 是通过电话接口与具有语音通信功能的话机连接的。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述获取所述被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息之后还包括: 根据所述获取的第一客户端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中的客户端标识 信息与虚拟服务器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到所述获取的第一客户端对应 的第一虚拟服务器的标识; 根据所述获取的第一虚拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给所述第一虚拟服 务器,所述触发消息用于触发所述第一虚拟服务器向所述第一客户端提供与所 述呼叫请求有关的视频信息或短消息。
6、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述接收的呼叫 请求中包含与主动呼叫的语音通信话机所连接的第二客户端信息,则所述方法 还包括:
根据所述呼叫请求中包含的第二客户端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中的 客户端标识信息与虚拟服务器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到所述第二客户端 对应的第二虚拟服务器的标识;
根据所述获取的第二虚拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给所述第二虚拟服 务器,所述触发消息用于触发所述第二虚拟服务器向所述第二客户端提供虚拟 桌面, 请求所述第二客户端提供本地视频信息或短消息;
将所述呼叫请求及所述第二虚拟服务器返回的视频信息或短消息转发到 呼叫对端。
7、 一种瘦客户端, 包括显示屏、 与鼠标、 键盘所连接的接口, 其特征在 于, 所述瘦客户端还包括: 与语音通信话机所连接的电话线接口, 及呼叫单元 和转发单元, 其中:
所述呼叫单元, 用于接收基于网络协议的语音 VoIP服务器发送的呼叫请 求,所述呼叫请求是所述 VoIP服务器根据所述呼叫请求对应呼叫的被叫分机号 码与客户端的对应关系确定所述瘦客户端后发送的;
所述转发单元, 用于根据所述呼叫单元接收的呼叫请求,通过所述电话线 接口将所述呼叫请求转接到与该瘦客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机; 或将所述瘦客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能话机的呼叫转接到所述 VoIP服 务器。
8、 一种基于网络协议的语音 VoIP服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
呼叫接收单元, 用于接收呼叫请求;
用户信息获得单元,用于所述呼叫接收单元接收的呼叫请求中包含被呼叫 的分机号码, 则根据呼叫请求中的被呼叫的分机号码,及预置的用户标识与分 机号码的第一对应关系, 得到所述被呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识; 客户端获得单元,用于根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获 取所述用户信息获得单元获得的被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息; 呼叫发送单元,用于将所述呼叫请求发送给所述客户端获得单元获得的第 一客户端信息对应的第一客户端,以便所述第一客户端将该呼叫请求对应的呼 叫转接到与所述第一客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机上。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的 VoIP服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
信息接收单元,用于接收虚拟桌面系统中的第一虚拟服务器发送的用户标 识和第一客户端信息,所述用户标识和第一客户端信息是在所述第一虚拟服务 器接收到相应第一客户端发送的用户注册请求中包含的;
分配储存单元,用于为所述用户接收单元接收的用户标识分配一个分机号 码, 并存储所述接收的用户标识与分配的分级号码的第一对应关系,且存储所 述接收的用户标识与第一客户端信息的对应关系。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 VoIP服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
更新单元,用于接收所述第一虚拟服务器发送的登录所述第一虚拟服务器 的客户端信息和用户标识,将所述分配储存单元储存的用户标识与客户端信息 的对应关系中,与登录所述第一虚拟服务器的用户标识对应的第一客户端信息 更新为登录所述第一虚拟服务器的客户端信息。
11、 如权利要求 8至 10任一项所述的 VoIP服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一虚拟服务器获得单元,用于根据所述客户端获得单元获得的第一客户 端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中客户端的标识信息与虚拟服务器的标识信息 的第二对应关系, 得到所述获得的第一客户端对应的第一虚拟服务器的标识; 第一触发发送单元,用于根据所述第一虚拟服务器获得单元获取的第一虚 拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给相应的第一虚拟服务器, 并通知所述呼叫发 送单元将呼叫请求发送给相应的第一客户端;所述触发消息用于触发所述第一 虚拟服务器向所述第一客户端提供与所述呼叫请求有关的视频信息或短消息。
12、 如权利要求 8至 10任一项所述的 VoIP服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二虚拟服务器获得单元,用于所述呼叫接收单元接收的呼叫请求中包含 与主动呼叫的语音通信话机所连接的第二客户端信息,根据所述呼叫请求中包 含的第二客户端信息,及预置的虚拟桌面系统中的客户端标识信息与虚拟服务 器标识信息的第二对应关系,得到所述第二客户端对应的第二虚拟服务器的标 识;
第二触发发送单元,用于根据所述第二虚拟服务器获得单元获得的第二虚 拟服务器的标识,发送触发消息给相应的第二虚拟服务器, 所述触发消息用于 触发所述第二虚拟服务器向所述第二客户端提供虚拟桌面,请求所述第二客户 端提供本地视频信息或短消息;
所述呼叫信息转发单元,用于将所述呼叫请求及所述第二虚拟服务器返回 的第二客户端提供的本地视频信息或短消息转发到呼叫对端。
13、一种通信系统,其特征在于, 包括:基于网络协议的语音 VoIP服务器、 虚拟服务器和至少一个客户端, 所述客户端分别与所述基于网络协议的语音
VoIP服务器和虚拟服务器连接,且所述客户端通过电话线接口与具有语音通信 功能的话机连接连接, 其中:
所述客户端, 用于接收所述 VoIP服务器发送的呼叫请求, 通过电话线接 口将所述呼叫请求对应呼叫转接到与该客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的 话机; 并将所述客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机的呼叫转接到所述 VoIP服务器;
所述基于网络协议的语音 VoIP服务器, 用于接收呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请 求中包含被呼叫的分机号码, 则根据呼叫请求中的被呼叫的分机号码,及预置 的用户标识与分机号码的第一对应关系,得到所述被呼叫的分机号码对应的被 呼叫用户标识; 并根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获取所述用 户信息获得单元获得的被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息;将所述呼叫请 求发送给所述客户端获得单元获得的第一客户端信息对应的第一客户端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述 VoIP服务器包括: 呼叫接收单元, 用于接收呼叫请求;
用户信息获得单元,用于所述呼叫接收单元接收的呼叫请求中包含被呼叫 的分机号码, 则根据呼叫请求中的被呼叫的分机号码,及预置的用户标识与分 机号码的第一对应关系, 得到所述被呼叫的分机号码对应的被呼叫用户标识; 客户端获得单元,用于根据预置的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关系, 获 取所述用户信息获得单元获得的被呼叫用户标识对应的第一客户端信息; 呼叫发送单元,用于将所述呼叫请求发送给所述客户端获得单元获得的第 一客户端信息对应的第一客户端,以便所述第一客户端将该呼叫请求对应的呼 叫转接到与所述第一客户端所连接的具有语音通信功能的话机上。
15、 如权利要求 13或 14所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述 VoIP服务器还 包括:
信息接收单元,用于接收虚拟桌面系统中的虚拟服务器发送的用户标识和 第一客户端信息,所述用户标识和第一客户端信息是在所述虚拟服务器接收到 相应第一客户端发送的用户注册请求中包含的;
分配储存单元,用于为所述用户接收单元接收的用户标识分配一个语音通 信话机的分机号码,并存储所述接收的用户标识与分配的分级号码的第一对应 关系, 且存储所述接收的用户标识与第一客户端信息的对应关系。
16、 如权利要求 13至 15任一项所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述 VoIP 服务器还包括:
更新单元,用于接收所述虚拟服务器发送的登录所述虚拟服务器的客户端 信息和用户标识,将所述分配储存单元储存的用户标识与客户端信息的对应关 系中,与登录所述虚拟服务器的用户标识对应的第一客户端信息更新为登录所 述虚拟服务器的客户端信息。
