Claims (9)
- 一种柔性支撑轴,用以安装于第一物件上以柔性支撑一相对于所述第一物件运动的第二物件,其特征在于:所述柔性支撑轴包括用于安装于所述第一物件上的第一连接法兰、一端安装于所述第一连接法兰上的压缩弹簧、供所述压缩弹簧嵌入其内以改变压缩弹簧弹性的弹性体及安装于所述压缩弹簧的另一端上以支撑所述第二物件的第二连接法兰。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧是由弹簧丝卷绕而成的圆筒,所述弹簧丝的横截面为圆。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧的相邻两圈弹簧丝的间距由所述压缩弹簧的中部朝向所述压缩弹簧的相对两端部呈密-疏-密排布。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述压缩弹簧相对两端的弹簧丝上且沿所述压缩弹簧的轴线开设有若干安装孔,所述第一连接法兰开设有若干第一固定孔,所述第二连接法兰开设有若干第二固定孔,所述第一固定孔和第二固定孔分别与相应的安装孔对应。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述弹性体的横截面为圆环面,所述弹性体包括位于所述压缩弹簧中段的中间段及位于所述中间段相对两侧的第一段和第二段,所述第一段和第二段的厚度小于所述中间段的厚度。
- 如权利要求5所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述中间段的外表面凸出于所述第一段和第二段的外表面形成一挡水圈。
- 如权利要求5所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述弹性体的中间段的内表面或/和外表面挖设有未穿透所述中间段的凹陷。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述弹性体与所述压缩弹簧是一体成型的。
- 如权利要求8所述的柔性支撑轴,其特征在于:所述弹性体与所述压缩弹簧是通过注塑成型或热压或浇铸成型。
