防风命骨架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日常使用的伞具结构,尤其涉及一种防风伞的伞骨结构 改进。 背景技术

本实用新型解决上述技术问题釆用的技术方案是, 设计制造一种防风伞骨 架, 包括: 支撑伞面的主骨、 支撑骨以及连接该主骨和支撑骨的连接杆; 所述 主骨中部固设有中碟, 所述支撑骨外端部固设有支撑骨接头。
所述连接杆一端铰接于所述主骨的中碟处, 另一端与所述支撑骨接头一体 成型, 该支撑骨接头与连接杆相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段, 该软质塑胶 段的外侧沿径向设有凸条, 以使其在开伞时只会朝反向折叠。
所述中碟包括主骨卡接部和固设于该主骨卡接部底部一端的卡钩; 所述主 骨卡接部顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨的卡槽, 该卡槽的开口宽度稍小于所述主 骨的直径, 所述主骨挤入并紧卡在所述卡槽内, 所述连接杆端部设有可供所述 卡钩穿过的通孔。

以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
如图 1和图 1所示, 本实用新型的防风伞骨架包括: 主骨 1、 支撑骨 2以及 连接杆 3 , 所述主骨 1用于支撑伞面, 支撑骨 2用于支撑主骨 1, 而连接杆 3则 连接该支撑骨 2的外端部和主骨 1。 其中, 所述主骨 1中部固设有中碟 5, 所述 支撑骨 2外端部固设有支撑骨接头 6。本实用新型的特别之处在于: 所述连接杆 3—端铰接于所述主骨 1的中碟 5处, 另一端与所述支撑骨接头 6—体成型, 如 图 5所示, 该支撑骨接头 6与连接杆 3相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段 31, 因此这种一体成型的结构无需打铆钉, 组装简单方便、 成本低, 而且强度高、 牢固可靠。 另外, 该软质塑胶段 31的外侧沿径向设有凸条 34, 此结构可保证开 伞时连接杆 3的软质塑胶段 31径向外移使得连接杆 3反向折叠而不会朝相反的 内侧方向弯折, 使用起来更加可靠。
所述连接杆 3与主骨 1中碟 5的铰接方式可釆用以下两种:
实施例一、 如图 3所示, 所述中碟 5包括主骨卡接部 51和固设于该主骨卡 接部 5 1底部的卡钩 52。 所述主骨卡接部 51顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨 1的卡 槽 5 3, 该卡槽 5 3的开口宽度稍小于所述主骨 1的直径。 所述卡钩 52设置在主 骨卡接部 5 1底部的一端, 所述连接杆 3端部则设有可供所述卡钩 52 穿过的通 孔 32。 组装时, 先将卡钩 52穿过连接杆 3端部的通孔 32, 再将所述主骨 1挤 入并紧卡在所述卡槽 5 3内即可实现连接杆 3与主骨 1的铰接,同样无需打铆钉, 非常简单方便, 此时, 卡钩 52的端部贴近主骨 1 , 使得连接杆 3无法脱出。
实施例二、 如图 4所示, 中碟 5 与连接杆 3采用传统的打铆钉方式铰接在 一起。
如图 5所示, 所述连接杆 3在朝向所述主骨 1的一侧设有承托凹位 33, 在 平时的开伞和收伞状态, 如图 1所示, 所述主骨 1置于该承托凹位 33上, 由此 可增加主骨 1的位置稳定性, 且可减小收伞体积。 而在受到大风吹袭的情况下, 如图 2所示, 所述主骨 1 可能会被伞面掀动而外翻, 但此时, 所述连接杆 3与 主骨 1 连接处的角度也会相应转动且位置上移, 由此可大大缓冲了两者连接处 的受力, 增加伞骨的使用寿命。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实用 新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本 实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、 一种防风伞骨架, 包括: 支撑伞面的主骨 (1)、 支撑骨 (2) 以及连接 该主骨( 1 )和支撑骨 ( 2 )的连接杆( 3 ); 所述主骨( 1 ) 中部固设有中碟( 5 ), 所述支撑骨 (2 ) 外端部固设有支撑骨接头(6); 其特征在于:
所述连接杆(3) —端铰接于所述主骨 (1 ) 的中碟(5 )处, 另一端与所述 支撑骨接头 (6) —体成型, 该支撑骨接头(6) 与连接杆(3)相连处为具有柔 韧性的软质塑胶段(31), 该软质塑胶段(31 ) 的外侧沿径向设有凸条(34)。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的防风伞骨架, 其特征在于: 所述中碟(5 )包括 主骨卡接部 (51 )和固设于该主骨卡接部 (51 )底部一端的卡钩 (52); 所述主 骨卡接部 (51 ) 顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨 U ) 的卡槽 (53), 该卡槽 (53) 的开口宽度稍小于所述主骨 (1 ) 的直径, 所述主骨 U )挤入并紧卡在所述卡 槽 (53) 内, 所述连接杆(3) —端设有可供所述卡钩 (52) 穿过的通孔 (32)。
