Abstract

一种防风伞骨架，包括：支撑伞面的主骨（1）、支撑骨（2）以及连接该主骨（1）和支撑骨（2）的连接杆（3）；所述主骨（1）中部固设有中碟（5），所述支撑骨（2）外端部固设有支撑骨接头（6）；所述连接杆（3）一端铰接于所述主骨（1）的中碟（5）处，另一端与所述支撑骨接头（6）一体成型，该支撑骨接头（6）与连接杆（3）相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段（31），该软质塑胶段（31）的外侧沿径向设有凸条（34）。本实用新型的防风伞骨架组装简单方便、牢固、强度高，而且能降低成本。

防风伞骨架
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日常使用的伞具结构，尤其涉及一种防风伞的伞骨结构改进。
背景技术
现有的大多数晴雨伞，其支撑骨是直接铰接于支撑伞面的主骨的中碟处的，这种结构的伞骨在遇到大风天气时很容易会造成伞骨因外翻而被折断或者接头处损坏的问题，为此，现有技术中出现了一种防风的伞骨架，是通过一根短的连接杆连接主骨的中碟和支撑骨，在遇到大风天气时，主骨向外翻起时，该连接杆会随之撑起，由此大大缓冲了主骨中碟连接处的受力，增加了伞骨的使用寿命。但是现有的这种防风伞骨，其连接杆分别与主骨和支撑骨相接的两端是通过打铆钉来连接的，这样组装起来工序较多，成本也较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种组装简单、成本低且强度高的防风伞骨架。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是，设计制造一种防风伞骨架，包括：支撑伞面的主骨、支撑骨以及连接该主骨和支撑骨的连接杆；所述主骨中部固设有中碟，所述支撑骨外端部固设有支撑骨接头。
所述连接杆一端铰接于所述主骨的中碟处，另一端与所述支撑骨接头一体成型，该支撑骨接头与连接杆相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段，该软质塑胶段的外侧沿径向设有凸条，以使其在开伞时只会朝反向折叠。
所述中碟包括主骨卡接部和固设于该主骨卡接部底部一端的卡钩；所述主骨卡接部顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨的卡槽，该卡槽的开口宽度稍小于所述主骨的直径，所述主骨挤入并紧卡在所述卡槽内，所述连接杆端部设有可供所述卡钩穿过的通孔。 
所述连接杆与中碟通过铆钉铰接在一起。
所述连接杆在朝向所述主骨的一侧设有承托凹位。 
同现有技术相比较，本实用新型的防风伞骨架，其连接杆和支撑骨是通过具有柔韧性的软质塑胶一体连接的，因此组装比较简单方便，而且牢固、强度高，还能降低成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的防风伞骨架包括：主骨1、支撑骨2以及连接杆3，所述主骨1用于支撑伞面，支撑骨2用于支撑主骨1，而连接杆3则连接该支撑骨2的外端部和主骨1。其中，所述主骨1中部固设有中碟5，所述支撑骨2外端部固设有支撑骨接头6。本实用新型的特别之处在于：所述连接杆3一端铰接于所述主骨1的中碟5处，另一端与所述支撑骨接头6一体成型，如图5所示，该支撑骨接头6与连接杆3相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段31，因此这种一体成型的结构无需打铆钉，组装简单方便、成本低，而且强度高、牢固可靠。另外，该软质塑胶段31的外侧沿径向设有凸条34，此结构可保证开伞时连接杆3的软质塑胶段31径向外移使得连接杆3反向折叠而不会朝相反的内侧方向弯折，使用起来更加可靠。
所述连接杆3与主骨1中碟5的铰接方式可采用以下两种：
实施例一、如图3所示，所述中碟5包括主骨卡接部51和固设于该主骨卡接部51底部的卡钩52。所述主骨卡接部51顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨1的卡槽53，该卡槽53的开口宽度稍小于所述主骨1的直径。所述卡钩52设置在主骨卡接部51底部的一端，所述连接杆3端部则设有可供所述卡钩52穿过的通孔32。组装时，先将卡钩52穿过连接杆3端部的通孔32，再将所述主骨1挤入并紧卡在所述卡槽53内即可实现连接杆3与主骨1的铰接，同样无需打铆钉，非常简单方便，此时，卡钩52的端部贴近主骨1，使得连接杆3无法脱出。
实施例二、如图4所示，中碟5与连接杆3采用传统的打铆钉方式铰接在一起。
如图5所示，所述连接杆3在朝向所述主骨1的一侧设有承托凹位33，在平时的开伞和收伞状态，如图1所示，所述主骨1置于该承托凹位33上，由此可增加主骨1的位置稳定性，且可减小收伞体积。而在受到大风吹袭的情况下，如图2所示，所述主骨1可能会被伞面掀动而外翻，但此时，所述连接杆3与主骨1连接处的角度也会相应转动且位置上移，由此可大大缓冲了两者连接处的受力，增加伞骨的使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种防风伞骨架，包括：支撑伞面的主骨（1）、支撑骨（2）以及连接该主骨（1）和支撑骨（2）的连接杆（3）；所述主骨（1）中部固设有中碟（5），所述支撑骨（2）外端部固设有支撑骨接头（6）；其特征在于：
所述连接杆（3）一端铰接于所述主骨（1）的中碟（5）处，另一端与所述支撑骨接头（6）一体成型，该支撑骨接头（6）与连接杆（3）相连处为具有柔韧性的软质塑胶段（31），该软质塑胶段（31）的外侧沿径向设有凸条（34）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防风伞骨架，其特征在于：所述中碟（5）包括主骨卡接部（51）和固设于该主骨卡接部（51）底部一端的卡钩（52）；所述主骨卡接部（51）顶面开设有可容纳所述主骨（1）的卡槽（53），该卡槽（53）的开口宽度稍小于所述主骨（1）的直径，所述主骨（1）挤入并紧卡在所述卡槽（53）内，所述连接杆（3）一端设有可供所述卡钩（52）穿过的通孔（32）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防风伞骨架，其特征在于：所述连接杆（3）与中碟（5）通过铆钉铰接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的防风伞骨架，其特征在于：所述连接杆（3）在朝向所述主骨（1）的一侧设有承托凹位（33）。
